      "body": "He or she or \"it\" resides inside my mind , for the purposes of this post i shall refer to this fake friend as \"it\" \nit hangs around in the background , not whispering or even talking , its a presence like a cloud of misinformation , confusion which takes a back seat, watching and moving around trying to make itself known , trying to take over the workings of my brain , it arrives out of the blue and at a moments notice , there is nothing one can do to halt its intrusion , it takes control as easy as driving a car , it drives while you sit and be its passenger , trying to stop this \"it\" is a futile act , it wont let you be to think , to stop its actions , its manipulation.\n\nSince the age of 10 years  old, it hung around trying to get in , trying to manipulate , i ignored it and pushed it aside trying to bury it inside the farthest place inside my brain i could force it into , it would emerge stronger and then the game began of pushing it away each day each week it came to cause trouble, it needed partners to activate itself , it also needed money to operate and make its existence fully operational , once the partners where in place and the money was available there was no stopping it , control was taken and i was merely a passenger , my mind was taken over by a trio of connections that turned my mind into a one stop shop for danger , once it started , stopping it was impossible , it became me , i became it , a force that would only be stopped by another human grabbing me and marching me to sit down and talk , to bring me out of this uncontrollable state , that never happened of course , other people cant see it , it hides inside my brain remember , invisible to the outside world.\n\nFor those who recognise this , you may have guessed that this \"abusive fake friend\" is gambling, the force that grabs you and takes you without control to dangerous places and begins to try to destroy your life , it has tried on many occasions but im still here , the latest was like a thunderbolt arrival of \"it\" taking everything and dumping me out the other side with nothing , not even enough to buy lunch.\n\ni have learned over the years to put blockers in the way , self exclusions from casinos online and in the real world , it is difficult at times as \"it\" arrives and tries to find ways around this and at times succeeds.\n\ni will keep trying to push away \"it\".
