      "body": "速度和容量，SSD 如今都做到了\n\n它可以很快，也够能装\n\n那么寿命呢，能不能靠得住\n\n一块固态硬盘能用多久\n\n\n\n### **谁在决定固态硬盘的寿命**\n\n\n机械硬盘的寿命一般以年计算\n\n而固态硬盘的寿命则是由\n\n闪存颗粒的 “写入寿命” 和“容量大小”决定\n\n写入寿命即我们常说的擦写次数（P/E 数）\n\n闪存分为 SLC、MLC、TLC 及 QLC\n\n随着容量的不断提升\n\n它们的 P/E 数逐级下降\n\n以目前主流的 TLC 颗粒为例\n\nPE 数在 3000-5000 次左右\n\n我们知道\n\n固态硬盘内部闪存完全擦写一次消耗 1 次 P/E\n\n那是不是用完一块固态硬盘的 PE 数\n\n它就要 “挂” 掉呢？\n\n\n\n### **固态硬盘的寿命怎么计算**\n\n\n虽然擦写次数只有数千次\n\n但它可不是个 “短命鬼”\n\n其实对于固态硬盘来说\n\n**读取数据是不消耗使用寿命的**\n\n**关键还是在写操作**\n\n**计算 SSD 的最大寿命，一般可采用如下公式：**\n\n**SSD 寿命 = (闪存 P/E × SSD 闪存容量) ÷ (写入放大系数 × 年数据写入量)**\n\n以一块 512GB 的 SSD 为例，其闪存 P/E 为 3000，写入放大数值为 5（较大值），年数据写入量为 10000GB。可以得到：**（3000 \\* 512）/（5 \\* 10000）= 1536000 / 50000 = 30.72年**\n\n综上\n\n一块 512GB 的固态硬盘\n\n在每天写入约 30GB，写入放大数值为 5 的情况下\n\n最高寿命可以达到 30.72 年\n\n这个数据可信吗？\n\n没错\n\n但这是最大理论寿命\n\n也就是说在这 30.72 年内\n\n固态硬盘的各部件需完全正常\n\n才可以达到这个使用寿命\n\n那有哪些因素会影响固态硬盘的寿命呢？\n\n\n\n### **影响固态硬盘寿命的 WAF**\n\n\nWAF ( Ｗrite Amplification Factor, 写入放大值 )\n\n是影响固态硬盘寿命的关键指标之一\n\n根据固态硬盘读写机制\n\n在进行写入操作时\n\n必须先将原有数据擦除\n\n如此多次操作\n\n实际增加的写入数据量与计划写入数据量的比值\n\n就是所谓的 “写入放大”\n\n举个例子\n\n假设要写入 5GB 的数据\n\n而要完成这个指令\n\nSSD 实际执行的数据可能是 10GB\n\n此时写入放大系数就是 2\n\n**写入放大值越高则对固态硬盘寿命影响越大**\n\n**所以，写入放大值越小越好**\n\n**衡量固态硬盘寿命的 TBW**\n\n那么如何更直观的衡量一块固态硬盘的寿命呢？\n\n业界有个指标叫 “TBW(Terabytes Written)”\n\n指固态硬盘支持的总写入数据量\n\n它是衡量 SSD 寿命的主要参数之一\n\n\n![66c0839907f643242.png_e1080.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRDTzhD5pqAy8Mx9jMDjcqTuYzuFr1mx1dyXNR1FtpiH9/66c0839907f643242.png_e1080.jpg)\n\n\n以某态 TiPlus7100 1TB 版为例\n\n其支持 600TBW 总写入数据量\n\n也就是 614400GB 数据的最小寿命\n\n据统计，常规使用情况下\n\n1TB 的 SSD\n\n基本四个月左右消耗 1 次 PE\n\n而随着容量的提升\n\n相同工况下消耗的 PE 次数会逐渐下降\n\n同款 SSD 容量越大则寿命越长\n\n\n\n*当前，随着技术的不断发展，固态硬盘产品容量、价格优势愈发明显，产品质量相当稳定。日常使用下，即使用到电脑更新换代，SSD 通常也可以正常使用。可以说只要没有不当的使用习惯，那对它寿命的担心，大可不必。*",
