      "body": "<html>\n<h3>이 글을 쓰는 이유</h3>\n<p>취준생 시절일 때는 공공기관에 전산직으로 가고싶다고만 생각을 했지, 실제로 가서 무슨 일을 하는지 정확히 알지 못했다. 주변에 간 사람도 없었고, 인터넷에 검색을 해보아도 면접후기까지는 있었는데 합격하신 분들은 글을 잘 쓰지 않으시는 것 같다.</p>\n<p>그래서 직접 공공기관 중에 한 군데를 가서 전산직으로 있어보니까, 왜 글을 잘 안쓰는지 알겠더라.<br>\n일이 너무너무 많아서 정신없고 굳이 시간을 빼면서까지 글을 써야 할 이유도 없는 것도 있지 않을까 싶네.</p>\n<p>그래도 오늘은 그 중에 1가지에 대해 설명해보고자 한다.&nbsp;</p>\n<h3>Enterprise Architecture (정보기술아키텍처)에 대해서 말하자면..</h3>\n<p>초창기때 진행했던 업무인데, EA 라는 일이다. &nbsp;하는 일은 회사 내 전산시스템 관련된 정보를 입력하는 일이다. 사실 사전에 찾아보면 더 구구절절히 써놓았지만 실제로 하는 일은 GEAP 라는 사이트에 시스템에 관련된 SW,HW 정보를 잘 입력을 해주면 된다.</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.geap.go.kr/real/\">GEAP 사이트</a>에 들어가니까 사용기관수가 현재 1,240개라고 나와있다. 아마 이 숫자는 기초지자체 같은 곳까지 포함해서 이렇게 많이 나올거다. 결론적으로는 왠만한 공공기관이나 공무원 전산직은 EA 등록업무를 누군가는 해야하는 결론에 도달할 수 있다.</p>\n<p>매년 여름시즌에 업데이트를 하는 것 같다. 담당자들이 사이트에 들어가서 작년에 비교해서 1년사이에 추가된 사항을 업데이트하면 되는데, 문제는 전임담당자가 개판으로 치고나가거나 이러한 업무가 있는줄도 모르고 인수인계를 안하면 골치가 아파진다. EA에 등록하는 것도 평가에 포함되는 거로 알고 있는데 그렇게 때문에 안하면 인사고과를 잘 받기 위해서는 잘 해야 한다.</p>\n<h3>내가 잠시 담당했을 때..</h3>\n<p>내가 할 때는 기존에 등록된 정보를 사이트에서 엑셀로 다운받아서 업데이트하고 다시 업로드를 하는 아주 단순한 업무였는데...업로드를 하고나서 보니까 어느 셀에 정보가 없다느니...입력한 데이터가 잘못되었다느니 하는 범위체크 오류가 줄줄히 나와서 여간 고생한게 아니었다. 뭘 알아야 제대로 입력하는데 그걸 몰랐으니.. 언제까지 하라고 데드라인까이 나온 마당이었기 때문에 야근을 하든 밤을 새든 주말에 나와서든 온갓 방법을 써서 어떻게 하긴 했었다.&nbsp;</p>\n<h3>결론적으로..</h3>\n<p>행자부와 NIA에서 EA사업을 진행하여 매년 교육도 제공하고 독려고 하고, 잘하는 기관들은 상도 주고 그렇다. 만야 본인이 해당 업무를 맡게 되었다면 상을 노려보는 것도 괜찮을듯. 다만 모든 일이 그렇듯이 처음에는 분명 헷갈리게 되어있다. &nbsp;ㅎㅎ</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://imgur.com/a/KSFLTuu\"/></p>\n</html>",
