      "body": "How are things going for everyone? I hope everyone is staying healthy and doing well. I hope that everyone continues to be happy and well.\n\n\nI want to tell you a tale today that has greatly inspired me. I'll do my best to explain it to you, but it's a little challenging. I'll relate this story in my older brother's own words because I heard it from him.\n\n\nAccording to my brother:\n\nI traveled to Sweden fifteen years ago. I met a fifteen-year-old crippled youngster at a mosque in the city of Malmö.\nThe boy was seriously crippled; he was unable to speak and move his hands or legs. However, in spite of his illness, he spread the word about Islam, and many people accepted it as a result of his invitation.\n\nI seen him firsthand, and I must say that he was an amazing and motivating individual who was promoting Islam.\n\n\nNow, who is this boy with a disability? How can someone who is so disabled—unable to talk or move his hands or legs—invite others to Islam?\n\n\nThe narrative proceeds as follows:\n\nOne of my Swedish friends informed me, \"We're going to take you to a mosque in Malmö today,\" while I was in Sweden. I'm hoping you'll enjoy it.\n\nThere was only one mosque in Malmö at the time; possibly there are now more. It was lovely to see the mosque surrounded by verdant gardens. It was not quite time for prayer when we arrived at the mosque. I noticed a young man sitting inside. He was a Somali-born Swedish citizen.\n\n\nThis young man was crippled; he had no control over his hands or legs, and they were immobile. His legs were motionless, and his hands trembled all the time. His legs were tied to the chair's base, and his hands were fastened to the chair's arms. He was silent, too.\n\n\nI approached him, kissed his forehead, and put my hand on his shoulder. \"How are you?\" I then asked him. I then offered him some consolation and talked to him about the benefits of patience in sickness.\n\n\nMeanwhile, the Swedish Social Welfare Ministry had arranged for two people to come in the morning and two in the afternoon to care for him, assist him, and fulfill his needs.\nOne day, while I was with him, he gestured with his head to one of the attendants, and soon a man came and stood next to him, bringing something with him.\nIt was a box containing several small banners. Each banner had a different phrase written on it, such as: \"I need water now,\" \"I need to go to the toilet,\" \"I want to meet my mother,\" \"I want to meet my friend.\" These were the boy’s requests.\n\n\nHe would make head gestures to the attendants to get what he needed, and they would comply.\n\n\n\"Sheikh, the boy you just met and showed affection to, many people have embraced Islam through him,\" my companions informed me at this moment. \"How is that possible?\" I said in amazement. How could a youngster who is mute, unable to respond to inquiries, unable to argue, and unable to provide any proof persuade others to accept Islam?\"\n\n\nMy pals clarified, saying, \"Sheikh points to one of the attendants when they arrive to look after him in the morning and says, 'I want to meet my friend.'\" After that, the attendant brings his friend. \"You should ask my friend about Islam, and then let me hear his explanation,\" he continues, gesturing to the other individual.\n\n\n\"You explain to me the difference between Islam and Christianity,\" he says, gesturing to the attendant. After that, the attendant would describe how the two religions differed. I witnessed this firsthand, and you won't believe it.\nAfter they have finished talking, the youngster points to the board next to him and requests that they give him a book about Islam that is on the shelf.\n\n\nThis crippled child was using his caregivers to spread the word about Islam.\nIt was a remarkable occasion. How was it possible for a youngster who is speechless, unable to move his hands or legs, and immobilized throughout his body to invite so many people to Islam?\nI was there when this incident happened. \n\nThank you, Allah.\n\n\nI want to let you all know that this story is about more than just extending an invitation to Islam. Its true goal is to demonstrate how a person can achieve great things with self-confidence.\nIf we have complete faith in ourselves, we can overcome any challenge, regardless of the position or circumstances we find ourselves in.\n\nOur self-assurance will enable us to achieve greater things.\n\nInsha'Allah, this crippled youngster has the ability to transform lives in spite of his situation.\nHis life shows us that one's aim or heart power can never be constrained by material, mental, or physical constraints.\n\n\n\nThank you, Allah.",

      "body": "People with significant physical disabilities are admitted to a special hospital for the disabled in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. None of the body parts of these patients can move. While some of them suffer from paralysis, others have suffered serious injuries in accidents that have rendered them fully immobile. \n\n  \n\nI got the chance to go to one of these hospitals. It appears that little care is made to preserve the facility because it is ancient and dilapidated. The atmosphere is so peaceful that it almost feels like you've entered an abandoned jungle. The area feels nearly deserted, and there isn't much activity. I observed a 17-year-old lad in one of the rooms who was bedridden after suffering severe injuries in a car accident. He was in such terrible shape that he was unable to move anything but his head. His whole body, including his hands and legs, was immobilized. \n\n\n\nBut I was surprised by what I saw hanging in front of his bed. He was unable to lie down and watch videos because there was no television in front of him. He had no computer or laptop to play games on to kill time. Rather, this youngster had asked his family to place enormous sheets of paper with the Quran's large lettering in front of his bed so he could look at them and commit the verses to memory. The youngster had made up his mind to memorize the entire Quran, despite the fact that he was only able to move his head. Once every page has been committed to memory,To tell his family to hang the next page, he would make a head gesture. \n\n  \n\nHe was memorizing Surah Mujadilah as I walked into his room. I questioned him about how much he had been able to commit to memory. \"A little more than ten Juz,\" he said. \n\n\"What’s inside this box?\" I inquired, pointing to a box in the room out of curiosity. I was informed that \"It contains the pages of the Quran—around 200 pages.\"\n\nThis youngster, who is unable to move any part of his body, has decided to commit the entire Quran to memory and has already done it, memorizing almost 10 Juz! \n\n I paid him another visit in the hospital many days later. He was learning the 15th Juz by then and could move his hands somewhat. \n\n Thank you, Allah! \n\n  \n\nMy acquaintances frequently show remorse when they hear or learn about this, saying things like, \"Oh, if only I could remember the Quran! \"If only I were as committed.\" They are astounded and exclaim, \"At such a young age, this child has memorized the entire Quran?\" when they witness young children—even those as young as 10 years old—who have done so. How I long to be able to do the same. \n\n\n\n\"You can do it too,\" I say to them. Your own willpower is preventing you from moving forward. Since you are in good health, you will undoubtedly be able to memorize the Quran if you get the fortitude to proceed. For someone as fit as you, there is no justification. What weakens and prevents you from accomplishing it is your own mental toughness. \n\n  \n\nPhysical constraints won't be able to stop us if we all, like this youngster, maintain our will. We can overcome any challenge if we have unwavering willpower. \n\nWe must thus take this as a lesson: if we are determined, we will undoubtedly succeed even under the most trying conditions. \n\nInsha'Allah. \n\n\n\nSome Hadiths and Evidence of Prophet ﷺ's Confidence \n\nUnshakable Faith in Allah: \n\nThe foundation of Prophet ﷺ’s confidence was his deep and unwavering faith and love for Allah. He believed that no one could help him except Allah, and that when he sought help from Allah sincerely, nothing was impossible. \n\n  \n\nHadith: \n\n\"If you put your trust in Allah, He will be enough for you.\" \n(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 2338) \n\n  \n\nIn this hadith, the Prophet ﷺ is teaching that having faith in Allah makes everything easier for a person. Through this, he established the basis of true confidence: anyone who places their trust in Allah will never be disappointed.",
