| body |  Hello dear followers, if you want the status somewhat lost, yes, but again paralyzed something you have been doing. Art is an expression that is simply beautiful, in its highest expression becomes divine. Several years ago I made a drawing and it occurred to me to mold that same in my room. One day I got up and decided to paint something on the wall of my room to feed the soul of this one.  I started by sketching a pencil from the drawing I wanted to make. This drawing inspires me a lot, I feel that nothing is impossible when you can fly, and more when you listen to that music that inspires you in your own way. Draw all this work of art the same day, you will die for having that drawing that I like so much in my room.  And then I started painting once I was ready.   I continued painting for several more hours.   I was a bit tired for this point, but I did not do it very little, and obviously I was not throwing all the work overboard.  And finally I finished the mural with my beautiful drawing. I really loved it as much as I did, besides everything is always worth it. Well, that's the way my mural is. | body |  Hola queridos seguidores, si se que he estado algo perdido, lo se, pero volví para mostrarles algo que había estado haciendo. El arte es una expresión que sin mas es bella, en su máxima expresión se hace divina. Hace varios años hice un dibujo y se me ocurrió plasmar ese mismo en mi cuarto. Un día me levante y decidí pintar algo en la pared de mi cuarto para alimentar el alma de esta.  Comencé haciendo un boceto a lápiz del dibujo que quería plasmar. Esté dibujo me inspira mucho, siento que nada es imposible cuando se puede volar, y mas cuando escuchas esa música que a cada uno lo inspira a su manera. Dibuje toda esta obra de arte el mismo día, moría por tener ya ese dibujo que me gusta tanto en mi habitación.  Y luego comencé a pintar una vez que estaba listo.   Seguí pintando por varias horas más.   Estaba algo cansado para este punto, pero faltaba poco, y obviamente no tiraría todo el trabajo por la borda.  Y bueno finalmente termine el mural con mi bello dibujo. La verdad me encanto mucho como quedo, ademas de que todo esfuerzo vale la pena siempre. Y bueno así quedo mi mural. "body": "\n\nHola queridos seguidores, si se que he estado algo perdido, lo se, pero volví para mostrarles algo que había estado haciendo.\nEl arte es una expresión que sin mas es bella, en su máxima expresión se hace divina.\nHace varios años hice un dibujo y se me ocurrió plasmar ese mismo en mi cuarto.\nUn día me levante y decidí pintar algo en la pared de mi cuarto para alimentar el alma de esta.\n\n\nComencé haciendo un boceto a lápiz del dibujo que quería plasmar.\nEsté dibujo me inspira mucho, siento que nada es imposible cuando se puede volar, y mas cuando escuchas esa música que a cada uno lo inspira a su manera. | body |  Hola mis queridos seguidores el día de hoy les dejo unas técnicas para liberar el estrés que puede acumularse por distintas situaciones, espero les guste. Muchas veces en ciertas situaciones, debido a factores exteriores caemos en el estrés, esa sensación que te hace sentir agobiado, cansado, sin ánimos, entre otras cosas, pero esta se puede combatir con diferentes técnicas, existen técnicas que logran liberar toda esta tensión, que se ha ido generando durante el paso del día o semana. Y se preguntaran que me hace estar de esta forma?, sencillo situaciones como: Exceso de trabajo, Ambiente laboral no propicio, Acoso laboral, No controlar responsabilidades, No tener trabajo, Mala relación de pareja, Muchas actividades que atender; hijo, hogar, trabajo, familiares, etc, entre muchas otras situaciones que inducen a adoptar este tipo de actitudes nocivas para nuestro cuerpo y mente. Si bien es cierto que es nocivo, también es propicio en ciertos momentos, este modo que de vez en cuando activamos nos alerta y ayuda de forma en que podamos alcanzar la consecución de metas u objetivos, debido a colocar en nuestra mente el modo necesidad para superar las adversidades que puedan presentársenos en el trayecto de nuestras actividades. Por otra parte si este modo resulta ser prolongado por mucho tiempo se puede tener consecuencias negativas a gran escala por ejemplo como: Taquicardia, Aumento de la presión arterial, Falta de iniciativa, Impotencia, Acné, Diabetes, Desmotivación, Agresividad, Poca productividad, Absentismo. Si esta es detectada y enfrentada a tiempo se pueden tener grandes beneficios como: Reducir las hormonas del estrés en sangre, Aumentar la sensación de control, Aumentar la autoestima, Aumentar el flujo de sangre hacia los músculos, Reducir la tensión muscular, Reducir dolores crónicos, Mayor sensación de bienestar, Disminuir la fatiga, Disminuir la tasa cardíaca, Disminuir la presión arterial, Reducir sensaciones de odio y frustración. En estos casos se propone realizar estos ejercicios al menos unos diez minutos cada día, para mejorar las aptitudes y ritmos de vida que se llevan día tras día, dependiendo de cómo te desenvuelvas en tu vida cotidiana elige el mejor ejercicio para realizar. 1. RELAJACIÓN MUSCULAR PROGRESIVA  Esta trata de crear tensión en los músculos y luego proceder a relajarlos, de esta forma se libera tensión en el cuerpo y la mente, si posees algún problema con un historial anterior de espasmos, o problemas de espalda, musculares o lesiones, se te recomienda que realices una consulta a un profesional. Primero debemos tener ropa cómoda, y luego buscar un sitio apropiado en casa, buscar un asiento y proceder a iniciar los ejercicios, lo que se realizara es elegir un músculos por ejemplo el antebrazo y relajarlo y con tu mano izquierda apretarlo por 10 segundos, y de esta forma veras como se libera la tensión existente, luego de eso mantenerse en 8 segundos de relajación y proceder con el musculo contrario y así sucesivamente con los demás músculos, de esta forma lograras conocer cuáles son tus puntos de tensión más fuertes y como atacarlos. Estos son los músculos a trabajar en este tipo de relajación o liberación de estrés; Pie derecho, Pie izquierdo, Pantorrilla derecha, Pantorrilla izquierda, Muslo derecho, Muslo izquierdo, Caderas y nalgas, Estómago, Pecho, Espalda, Brazo y mano derechos, Brazo y mano izquierdos, Cuello y hombros, Cara. 2. RELAJACIÓN AUTÓGENA  Es una técnica que esta basada en las sensaciones que surgen en el cuerpo al momento de que a través del uso del lenguaje estar afloren. Consiste en 6 ejercicios que logran que tu cuerpo se sienta cálido, pesado y relajado. En cada ejercicio usas la imaginación y claves verbales para relajar tu cuerpo de un modo específico, y de este modo alcanzar la relajación a su máximo potencial. Comenzando con la respiración profunda, se inhala durante 4 segundos, y se exhala durante 8 segundos. Al inhalar se cierran los ojos y a medida que exhalas repites de 6 a 8 veces (mi brazo derecho se hace cada vez más pesado), y concentrarse en dicha sensación, y luego se repite la acción pero cambiando la oración a (mi brazo derecho se hace cada vez más liviano) luego (mi brazo derecho se siente muy cálido) y luego (mi brazo derecho se siente frio y ligero) esto se hace cada vez que se termina un ejercicio se comienza el otro de 6 a 8 repeticiones de oraciones. 3. MEDITACIÓN  Sencillamente se necesita es tiempo para realizar este ejercicio, concentrando toda tu energía en la respiración, y creando un entorno de calma, al decirte a ti misma o mismo (me encuentro en paz), (estoy en calma), o (estoy tranquilo). El ejercicio es muy sencillo, solo hay que sentarse en una silla cómoda, luego se procede a respirar por la nariz durante 4 segundos, se mantiene el aire 4 segundos, y luego se exhala el aire por 4 segundos de forma lentamente, estos segundo son para comenzar, luego ya verás que adaptaras tu respiración a como mejor convenga. 4. MINDFULNESS+MEDITACIÓN  Es o consiste en que sientas lo que se experimenta tanto dentro como fuera mientras vives el presente, de forma sencilla, se busca un lugar tranquilo y donde no se pueda ser interrumpido, luego buscamos en el presente o recuerdo alguna imagen, lugar o sentimiento, frase u objeto, palabras que repitas, puedes cerrar los ojos o concentrarse en un objeto del exterior, y mientras esto sucede dejar que los pensamientos surja n de forma espontánea, sin poner oposición a esta y siempre centrando tu energía en el objeto principal. 5. VISUALIZACIÓN-IMAGINACIÓN GUIADA  Esta técnica es muy sencilla se trata de estar conectados en todos los sentidos, encontrando un lugar tranquilo, cerrando los ojos e imaginándose un lugar tranquilo, sintiendo que estas en ese lugar con todos tus sentidos, caminar por el lugar, sintiendo las sensaciones, primero lo que vez, luego lo que oyes, luego lo que tocas, y así, disfruta esas sensaciones y deja fluir cualquier pensamiento o preocupación existente. | body |  Whenever I think that there exists are connections, Connections that the destination has set, Today I felt a calm and a peace that I had never experienced, As a person manages to disappear all me world, Fading it while you look at it, So firm And strong as the horizon, As deep as the sea, While sketching a smile that even angels can not reach. Sometimes these connections happen, As exciting as the first day of school, They make us act clumsily in front of the person, While observe things in directions in her Just to appreciate that person Instant connections that make your heartbeat accelerate, That your breathing be difficult And that especially while trembles all inside, When wanting to try to issue thing, But as connections sometimes cut. | body |  Siempre he pensado que existen conexiones, Conexiones que el destino ha establecido, Hoy sentí una calma y una paz que nunca había experimentado, Como una persona logra desaparecer todo el mundo, Desvaneciéndolo mientras observas su mirada, Tan firme Y fuerte como el horizonte, Tan profunda como el mar, Mientras esboza una sonrisa que ni los ángeles pueden lograr. A veces esas conexiones suceden, Tan emocionantes como el primer día de colegio, Que hacen que actuemos de forma torpe frente a la persona, Que observemos cosas en dirección a ella, Solo para apreciar a esa persona. Conexiones instantáneas que logran que tus latidos se aceleren, Que tu respiración se dificulte Y que sobre todo tiembles por dentro, Al querer tratar de emitir una oración, Pero como conexiones a veces se cortan. Ya sea el tiempo, El momento, Las circunstancias, No lo sé, Pienso que cuando sucede algo así; Lo más probable es que más adelante el destino los vuelva a conectar, Y mientras eso sucede, Solo basta recordar ese espectacular momento; Mientras esperas el próximo encuentro, No obstante me alegra que por lo menos en los momentos En que cruzamos miradas ambos sonreímos. Y al verle por última vez reflejo una sonrisa mientras su mirada decía Espero encontrarnos pronto. | body |  Hoy durante un lapso de tiempo mientras revisaba mis redes sociales me puse a pensar como las redes sociales afectan nuestra vida cotidiana, si bien es cierto que nos proporcionan y facilitan la vida de una u otra forma, también es perjudicial para nosotros, pero este no es el hecho para estar inmerso 24 horas en estos entornos. Actualmente las redes sociales han revolucionado a todos, en especial a los jóvenes y las relaciones humanas que este puede crear. En un principio esta se convirtió en una herramienta para unir personas, e incluso para conocer personas de otros lugares, esto contribuyo significativamente a las personas que no sepan relacionarse de otra forma sino de manera virtual. Las redes han tenido un afecta demasiado grande en los jóvenes esto al impactar en la forma en que se interrelacionan, si bien es cierto que para muchos la tecnología tuvo un acercamiento, la realidad es distinta. Hoy en día los jóvenes se pasan pegados a la pantalla del teléfono o del ordenador, creando relaciones de forma virtual deteriorando las relaciones interpersonales, al estar prácticamente aliados en el amplio mundo virtual, lo cual es perjudicial de forma que muchos de ellos prefieren estas relaciones que el contacto personal que se puede tener en la vida real. Si nos ponemos a observar en un grupo de amigos que se reúnen, todos ellos juntos están usando el móvil, es de lo más habitual hoy en día, incluso disfrutar del momento real con amigos, prefieren reflejar el momento a través de vídeos o fotos y compartirlo en sus redes sociales, creando así la atención para ser el centro en sus distintos perfiles en redes. Las redes sociales han cambiado la vida de las personas, CASI TODO EL MUNDO POSEE UN PERFIL en las principales redes sociales como Facebook, Instagram y Twitter, aunque el efecto positivo de esta es impresionante debido a que al momento de comunicarse por este medio es rápido, efectivo e instantáneo, también se convirtió en una herramienta casi indispensable para la sociales actual, al estar enganchado totalmente en la necesidades de estar conectados constantemente. Reflejando hasta los momentos más simples como tomar simplemente un taza de café, la realidad es que estas publicaciones suelen maquillarse con filtros, comentarios que deben colocar que sean favorables además de etiquetas, dando una perspectiva deteriorada de la verdad para que lo que sea publicado resulte favorable. Por otra parte están también afectan la capacidad de entender lo que sucede alrededor de su entorno, esta adicción, además de perjudicar al modo como se relacionan, afectan las capacidades de agencia y concentración, llegando a descuidar tareas como estudio y/o trabajo. Además de desarrollar dependencias, afectando de forma negativa los estados de ánimo, creando nerviosismo y todo tipo de alteraciones. Suele suceder en muchos casos que no aceptan la idea de tener que estar desconectados de este ambiente, parece casi incorrecto para estos, deben hacerlo mientras estudian, asisten a clases, con o sin amigos, en salidas, en el trabajo o cuando desarrollan cualquier actividad. El problema de esto radica en que no poseen la capacidad de renunciar y centrar su entorno en otras cosas, su frecuencia e intensidad afecta gravemente su vida cotidiana y la capacidad de disfrute, generando sentimientos de intensidad y ansiedad, que pueden derivar de una depresión. Por otra parte podemos tener en cuenta que estas son adictivas y generan emociones muy poderosas en la mente de personan, debido a que proyecta lo positivo, y logra que sintamos buenas vibraciones al momento y con grandes gratificaciones, al final no se trata de eliminar las redes sociales, solo aprender a gestionarlas y los momentos en que hay que usarlos porque son herramientas con muchos aspectos positivos.  |
