In the same way that several Nobel prizes came, it was Bill Gates' question in an interview¹ .\n\nOne of the first responses Bill Gates alluded to was the lack of good educational preparation. In short, Latin America does not have a slightly good educational base to shelter entrepreneurs of the stature of Bill Gates and others.\n\nLikewise, it states that in most of the countries of the world where he was born, he would not have had the same opportunities as in the United States. \"I had an education of very good quality and an incredible luck as to the circumstances that I had to live.\" so the answer to your question is no. \"In most other places of the world I would have been a bad farmer or a lousy entrepreneur,\" he replied.\n\nGates added, \"The United States encourages innovation like no other country in the world. I mean the levels at which we are willing to invest, the way our patent system works, and the way our legal and economic system works. \"\n\nI point out that the United States is among the countries that invest the most in education in universities, and that universities have a closer relationship with incubators of new companies. In addition, American universities offer financial incentives to their professors to research and market new products, and benefit from a system whereby university graduates contribute to study houses by providing resources for innovation and research.\n \nGates acknowledged that some Latin American universities have made some significant progress through the support of private companies, such as the Monterrey technology and the donations that the study center receives from companies such as Pemex and Femsa. In most Latin American institutions, there is no tradition of graduates contributing individually to their homes.\n\nThe United States has been quite exceptional in terms of individual alumni relationships. I think it will take some time for other countries to develop these traditions. En pocas palabras, Latinoamérica no cuenta con una base educativa ligeramente buena para cobijar emprendedores de la talla de Bill Gates y otros más.  \n\nAsi mismo, establece que en la mayoría de los países del Mundo donde hubiera nacido, no habría tenido las mismas oportunidades que en Estados Unidos. “tuve una educación de muy buena calidad y una suerte increíble en cuanto a las circunstancias que me tocó vivir”. de manera que la respuesta a su pregunta es no. “En la mayor parte de otros lugares del mundo me hubiese sido un mal agricultor o un pésimo emprendedor”, respondió.\n\nGates agregó “Estados Unidos incentiva la innovación como ningún otro país en el mundo. me refiero a los niveles en que nosotros estamos dispuestos a invertir, a la forma en que funciona nuestro sistema de patentes, y a la forma en que funciona nuestro sistema legal y económico”.\n\nSeñalo qué Estados Unidos está entre los países que más invierte en educación en las universidades, y que las universidades tienen una relación más estrecha con las incubadoras de nuevas empresas.  Adicionalmente, las universidades norteamericanas ofrecen incentivos económicos a sus profesores para que investiguen y comercialicen nuevos productos, y se benefician de un sistema por el cual los egresados de las universidades contribuyen a las casas de estudio dotándolas de recursos para Innovación e investigación.\n \nGates reconoció, que algunas universidades latinoamericanas han hecho algunos avances significativos a través del apoyo de la empresa privada, casos como el tecnológico de Monterrey y las donaciones que este centro de estudios recibe de empresas como Pemex y Femsa. El acercamiento de estas es al extremo débil y en muchos casos nulos.\n \n“Todo esto ha contribuido A qué Estados Unidos continúa siendo una imagen para los mejores cerebros de todas las partes del mundo”, prosiguió Gates. Todo esto con la venia de los gobiernos a nivel mundial.\n\nSi somos honestos, la plata que a manera de intereses te da el banco para que te la “guarden” son irrisorias. Van desde nada, es decir cero (0) hasta un 0.2291% mensual, es decir, casi nada. Ellos a cambio de tu ignorancia y miedo, cuando les prestan lo hacen a tasas no menores del 2.39% mensual llegando incluso al 3,19% mensual.\n\nOtro aspecto y no el menos importante está en los servicios que los bancos cobran a sus usuarios; nos cobran hasta por respirar el aire acondicionado de los locales donde están ubicados. Miremos algunos cobros:  Retiro en cajero automático red propia entre $1000 y $2.500, Chequera de 10 volantes entre $23.500 y $30.440. Adicionalmente, te cobran porque te equivocaste, un ejemplo de esto es, las transacciones declinadas por tarjeta Debito o fondos insuficientes que van desde $900 y $2.930 pesos. ¡En resumen, si tienes te cobro y si no tienes también, que belleza!!!\n\nAhora bien, hablemos de los cajeros automáticos. Los cajeros en su gran mayoría solo entregan hasta $300.000 o $ 600.000 por vez, de manera que si necesita un $1.5 millón, debe introducir la tarjeta al menos 3 veces lo que significa pagar por estos retiros una suma aproximada de $ 8.000; esto porcentualmente equivale al 0.53% en menos de 5 minutos. Multiplique esto por el número de transacciones que puedan ser realizadas en un día; amigos esto es más rentable que un gota a gota, o que una pirámide. ¡Óigase bien mejor que una PIRAMIDE!!!\n\nLes voy a contar lo que le sucedió a un usuario de un banco “X” un banco muy popular en Colombia. Entra a las 2 de la tarde a retirar una suma de dinero en este banco y la cajera muy oronda le dice que no hay dinero; que debe esperar a que entre más gente para poder juntar el dinero para pagarle. ¿A ver señores, esta no es la modalidad de las pirámides, pagarles a las personas con dinero de otros? ¡Total!!, Bancos igual pirámides.\n\nLa pregunta sería ¿Por qué ocurre esto?, pues las variables son bien conocidas: sistemas educativos orientados a enseñar cómo sacarle la raíz cuadrada a una lonchera, pero nada de educación financiera; entes gubernamentales permeados por la clase empresarial en los más altos niveles, políticos con manos untadas de buena “mermelada” para que se hagan los ciego, sordos y mudos con los abusos recurrentes de los bancos.\n\nLa recomendación final es, deje de invertir su dinero en pirámides legales, llámese bancos y mucho menos en ilegales.
