| title | TRENDING MARKET - CRYPTO ACADEMY SEASON 5 / WEEK 1 / HOMEWORK POST FOR PROFESSOR @reminiscence01 |
| body | # INTRODUCTION.
Hello great stemians, I am happy to be part of this crypto Academy season 5, and I am also glad to be part of this first week's homework post. Here is my homework post for professor @reminiscence01 for his lecture on Trending market. # TRENDING MARKET. A trending market is the situation which the price of an asset is generally moving in one direction, it could be moving down or it could be moving up. Usually, the price may go against the trend in many trading sessions, but the chart of a longer time frames would show that those were just retracements. These trends are always noted by the **“higher highs”** and the **“higher lows”** in the case of an uptrend and the **“lower highs”** and the **“lower lows”** in the case of a downtrend. [Source](https://forexmasteryhq.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Trending-market-conditions.png)
# BULLISH AND BEARISH TRENDS **BULLISH TREND** A bullish trend, or bull run, is defined as a long period of time where the majority of the traders are buying, the demand outweighs the supply, the market confidence is high, therefore making price of such asset to rise over a period of time. During this period, the price keeps forming higher highs and higher lows.

**BEARISH TREND** This is the reverse or opposite of the bullish trend. Here, the price action is rather going on a downtrend consecutively. This is the period of time where the price keeps forming lower highs and lower lows. It signifies the period where the supply is greater then demand. Even if the price might move up at some intervals, the overview of the price in a longer time frame will show that it was generally going on a downtrend.

# TREND IDENTIFICATION. # Market structure. The structure of the market can be used in identifying market trends, be it a bullish trend or a bearish trend. **Bullish trend** The bullish trend can be identified by it's market structure. Here, the next price movement is always forming a higher high and a higher low, thereby making the price to be on an upward movement generally. This means that the highest price of a particular trading session I'd always higher than the highest price of the previous session. This is also the same case with the lowest price as that of the next session is always higher than that of the previous session.

**Bearish trend** As we know already, this is always the opposite of the bullish trend. In this particular trend, the price action of the next trading session forms a lower low and a lower high, thus the bearish trend. This implies that the lowest price of the next trading session is always lower than that of the last session and the highest price of the following session will also be lower than that of the previous session. # Trend lines. Trend lines can also be used to spot trends on a chart. It can be used to identify a bearish trend and it can also be used to identify a bullish Trend. **Bullish trend:** A bullish trend can be spotted with the help of trend lines. To do this, you need to mark out the the lowest points in the price action of the chart. After doing this, you then join those points with a straight line. If the price is trading above the trend line, then it is a bullish trend. **Bearish trend:** To identify this particular trend with a trend line. You need to mark out high point of the price action and join them with a line. You will find out that the price is trading below the trend line if it is a bearish trend.

# TREND CONTINUATION Trend continuation in which the price chart of an asset moves up continually without any previous high being higher than the new high for a bullish trend or without any high point going below the previous low point in the case of a bearish trend. # HOW TO IDENTIFY TREND CONTINUATIONS WITH MARKET STRUCTURE. For a bearish trend, you can identify it using market structure by checking the points in the price. If there is no high point that gets to the previous low potassium and all the low points are lower than their preceding low points, then there is a continuation of the bearish trend. For the bullish trend, you also need to check for the low and high points. If there is no low point that is higher than the previous low and all the high points are higher than their preceding high points, then there is a continuation of the bullish trend. # IDENTIFYING TREND CONTINUATIONS USING TREND LINES. It is quite easy to identify trend continuation with trend lines. If there is trend continuation in a chart, the price will not go below the trend line in the case of a bullish trend; the price does not break below the mark followed by the trend line. If it does, then it is a sign of trend reversal. For the bearish trend, the price does not go above the trend line. The trend line is a dynamic resistance in that case and any deviation like the price breaking above the trend line signifies a trend reversal.

# ANALYSIS OF A CRYPTOCURRENCY PAIR TO IDENTIFY THE TREND - THE ETH/BUSD PAIR. In analysing the chart of the ETH/BUSD pair above, it can be seen that; **I** - The market is trending because it can be easily observed that it is generally moving in one direction. Some retracements can so be seen as the price keeps hitting resistance levels and then retracing to continue the trend. **II** - The market is currently witnessing a bearish trend as the price action keeps forming lower highs and lower lows as it goes into the future. The trend line drawn on the chart shows that the price is trading below the trend line and that signifies a bearish trend. The price is currently on a little bullish movement, but it is expected to retrace and continue the bearish trend by forming a lower low. A violation of that will mean a trend reversal and the trend will be invalidated. # CONCLUSION. Trends are very essential aspect of technical analysis and it helps investors to make good trading decisions, but you need to Know how to identify these trends properly before you can take advantage of it. Being able to identify it using the Market structure or the trend line will also help the investor to in choosing a good entry point, especially when retracements are spotted. Thanks for your time. Special thanks to professor @reminiscence01 for the lesson, Cheers.
|

| title | TRADING PLAN - CRYPTO ACADEMY | SEASON 4 - WEEK 8 | HOMEWORK POST FOR PROFESSOR @lenonmc21. |
| body | #
INTRODUCTION.
<div class"text-justify"> You can only imagine living your day-to-day life without planning, but it is something you should never try. Similarly, you can only imagine a crypto trade without a trading plan. Thanks to professor @lenonmc21 for teaching us how to make a good trading plan, here is my homework post for the lesson.
[Source](https://www.forex.academy/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/trading-plan.png)
#
1 - A TRADING PLAN.
Planning is a very essential part of our daily life and it is now thing we cannot avoid if we want to succeed. More often than not, many people sit down and draft out what they want to do in the next days, weeks, months, or even years. This is also applicable in the cryptocurrency trading profession. As a matter of fact, it is the key to the success of a cryptocurrency trader. A trading plan is a technical method for figuring out and trading securities which takes a lot of factors into consideration, these factors include; the time, risk involved and the objectives of the investor. A good trading plan must outline the way a trader will find and execute his or her trades. Including the conditions that he or she will buy and sell the securities, how large of a position they will take, how the trader will manage positions while in them, the securities that should be traded, and other rules for the conditions to trade and the conditions not to. A Trading plans could be built using different ways. An Investor will always customize his or her own trading plan based on his/her personal aims and targets. Trading plans can be quite lengthy and indepth, especially for the active day traders like the day traders or the swing traders. Trading plans can also be very simple and straightforward, such as the one for an investor who just wants to enter an automatic investment every week into the same mutual funds or maybe the exchange traded funds (ETFs) until retirement. #
2 - WHY IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE A TRADING PLAN IN CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING.
As a mentioned earlier, the key to the success of any trader is his plan, and the cryptocurrency trading world is not an exception. As a matter of fact, it seems more important to have a trading plan when doing crypto trading because cryptocurrencies and tokens are always very volatile and you can lose all your investments if you do not plan properly before entering a trade. Here are some essentials of trading plan in crypto trading; **• Minimizing losses:** The aim of every crypto trader and even other traders is to make profits at the end of the session and not losses. But this cannot be achieved without a good trading plan because a trader is not expected to succeed when he or she is just trading randomly without a plan. A trading plan will help the trader to identify the those things that can bring losses. Then, the crypto trader will be able to adjust and avoid those losses. **• It serves as a roadmap for the trader:** In most of the things we do in real life, we are given laid down roadmaps that will guide us. But when you want to trade crypto tokens, you are seemingly on your own. But you can give your self a good roadmap through a good trading plan. It will serve as a guide to you and it will even put your trading activities in check. **• It reduce risks:** When you have a good trading plan, you will not be tempted to jeopardize all your capital in a single trade. For instance, a good trading plan will contain that you will trade bit by bit instead of using huge capital at an early stage. • A trading plan can also help a trader to realize that the trade is not going as expected and this will make the trader to know that the session might not end up as expected. Hence, the trader can withdraw while he/she has not lost all the available capital. #
3 - DEFINE AND EXPLAIN IN DETAILS EACH OF THE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF A TRADING PLAN.
**TIME MANAGEMENT:** Time management is the proper utilization of time by the he trader, this includes the goal that the trader wants to achieve in a certain period of time, the time frame of a particular trading session, when to enter the trade and when to exit. A good trading plan must have a time scale for every single trading activity. **RISK MANAGEMENT:** The cryptocurrency trading business is indeed a very risky one and the risk is so heavy due to the volatility. Risk management are those activities and strategies that the trader will use to reduce these risks while trading. I would like to aim at a less profit of $20 with less capital instead of aiming at $100 at once and then risk losing a heavier capital. Again, For instance, I would like to always like to break my trading capital into minute qualities and maybe enter every trade with a minimum of $10 and I would like to keep my maximum at $20. This will help me to reduce the risk of losing maybe up to $100 at once. **CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:** This has to do with the decisions we make in order to sustain our capital and make gains on it instead of losing. It has to do with the loss Percentage and the profit percentage. For instance, a trader should always specify the percentage of lost that will make the trader to withdraw from the trade in order to salvage the capital and the percentage gain that he or she is aiming at before the end of the session. **TRADING PSYCHOLOGY:** This comes in when we are dealing with real money and we know that it will be disastrous if we lose it, this tension might lead us into activities that are even worst. So we need some psychological guides to manage the situation. This might include the trader listing out not to deviate from the plan, not being in a rush to trade, and so on. **PLANNING AND ACCOUNT CONTROL:** This involve doing some calculations and coalitions to find out what profit has been made over a period of time, the losses that has been witnessed and many other things that has happened. This will help the trader to improve in his/her planning and it can help in making more profits. #
4 - MY TRADING PLAN.

The first column of my trading plan shows the months that the trading plan is covering. As seen, the plan cuts across five months period; November to March. The second column is for the capital to be used. The opening capital is $150 and the capital for other months are increased as the trade yields profits. The third column is for the targeted profit which is estimated based on the capital to be used. The fourth Column is the maximum losses that can be allowed, else the trade will be withdrawn. This also is made to be less than 10% value of the expected profit. The final column is the net profit that is expected, excluding expenses of the trading. **CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:** As seen in the table, my capital starts from a small amount of $150, but it has risen to $280 by the fifth month, this prevents me from losing my capital at an early stage. Another good capital management plan is to use the stop-loss so that I will not lose more than expected. **RISK MANAGEMENT:** As seen in the table, I start the first month with a small amount and this reduces my risk of losing a high capital at an early stage. I take the trading bit by bit and I do not make too much increase the capital for the next month despite meeting the targeted profit of the previous month. **MY TRADING PSYCHOLOGY:** Here, I understand that I could easily go outside my trading plan due to some circumstances or pressure. So I make some guidelines and rules that will help me stick to the plan. ♣ I make reference to the trading plan every time, this reminds me of what I am going to do next and I will also remember frequently the dangers of deviating from the plan. ♣ I avoid making amends to my trading plan just because of a recent experience. I do not make changes to the plan just because the last trade did not go well. ♣ Always reviewing how my trading has performed in a short period of time, this might help me to see that the plan will work out. ♣ Avoiding sentiments: I make all my trades based on analysis and not how I feel or think towards the securities that I trade. # CONCLUSION. As I said earlier, planning is the key to success. Without planning, you are just following the wind around. This is the same for crypto trading. The nature of the crytpto market is not the kind f market that one can easily succeed without a plan. Thanks to professor @lenonmc21 for lecturing us on how to make a good trading plan, thanks for your time. Regards.
|

"body": "#
INTRODUCTION.
\n<div class\"text-justify\"> You can only imagine living your day-to-day life without planning, but it is something you should never try. Similarly, you can only imagine a crypto trade without a trading plan. Thanks to professor @lenonmc21 for teaching us how to make a good trading plan, here is my homework post for the lesson.\n\n
\n[Source](https://www.forex.academy/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/trading-plan.png)
\n\n\n#
1 - A TRADING PLAN.
\nPlanning is a very essential part of our daily life and it is now thing we cannot avoid if we want to succeed. More often than not, many people sit down and draft out what they want to do in the next days, weeks, months, or even years. This is also applicable in the cryptocurrency trading profession. As a matter of fact, it is the key to the success of a cryptocurrency trader. \nA trading plan is a technical method for figuring out and trading securities which takes a lot of factors into consideration, these factors include; the time, risk involved and the objectives of the investor. A good trading plan must outline the way a trader will find and execute his or her trades. Including the conditions that he or she will buy and sell the securities, how large of a position they will take, how the trader will manage positions while in them, the securities that should be traded, and other rules for the conditions to trade and the conditions not to.\n\nA Trading plans could be built using different ways. An Investor will always customize his or her own trading plan based on his/her personal aims and targets. Trading plans can be quite lengthy and indepth, especially for the active day traders like the day traders or the swing traders. Trading plans can also be very simple and straightforward, such as the one for an investor who just wants to enter an automatic investment every week into the same mutual funds or maybe the exchange traded funds (ETFs) until retirement.\n\n#
2 - WHY IT IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE A TRADING PLAN IN CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING.
\nAs a mentioned earlier, the key to the success of any trader is his plan, and the cryptocurrency trading world is not an exception. As a matter of fact, it seems more important to have a trading plan when doing crypto trading because cryptocurrencies and tokens are always very volatile and you can lose all your investments if you do not plan properly before entering a trade. Here are some essentials of trading plan in crypto trading;\n\n**• Minimizing losses:** The aim of every crypto trader and even other traders is to make profits at the end of the session and not losses. But this cannot be achieved without a good trading plan because a trader is not expected to succeed when he or she is just trading randomly without a plan. A trading plan will help the trader to identify the those things that can bring losses. Then, the crypto trader will be able to adjust and avoid those losses.\n\n**• It serves as a roadmap for the trader:** In most of the things we do in real life, we are given laid down roadmaps that will guide us. But when you want to trade crypto tokens, you are seemingly on your own. But you can give your self a good roadmap through a good trading plan. It will serve as a guide to you and it will even put your trading activities in check.\n\n **• It reduce risks:** When you have a good trading plan, you will not be tempted to jeopardize all your capital in a single trade. For instance, a good trading plan will contain that you will trade bit by bit instead of using huge capital at an early stage.\n\n• A trading plan can also help a trader to realize that the trade is not going as expected and this will make the trader to know that the session might not end up as expected. Hence, the trader can withdraw while he/she has not lost all the available capital.\n\n\n#
3 - DEFINE AND EXPLAIN IN DETAILS EACH OF THE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF A TRADING PLAN.
\n\n**TIME MANAGEMENT:** Time management is the proper utilization of time by the he trader, this includes the goal that the trader wants to achieve in a certain period of time, the time frame of a particular trading session, when to enter the trade and when to exit. A good trading plan must have a time scale for every single trading activity.\n\n**RISK MANAGEMENT:** The cryptocurrency trading business is indeed a very risky one and the risk is so heavy due to the volatility. Risk management are those activities and strategies that the trader will use to reduce these risks while trading. I would like to aim at a less profit of $20 with less capital instead of aiming at $100 at once and then risk losing a heavier capital.\nAgain, For instance, I would like to always like to break my trading capital into minute qualities and maybe enter every trade with a minimum of $10 and I would like to keep my maximum at $20. This will help me to reduce the risk of losing maybe up to $100 at once.\n\n**CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:** This has to do with the decisions we make in order to sustain our capital and make gains on it instead of losing. It has to do with the loss Percentage and the profit percentage. For instance, a trader should always specify the percentage of lost that will make the trader to withdraw from the trade in order to salvage the capital and the percentage gain that he or she is aiming at before the end of the session.\n\n**TRADING PSYCHOLOGY:** This comes in when we are dealing with real money and we know that it will be disastrous if we lose it, this tension might lead us into activities that are even worst. So we need some psychological guides to manage the situation. This might include the trader listing out not to deviate from the plan, not being in a rush to trade, and so on.\n\n**PLANNING AND ACCOUNT CONTROL:** This involve doing some calculations and coalitions to find out what profit has been made over a period of time, the losses that has been witnessed and many other things that has happened. This will help the trader to improve in his/her planning and it can help in making more profits.\n\n#
4 - MY TRADING PLAN.
\n\n\n
\nPhoto Credit: MS power point.
\n\n\nThe first column of my trading plan shows the months that the trading plan is covering. The final column is the net profit that is expected, excluding expenses of the trading.\n\n**CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:** As seen in the table, my capital starts from a small amount of $150, but it has risen to $280 by the fifth month, this prevents me from losing my capital at an early stage. Another good capital management plan is to use the stop-loss so that I will not lose more than expected.\n\n**RISK MANAGEMENT:** As seen in the table, I start the first month with a small amount and this reduces my risk of losing a high capital at an early stage. I take the trading bit by bit and I do not make too much increase the capital for the next month despite meeting the targeted profit of the previous month.\n\n**MY TRADING PSYCHOLOGY:** Here, I understand that I could easily go outside my trading plan due to some circumstances or pressure. So I make some guidelines and rules that will help me stick to the plan.\n♣ I make reference to the trading plan every time, this reminds me of what I am going to do next and I will also remember frequently the dangers of deviating from the plan.\n♣ I avoid making amends to my trading plan just because of a recent experience. I do not make changes to the plan just because the last trade did not go well.\n♣ Always reviewing how my trading has performed in a short period of time, this might help me to see that the plan will work out.\n♣ Avoiding sentiments: I make all my trades based on analysis and not how I feel or think towards the securities that I trade.\n\n# CONCLUSION.\nAs I said earlier, planning is the key to success. Without planning, you are just following the wind around. This is the same for crypto trading. The nature of the crytpto market is not the kind f market that one can easily succeed without a plan. Thanks to professor @lenonmc21 for lecturing us on how to make a good trading plan, thanks for your time. Regards.\n
",

"title": "TRADING PLAN - CRYPRO ACADEMY | SEASON 4 - WEEK 8 | HOMEWORK POST FOR PROFESSOR @lenonmc21.",
"body": "#
Regards.\n
",

| title | MEME TOKENS - CRYPTO ACADEMY SEASON 4 | WEEK 7 | HOMEWORK POST FOR PROFESSOR @wahyunahrul. |
| body | # INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone in the STEEMIT family, thanks to all the people making this Crypto Academy to be a success. Thanks professor @wahyunahrul for this week's beginner's course. Below is my homework post. # WHY MEME TOKENS COULD BE ONE TYPE OF A TOKEN THAT HAVE A BIG IMPACT ON THE CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKET IN 2021? Meme tokens first came into the cryptocurrency world in 2013 and had been in existence since then, but it can rightly be said that many people were not aware of such type of token before it started receiving avid support from one of the richest person in the world and an expert in the technology world known as Elun Musk. The connection of these meme tokens like the Doge coin with Social media influencers and celebrities have made such type of token to gain a lot of popularity in recent times and it will definitely gain more fame as long as these influencers keep endorsing them. This we support from influencial names has made the meme tokens to be very attractive to people and traders are becoming very interested in such coins because more people might be in need of it. [Source](https://images.cointelegraph.com/images/1200_aHR0cHM6Ly9zMy5jb2ludGVsZWdyYXBoLmNvbS9zdG9yYWdlL3VwbG9hZHMvdmlldy8zZDIzYmI2ZGQxNjg5ODY3MmY1NmFlODRkNzdiN2JjZC5qcGVn.jpg) Many fans of these celebrities who are in support of these meme tokens might be interested in holding those tokens and this will eventually cause a serious upsurge in the price of the meme tokens and this will have a big impact on the cryptocurrency market. The use cases of some of the MEME tokens are also capable of further turning meme tokens into the next big thing in the cryptocurrency world. Some Meme tokens like Safemoon encourages the investors holding the token to earn higher towards based on the total number owned, this has made many people to acquire larger amount of the coin and these kinds of features could attract more users. # ARE MEME TOKENS A KIND OF TOKEN THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE CREATED? The Meme token, as the name implies is inspired by meme and the whole thing about these type of token is just like a meme, but was it really necessary for it to be created? I am of the opinion that does not need to be created. While the normal cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Bitcoin are driven by the purpose of having real world impact, most of the MEME tokens does not have any purpose but just a mere joke. A lot of the meme coins have an unlimited supply, in contrast with what we have with other cryptos like Bitcoin that are finite. This will eventually have a very reasonable effect on the long-term value of the token and this is so because they have no real purpose. The meme tokens in most cases are made just for the purpose of attracting buyers so that the price of the token can go up, thereby the owners will be benefited alongside the early investors while the masses will gain much from it. I am one of the people who believe that meme tokens are just pump-and-dump schemes. This means that the traders who bought the coin at the early stage will **“pump”** it up, they will do that by encouraging others to buy. Then they will now sell or **“dump”** their coins into the unsuspecting crowd and this will eventually bring the price of the token down again. # THE MEME TOKEN I WOULD CHOOSE TO INVEST; SAFEMOON. Screenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com) With over 100 meme tokens available on the cryptocurrency market today and more are being added daily, it can be tough to know which one to research and invest in. But the newly created SAFEMOON token seem to be safer and it has many features that I will like to invest in it if am to invest in a meme token. Below are some evidence for my choice. **• Reflection:** This seem to be one of the most exciting features of the SAFEMOON token. When a transaction is done with the token, a fee is charged and that fee is distributed to the holders of the token. This will be a huge benefit for the holders of the SAFEMOON token. A second fee is also charged and this second fee is distributed to various liquidity pools on **Pancake** swap and other platforms. This helps to increase the liquidity of the token. **• The Binance smart chain:** As a token holder, you need to invest in a token that you trust so much. SAFEMOON token is built on the Binance smart chain which uses a consensus mechanism known as **proof-of-Authority**. This might make the blockchain to be centralized because they are the ones who pre-approve the validators, but the Binance blockchain is a highly trusted blockchain and that is one of the reasons I would choose to invest in the SAFEMOON token. **Market performance:** The SAFEMOON token is currently performing very well in the crying market and it is quite attractive for every investor. It is ranked 212 on coinmarketcap as at the time of this writing. This is quite an impressive position for a newly launched token. It also has a market cap of $981.88 million and that is an encouraging one. # FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE SAFEMOON TOKEN THAT SHOWS THAT IT IS GOOD TO INVEST IN IT. SafeMoon happens to be one of the newer meme tokens to hit the cryptocurrency market in this year. This particular cryptocurrency project is a community-driven approach to the DeFi systems. After the initial launch earlier this year, they now have over 2.5 million holders of the meme token and up to 585.536 trillion coins in circulation based on data from CoinMarketCap. The founders had the purpose of creating a coin that will ensure **“safe”** gains and then prevent the inevitability of bubbles. The SafeMoon meme token holders earn passive rewards over a period of time, and they have penalties discourage selling. Screenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com) **Who created SAFEMOON?** This meme token is managed by a team of six people who all look to have some degree of working together previously. Based on their LinkedIn profiles - the CEO, John Karony, the CTO, Thomas Smith and the Community manager known as Trevor Church set up an indie game studio which is called **TANO**, an abbreviated version of **"Technically A New Operation"**. And they all worked together in the game studio. The website for TANO only display the words "Alpha Launch Coming." So it could mean that something bigger is coming, hence my choice of the meme token. **SAFEMOON in the cryptocurrency market.** Screenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com) SafeMoon might be so new, but it's market data is a very encouraging one. Currently, the price is about $0.000001861. Just after it was launched, it experienced a huge price jump to what is still an all-time high of $0.00001399 on April 20, this was more than 1,560% higher than it's price in the previous week. As at the time of this writing the total market cap of SafeMoon is $1,083,182,651.89, ranking it 211th on coinmarketcap. This is a good one for a brand new cryptocurrency that is competing with more than 7,000 other coins. Screenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com) # features of Safemoon token. **Community-driven:** The term community-driven implies that the growth and even the steering of the SafeMoon cryptocurrency is done by the holders and the investors of this project. As a matter of fact, it has been claimed on their website that the share of the members of the developers group of SafeMoon has been burned and has been cleared out of the cycle, so this meme token is a more public than many others. **Automatic Liquidity Supply Mechanism:** Another special feature of Safemoon is the automatic Liquidity Supply Mechanism. The platform claims that for every transaction, the liquidity that is needed by the exchange pools is provided mechanically, the technology is introduced as an associate innovation that is developed by the same developers of Safemoon. # Safemoon white paper. Screenshot of [Safemoon](safemoon.xyz) It has been stated on the SAFEMOON be white paper that the newcomers or investors who are new to the DeFi business do not have the access to high-APY LY-farms. According to the white paper, the SafeMoon project intends to use the knowledge of static rewards (based on the amount of coins traded) to counter the pressure that might be on those tokens that could be generated when selling tokens. Their White Paper also explainsnthat the **“reflection mechanism”** is to motivate the holders of Safemoon token to hold their tokens for a long period of time or HODL. The White Paper also explain that the SafeMoon LP is to stabilize the protocol by making available a price floor the holders of the token. Screenshot of [Safemoon](safemoon.xyz) Still according to Safemoon token's White Paper, the meme token **hand burning policy** will also provide more help for the SafeMoon token holders in the future. # CONCLUSION What was regarded as a joke some years ago is no longer a joke right now. The value of meme tokens are really rising and their popularity is becoming very eye-catching. But any investors mist be careful when holding or trading a meme token because some developers of the meme tokens might only be concerned on how to promote the token and make money from it without caring about the sustainability of the project. There is no doubt that some of the meme tokens are just being developed due to the hype that Dogecoin has gotten. But nevertheless, some of the meme tokens could still turn out to be very benefiting tokens with real-world use cases in future. Thanks for your time.
|

Then they will now sell or **“dump”** their coins into the unsuspecting crowd and this will eventually bring the price of the token down again. \n\n# THE MEME TOKEN I WOULD CHOOSE TO INVEST; SAFEMOON.\n\n\nScreenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com)\n\nWith over 100 meme tokens available on the cryptocurrency market today and more are being added daily, it can be tough to know which one to research and invest in. \n\nBut the newly created SAFEMOON token seem to be safer and it has many features that I will like to invest in it if am to invest in a meme token. Below are some evidence for my choice.\n\n**• Reflection:** This seem to be one of the most exciting features of the SAFEMOON token. When a transaction is done with the token, a fee is charged and that fee is distributed to the holders of the token. This will be a huge benefit for the holders of the SAFEMOON token.\n\nA second fee is also charged and this second fee is distributed to various liquidity pools on **Pancake** swap and other platforms. This helps to increase the liquidity of the token.\n\n**• The Binance smart chain:** As a token holder, you need to invest in a token that you trust so much. SAFEMOON token is built on the Binance smart chain which uses a consensus mechanism known as **proof-of-Authority**. This might make the blockchain to be centralized because they are the ones who pre-approve the validators, but the Binance blockchain is a highly trusted blockchain and that is one of the reasons I would choose to invest in the SAFEMOON token.\n\n**Market performance:** The SAFEMOON token is currently performing very well in the crying market and it is quite attractive for every investor. It is ranked 212 on coinmarketcap as at the time of this writing. This is quite an impressive position for a newly launched token. It also has a market cap of $981.88 million and that is an encouraging one. \n\n# FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE SAFEMOON TOKEN THAT SHOWS THAT IT IS GOOD TO INVEST IN IT.\n\nSafeMoon happens to be one of the newer meme tokens to hit the cryptocurrency market in this year. This particular cryptocurrency project is a community-driven approach to the DeFi systems. After the initial launch earlier this year, they now have over 2.5 million holders of the meme token and up to 585.536 trillion coins in circulation based on data from CoinMarketCap. The founders had the purpose of creating a coin that will ensure **“safe”** gains and then prevent the inevitability of bubbles.\n\nThe SafeMoon meme token holders earn passive rewards over a period of time, and they have penalties discourage selling.\n\n\n\nScreenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com)\n\n**Who created SAFEMOON?**\nThis meme token is managed by a team of six people who all look to have some degree of working together previously. Based on their LinkedIn profiles - the CEO, John Karony, the CTO, Thomas Smith and the Community manager known as Trevor Church set up an indie game studio which is called **TANO**, an abbreviated version of **\"Technically A New Operation\"**. And they all worked together in the game studio.\n\nThe website for TANO only display the words \"Alpha Launch Coming.\" So it could mean that something bigger is coming, hence my choice of the meme token.\n\n**SAFEMOON in the cryptocurrency market.**\n\n\n\nScreenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com)\n\nSafeMoon might be so new, but it's market data is a very encouraging one. Currently, the price is about $0.000001861. Just after it was launched, it experienced a huge price jump to what is still an all-time high of $0.00001399 on April 20, this was more than 1,560% higher than it's price in the previous week. \nAs at the time of this writing the total market cap of SafeMoon is $1,083,182,651.89, ranking it 211th on coinmarketcap. \n\nThis is a good one for a brand new cryptocurrency that is competing with more than 7,000 other coins.\n\n\n\nScreenshot of [coinmarketcap](coinmarketcap.com)\n\n# features of Safemoon token.\n**Community-driven:** The term community-driven implies that the growth and even the steering of the SafeMoon cryptocurrency is done by the holders and the investors of this project. \nAs a matter of fact, it has been claimed on their website that the share of the members of the developers group of SafeMoon has been burned and has been cleared out of the cycle, so this meme token is a more public than many others.\n\n**Automatic Liquidity Supply Mechanism:** Another special feature of Safemoon is the automatic Liquidity Supply Mechanism. The platform claims that for every transaction, the liquidity that is needed by the exchange pools is provided mechanically, the technology is introduced as an associate innovation that is developed by the same developers of Safemoon.\n\n# Safemoon white paper.\n\n\n\nScreenshot of [Safemoon](safemoon.xyz)\n\nIt has been stated on the SAFEMOON be white paper that the newcomers or investors who are new to the DeFi business do not have the access to high-APY LY-farms.\nAccording to the white paper, the SafeMoon project intends to use the knowledge of static rewards (based on the amount of coins traded) to counter the pressure that might be on those tokens that could be generated when selling tokens. \n\nTheir White Paper also explainsnthat the **“reflection mechanism”** is to motivate the holders of Safemoon token to hold their tokens for a long period of time or HODL.\n\nThe White Paper also explain that the SafeMoon LP is to stabilize the protocol by making available a price floor the holders of the token.\n\n\n\nScreenshot of [Safemoon](safemoon.xyz)\n\nStill according to Safemoon token's White Paper, the meme token **hand burning policy** will also provide more help for the SafeMoon token holders in the future. \n\n# CONCLUSION\nWhat was regarded as a joke some years ago is no longer a joke right now. The value of meme tokens are really rising and their popularity is becoming very eye-catching. But any investors mist be careful when holding or trading a meme token because some developers of the meme tokens might only be concerned on how to promote the token and make money from it without caring about the sustainability of the project.\n\nThere is no doubt that some of the meme tokens are just being developed due to the hype that Dogecoin has gotten. But nevertheless, some of the meme tokens could still turn out to be very benefiting tokens with real-world use cases in future.\nThanks for your time. \n
",
