Would this have any impact on your life or are you completely perfect? I'm not.\n\nThe simple and perhaps hard fact is that when Christianity takes a bashing for labelling homosexuality a sin for example, no one bothers to think about the historical context, but funnily enough at the time when the bible was written the only homosexual relationships in any contemporary civilisation which weren't either heavily frowned upon or outright crimes were relationships between adult men and younger boys or men of significantly lesser social status, all of which by today's standards (as exampled by Kevin Spacey's meteoric fall from grace) would be considered abusive. So it's a bit strange to me that the secular world can chose to ignore significant portions of the bible when it suits them and then turn around and insult God when people don't bother to follow his instructions. So when the bible takes about homosexuality it's referring to abuse mostly of *\"children\"* because the kind of socio-economically equal and consensual homosexuality we see today simply did not exist in ancient times in any significant way whilst pederasty did. \n\nThe fact is that the archbishop was talking rubbish. The Roman Catholic church seems to have a habit of taking biblical scriptures out of context and using them to push their own agenda that isn't necessarily anything to do with actual Christianity for example the idea of a confession being some private chat with a priest is disgusting to me as a Christian because it elevates a human priest to almost godlike status. So why don't the government offer a year of free accommodation for teachers, medical professionals and families with young children. People can pay for their utilities and save their rent money for a year by which time they'll be attached to living there. Once there are available and functioning services more people will come to live there too. But I think that businesses have to be given an incentive to move their cooperate offices there so that workers will also move.",

      "body": "Actually, valuable content will always be just that, valuable. It doesn't matter if it's on Steemit, or another site. Steemit is growing, and in a big way. As the site grows, so will the value of the Steem token (almost certainly), and I suspect there will be a major increase of cash investments into the tokens as well. It would make sense that there will be more for all to share. That's the whole premise to Steemit, at least as I understand it.\n\nAlthough pretty much anything is possible, what you describe would probably be more likely in a stagnant Steemit, with little to no growth, which would ultimately mean it's demise. If you decide to quite posting here, which is obviously your choice to do, you're guaranteed to never have Steemit work for you, and guaranteeing that you won't be successful...at least here.\n\nI post very little, but I do try and find what I deem content worthy of an upvote, and I offer (hopefully) worthwhile comments, and I hope I'm helping that way. \n\nThanks for your opinion.",
