Is it still  valid after 5 years? Most of the answers were \"no\" and some even said \"it was out of date many years ago\". Schools can more easily integrate cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet, increasing network capacity. Thanks to the internet and technology, students can better understand the subject they are studying. This means that students will be able to make more decisions about their education in the future.\n \n \nWhat are the problems with the current education system?\n\n Exam-oriented :\n\n Most educational systems are designed so that all  students meet the assessment requirements and pass the exam to advance to the next level within the same level or for further research. The elite education system  no longer works in today's world, which requires diverse skills / multi-talents in the employment market. Children can acquire semantic knowledge simply by searching on Google or  online. Schools no longer enlighten them, but  in a way make them less clear. \n\nOutdated teaching method \n\n We still rely on old-fashioned teaching methods of the past. In other words, today's high school students come to the classroom with a balanced worldview, not just from their upbringing. In today's era of rapid knowledge and widespread socialization, starting at the age of  six weeks in nursery, children go to kindergartens that are less rustic than previous generations of student days. In other words, teachers cannot make a fresh start. Instead, they become a jumble of knowledge and concepts that need to be raised and modified in the minds of young people.  \n\nLack of innovation \n\n Teacher education lacks innovation. In order for teachers to keep up with the changing needs of their students, they must adapt. It's time to update the teacher's preparation program to meet the needs of today's K12 classrooms. School cultural changes are often addressed around the world through changes in teacher-led policies and practices. There is an urgent need for  public education teachers who can better  address the demographic needs of diverse students and understand the importance of online learning. Schools tend to abolish ability and skill tests and  use activity homework instead. Young people should acquire these basic skills. Primary education  needs to prepare our boys for basic skills such as math, language, technical skills, drawing skills, general knowledge and so on. These are the basics. Multilingualism can be implemented because it is beneficial for children to learn a new language as soon as possible at a young age. Once they have these skills to support them, they perform higher-level thinking tasks such as problem-based solving, scenario-based learning, and application-based learning. \n\n Secondary education (up to 5 years old, 11-16 years old) \n\n In the early stages of this stage, children need to  apply the knowledge of the information they are learning to new situations and begin to make connections between ideas. In the latter part, they should be able to justify their perspectives and decisions and create their own work. Schools need to teach higher levels of thinking-oriented courses such as communication skills, design and creation, problem-based solutions, decision-making, scenario-based learning, and aesthetic skills. This is when the geography and history courses can be combined to provide a rich context for the design and development of the above courses. Teaching should be done as an overall course / stand-alone course, not as \"embedded\" in the subject or as part of an exercise. It's the perfect time to apply the  STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) department. Children can choose a theme that interests them and want to deepen it. \n\n Recently, I have overemphasized \"change\". Are our children adaptable? Our old school system is very strict and they line them up and  \"stability\" is essential and they need to regulate and stabilize everything in order to build a sense of security. Let me learn. However, this is no longer the case. We live in a rapidly changing world. The skills and knowledge they learned today may not be relevant  in 20 years. Therefore, in secondary school, teenagers need to acquire the \"learn  and relearn\" skills. Against this background, schools help children shape their thinking of growth.
