      "body": "Aprendí lo que era el rechazo, física y emocionalmente, fuiste aquel que me volvió inestable por muchos instantes.\nCon el tiempo experimente la peor de las soledades , pero comprendí que la única persona que estaría allí para mi seria yo, nadie  mas podría escucharme o comprenderme como lo necesitaba.\nno te niego que me dolió , realmente fue un nuevo proceso de adaptación, ¿me gusto? no lo se.\nSi te digo que estuvo bien mentiría, lo único cierto es que haz hecho de mi una gran mujer , debido a que me enseñaste a ser autosuficiente.\nMe imaginaba el amor contigo de otra manera , donde no se restara sino que se sumara, donde no hubieran divisiones sino multiplicaciones , pero no fue así.\nPero aun así cada día fue una fuerte enseñanza.\n Aprendí que nadie mas que yo amaría mi trabajo, que me tocaría elogiarme cada día, y no ,no por egocéntrica sino que el mundo fue hecho para criticar para despreciar nuestros actos que tanta dedicación nos ha costado.\nComprendí eso y mucho mas.\nMe di cuenta que nadie mas que yo apreciaría mis ideas, que yo seria la única que le encantaría mi sonrisa, solo yo. A su vez asumí debía amarme pues nadie lo haría por mi, siquiera quererme , yo era la única dispuesta a estar para mi hasta el día que me vaya de este mundo.\nEs por ello que supe que nadie mas tenia derecho a gritarme, no podrían hacerme sentir mal, no tenían derecho estaba solo en mi la voluntad de autodestruirme.       "body": "I finish tired of thinking so much, analyzing every movement to give, yet making the mistake of making mistakes.\n I was tired of herself but still. Take strength to get up.\nI did not know what to do but that voice in my mind told me \"continue\". With it time, it became more friendly. When I was alone I used to talk to her, help me tell her. She subtly responded calmly I am here for you, all I ask is that you do not abandon me, I want the best for you.\n With time I was believing I assumed it was true, no matter how wrong I was wise when speaking and when only listening. And all around me became toxic, I was left alone she was my best friend, \"I want the best for you,\" I said, it was better this way, or so I thought.\n One day I met someone the truth I do not regret, I only regret leaving her and feeling lost when I was alone, she was my best friend, sometimes I miss her, I just want her to know wherever I am, thank you for being that voice I needed and please I ask you to whisper again you can.       "body": "Termine cansada de tanto pensar , analizar cada movimiento a dar para aun así cometer él error de equivocarme.\n Estuve harta de si misma pero aun así. Tome fuerzas para levantarme. \nNo sabia que hacer pero esa voz en mi mente me dijo \"continua\". Con él tiempo, se fue volviendo mas amigable. Cuando estaba sola solía hablarle, ayúdame le decía. Ella sutilmente me respondía tranquila estoy aquí para ti, lo único que te pido es que no me abandones, quiero lo mejor para ti.\n Con él tiempo le fui creyendo asumí que era verdad, no importaba cuan equivocada estaba sabia cuando hablar y cuando solo escuchar . Y todo mi alrededor se volvió toxico, me quede sola ella era mi mejor amiga , \"quiero lo mejor para ti\" me lo decía, estaba mejor así, o al menos eso creía.\n Un día conocí a alguien la verdad no me arrepiento , solo lamente abandonarla y sentirme perdida cuando estaba a solas, era mi mejor amiga, aveces la extraño solo quiero que sepa que donde quiera que esté, gracias por ser esa voz que necesitaba y por favor te pido susurra de nuevo tu puedes. Por que hoy lo necesito.\nNo supe mucho de ella por esa parte me arrepiento. Pero ¿de que vale? Al final eso no solucionaba nada, con él pasar del tiempo lo fue entendiendo, solo que aun no lo aceptó.\n¿Porque todos te odiaban? Se supone que solo estabas en mi mente, acaso ¿de que me perdí?\nSiempre tuve tantas dudas. Y aún hoy las conservó por esa parte era mas fácil sencillamente confiar en ti y que tu me dijeras que hacer. Supongo que me fue mas fácil sencillamente vivir de ti. ¿Que asco daba verdad?\nPero aun en tu ausencia hoy en día me has enseñado que las cosas solo se tienen una ves , ya por mas que te diga vuelve ya te has ido.\n Aprendí mi lección , todo pasa por algo dicen. Hoy solo quisiera saber él porque. Mas asumo que al final del día. Yo fui quien causo todo este caos que hoy me aborda. Y temo como no imaginas pero así como tu solías darme paz y hoy ya no estas , me ha tocado ser yo quien diga \"Descuida pronto llegara la calma de este bravío mar que te inunda\".\nNo tengo quejas. Mas que dolores , pero quise ser adulta hoy debo asumirlo. Así gracias por aparecer en mi travesía.\nY enseñarme lo mas oscuro de la vida. Que aunque digan que eres mala para mi fuiste y seras mi mejor amiga.\nMas te extraño me siento muy sola , es obsesivo como quisiera que estuvieras aquí .       "body": "Siempre detrás de tu ausencia como si nada. Esperando tu regreso que es sólo una ilusión de mi angustia. Siempre con la misma pregunta en mi mente, ¿qué pasó?.\nOcasionalmente siento que estaremos bien, pero en cada despertar hay evidencias que demuestra que es diferente. Ya no puedo sentirte, es inexplicable el vacío que dejaste, que  con un \"Hola\" no es suficiente, solo siento frío a los huesos, incluso más allá del fondo de mi alma. Si todavía lo tengo porque te he dado todo a ti que no me queda nada. Me siento vacía. \nMe preguntó qué es peor. Sentir tu ausencia incluso mientras tengas tu presencia. O simplemente acepta que te has ido. Y te dejarte libre. ¿Tal vez todo lo que era nunca volverá a ser?\n Porque me has acostumbrado a tenerte para mí y yo para ti, ¿He fallado, cuando te dejé solo? Para vivir el frío de tu ausencia, siempre creí hacer lo correcto, entregar todo, pero ya no tenía nada, me quedé sin ti. Incluso sin saber por qué, sólo quiero conocer ese motivo y si estoy equivocada, dímelo para poder cambiar todo esto. Y no, no empiezar desde cero, por favor empecemos donde nos quedamos.       "body": "<center>Cada di al levantarme, solo miro con gran dolor que mi venezuela que tanto amo , se va cayendo a pedazos...</center>\n\n<center>El hambre, el desespero, el miedo, la violencia, el cansancio, el silencio y el exceso de poder. Todo eso, y más, azota la vida diaria dentro de mi país y cada día que pasa empeora. Cada día no solo una persona muere por algo (o todo) de esta lista, lo hacen muchos niños, ancianos familias enteras lo hacen.       "body": "<center>El 12 de octubre “Día de la raza” como se solía llamar, se conmemora el descubrimiento de américa,  por Cristóbal Colón en el año de 1492, donde a partir de ese momento con la llegada de los españoles a esta tierra bautizada como Venezuela  procedieron a colonizar el territorio, no obstante los métodos utilizados para dicho objetivo no fueron los más ortodoxos, tomando en cuenta que la corona española no compartía la teoría de Colón de la existencia de tierra firme fuera de Europa, la tripulación que se le fue otorgada comprendía los presos, esclavos negros y lo que se consideraba como la escoria española. </center>\n\n<center>![Colon-descubre-America (1).jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmNcoCK1kx5m4UUV1gFtkMhqfF2F4ychKJDHf52XLeGxCx/Colon-descubre-America%20(1).jpg)</center>\n\n\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n<center>Por tal motivo, siendo las primeras personas en llegar a nuestro territorio al ver la exótica belleza de nuestras indias adornadas en oro y perlas sobre sus cuerpos desnudos y llenos de gracia,  se cometieron grandes barbaridades, entre estas violaciones, robos y muerte al pueblo aborigen. Dicha ceremonia consiste en  el baile sobre brasas hirviendo, donde las materias y sus bancos previamente preparados, pasan por encima de ellas en posesión de alguna entidad espiritual que realice el baile al ritmo del tambor, cantos y alabanzas.</center>\n\n<center>![candela.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmYpfviRJ1xC8Meq728HnBc8fgqzc2qA1s8t8YaUKwrMoG/candela.jpg)</center>\n\n<center>Cabe destacar que dicho baile tiene como objetivo celebrar la bravura y valentía de esos grandes caciques, indios e indias que una vez poblaron nuestra tierra  y tal como es llamada en la actualidad “Día de la resistencia Indígena\". En ese día se les rinde tributo, en agradecimiento por todo lo que hicieron en vida y una vez más darles la oportunidad de bajar a este mundo terrenal y compartir con los que acuden a ver sus danzas.</center>\n\n<center>**Nota**: Un espiritista para realizar dicho baile necesita mucha preparación previa, limpiezas, peticiones y misiones que cumplir para estar lo más limpio y enfocado posible, de igual manera su “banco principal” deberá estar bajo una preparación estricta igual o mayor que el de la materia principal, ya que la vida de él está en sus manos al momento del baile, la concentración, protección y enfoque que se tenga, serán papel un fundamental para el desenvolvimiento de la “bajada” del espíritu , ya que con la cantidad de espectadores, incluso me atrevo a citar la palabra “envidia” y otros motivos errados con que visitantes van a la montaña en esta fecha, puede desenfocase e incluso “tumbar” (perder conexión con entidad espiritual), a los participantes de este baile.</center>\n\n\n\n**FUENTE:http://cultomarialionzero.blogspot.com/**",
