It's been a moment of sorts of \"wow\" I've been extensively holding onto a 'disappointing' experience within myself...where it's like my expectations have been so high for so long...and have been somewhat unfilled based on my 'expectations/wants/hopes/desires' from years and years ago....it's like 'wow' I've had such an 'unconscious' relationship with 'disappointment' inside myself.\n\nIt's like I've been addicted to disappointment in a way...not realizing, nor understanding how I've perpetuated and manifested the play outs of various disappointments in myself....in my life....and it's an interesting point of sorts because i am familiarizing myself with this regard that like, 'Hey - it's not normal to hold onto 'disappointments' as like this catalog that just keeps on building....adding in new disappointments over time that just do not match up with my expectations, hopes, and desires.\n\nThe Irony is multi-fold.\n\n1.  Recognizing the depth of the relationship with myself and that i decide what to hold onto and what to let go of.\n\n2. Blame is Lame - Super Imposing 'Faults' is 'Lame to hold onto'....even when the 'other' is WRONG....I too Become WRONG in Reacting....taking it personally the 'offense/defense' I experience - and it shows me that I am Justifying a relationship of Suppression\n\n3.  Holding onto Things....Ideas....Perspectives.....Judgements...Beliefs.....that are not 'self-serving' My Best Life - is Ridiculous.\n\n4.  Super Imposing myself as 'Always Wrong' is DUMB...it's an Unnecessary Defense System and it's based in Accepting Myself as a 'Weak Personality' - One who rather be a 'Push Over' and just take the Abuse from anyone who is Dishing it Out.\n\n5.  I've been unconsciously abusive to myself in not realizing, nor understanding the extent to which i've pressed down on myself and over extended myself in taking on responsibilities that are not mine to take on.\n\n6.  Wanting to fix Everyone's Shit because I am frustrated with my own Shit and not Realizing nor Understanding the extent to which I am Frustrated.\n\n7. Restricting myself from Expressing Disappointment and Anger - Thinking that I mostly shouldn't ever say anything unless it is 'nice'.\n\n\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making 'disappointment' something that i mostly keep to myself and accept as a 'self-punishment'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging my disappointment so extensively that i resist speaking about it out of fear of being lame in coming across as someone full of blame.....I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding how Lame it is to be so concerned with how I am perceived by others in my reality....like i am not good enough and inferior...and need approval and validation in some way - I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing the pro found - Irony - in how in fact 'Disappointing' it is to actually hold onto a resistance of speaking my disappointment to others as like that is 'wrong' and that i should just keep it to myself.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to always kind of 'eat shit' in terms of conflicts I experience...as like 'i am wrong and I am weak.....like a self-burdening experience'.....a self-inflicted punishment where i justify holding myself into the experience of 'sadness and sorrow' as an experience of 'weakness' and helplessness - while all the why thinking that it's 'RIGHT'....like it's difficult but it's courageous to also bring the reflections back to self and challenge oneself within the 'weaknesses' ...that it's real strength to stand in vulnerability and not be afraid to look at weaknesses.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for getting caught up in 'Expectation'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing the practicality in 'Expressing Disappointment' as a point of Sharing It - When and as it is Here - So, in this way I can let go of my Disappointments and not keep them to myself as like this unnecessary 'conflict' that is just brewing and festering in myself.  I realize there is indeed a practicality to 'informing' another when and as there exists, 'disappointment'.\n\nI realize disappointment is a word...and words are not inherently evil....not inherently good or bad....simply are the form itself here - I realize I've made a big deal about my words and the words of others to a bit of a fault in the sense that i've held onto experiences within words/moments that are not necessary for me to continue to hold onto.\n\nI realize that I do not require to always share my words with others as a point of expressing myself.  I realize sometimes the points of 'word regards' and releasing/clearing a point within myself - is in many acts - a private doing - a personal best regards as - self/word/world/flesh - purification processing.\n\nI commit myself to explore, refine, fine tune - an optimum, equal and one relationship with 'disappointment' where it's a point...a word....like all the other words in and as my vocabulary - where i realize the specificity practicality, and support myself to practically read my situations and response with my best response ability.\n\nI commit myself to letting go of suppression within and as the word, 'disappointment'.\n\nI commit myself to no longer being afraid, and or nervous to express my 'disappointment'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing disappointment to consume me to a certain extent - i realize the ridiculousness of feeding myself like a second mind of thoughts that do not make me feel good....and in fact the experience is like being pregnant with a second mind in my stomach....i realize the ridiculousness of holding a grudge and or holding onto any shit that is not helping me in my body....i realize my vibe is a point of self-regard and it's important to be really honest with the specifics.\n\nI commit myself to the specificity of my word and world regards. #worldclassplayer",

It's in Fact - Always All Ways about Ourselves Here - and What we are accepting and allowing within Ourselves Here.  It's interesting in fact...and actually quite Lame to see how I've accepted and allowed myself to Create Self-limitation through the participation within Burden - Like a quite literally submission of movement/expression ability - justified through the context's of Burden.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to contextualize Burden into a form of 'Blame' where it's like justified and excused for me to 'make sense' of Burdening myself with otherwise trivial Bull Shit.\n\nI realize, understand and know that Burden itself is a Nasty Beast of sorts as it's like stopping oneself from Starting...when one should be Starting something a new and building momentum....The Burden Experience is like that of a lethargy and heaviness - an Inner Conflict about the Decision to Change - The Irony is the self-sabotage in weighting oneself down by externalities...it's like super imposing the making sense of a 'make believe reality' in a way where you wouldn't in your best thinking ever make sense of things with such a deliberate Burdening.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the extent of the design of Burden - Where it's a word that can be stuck to oneself as a form of blame, animosity, judgement, justification, and excuse.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in being hard on myself - beating myself up emotionally, internally,  and restricting my external access and participation - As a result of accepting and allowing the experience of myself as \"Burdened\" as part of Who I am.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing, understanding, and knowing how i created a 'Burdened\" experience within myself as 'just part of who I am Here'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing, understanding and knowing that i was holding onto a limiting belief and experience of myself as Burdened.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to cope with the experience of myself as Burdened.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making sense of the experience of myself as Burdened as just kind of live within this 'coping mindset' where things come up from time to time that is simply a sort of 'shut down experience in which i am burdened.'\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel sorry for myself and to not realize, understand and know how I've been 'Insensitive' with myself and Afraid to really forgive myself for simple shit like Burdening myself when and as I realize I am accepting and allowing a behavior pattern that is not in fact cool.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to become possessed within Burden where it's like the knowledge and information of the injustices and inhumane treatment throughout the world is Burdening to Me.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself within and as Excuse.\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself within and as Justification.\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself within and as Blame.\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to tolerate the experience of Burden.\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to make Burden out to be this glorified thing.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to open up the word Burden.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to Burden myself within peer politics where I become Burdened by Misunderstanding's.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to Burden myself within Conflict where I take the loss and lose so to speak when and as I experience myself as being Attacked by another in my reality.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to Burden myself within the prospect of Change Itself Here.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing, understanding, and knowing how i created a hiccup out of self-change itself here and what it means to live and walk as self-trust here in fact.  I realize, understand and know that as I forgive myself - I change and the world and my words Changes - and within this, I trust myself and everyone else as an extension of myself to Make the Best Play - as You is Me in Another Life.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself by the prospect of what it means to live and work together as Life Mates.....teammates - part of the Shared Life Here.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to superimpose Burden onto Everything and Anything.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to make Sharing Myself Here to be a sort of Burdening and Agonizing experience to initially participate and move myself within.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself within 'taking the first step' and 'reaching out' and 'starting things out'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening myself within, 'New Beginning's and the making of self-corrections.'\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to Burden myself within and as the experience of 'Sharing'.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating a Burdening Experience towards being/living Self-Honesty with my family and friends.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening Myself within and as the experience of Projections.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for Burdening Myself within and as Money and Survival.\n\nI forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to Burden Myself within and as the thinking I need to Fight to Survive and that I must grind and grind from the perspective of continue on to struggle within a self-limiting pattern while taking on and participating within new activities i wish to create.  I realize that resistances, difficulties and struggles may in fact happening in creating new pathways for myself.\n\nWhen and as I see myself experiencing Burden - I stop and breathe - I forgive myself fo rholding onto the experience of Burden within myself - I let it go - I realize I cannot practically move through existence carrying around a bag of burdens.\n\nI commit myself to dropping Burden.\n\nI commit myself to releasing the energetic experience of Burden.\n\nI commit myself to showing others what is possible when Burden is removed from one's programming.  I realize my best living potential is beyond the experience of 'feeling burdened'.\n\nI realize, understand and know that who I am is beyond the experience of simply feeling Burdened.\n\nI realize, understand and know that experiences are for but a moment - and who I am here is beyond any and all experiences and that who I am here is constant, consistent, stable, calm, cool, and collected.\n\nI realize, understand and know I am walking a process of structural alignment as what it means to stand as the Living Words as Who and How I am in the World Here.  I commit myself to my self-refinement and self-expression as my Corrective Application in and as the Living Words Here.\n\nI commit myself to my process of Living Words.\n\nI realize, understand and know the whole point of our existence here is in and as the very fine-tuning, remediation, and corrective alignment of our words as What is Best for all Life Here.
