I am pretty good these days, at sticking to my exercise plan, but I keep on failing and trying one more time, consistently for so long.\nI have attempted so many times to quit writing the book am writing now, scrapped it all the time because it did not feel right. But still, I attempted one more time, now, I am almost done.\nI failed at loving myself, but I don't give up on that.\nWhen I try over and over again, once in a while I succeed.\nSo what are the secrets involved? actually there is no secret. you just have to try one more time.\nThat said, here's what I found to work perfectly :\n1. I learned a more flexible mindset. When you are pushing hard to achieve a goal, things do not go the way you expected , that is when you feel like crap and things can get derailed. But if your mindset is flexible mindset, and think, \"I might not see things go according to how i expected it but that's OK because things change \", then it would not be a disaster in case you get off track. There isn't any single track that's mandatory to stay on.\n2. I found out that, every attempt is all about learning. When you fail, that's actually a good experience. Before you failed, you had it at the back of your mind that very thing would work, but then.\nReal world information came in, that made you realized that it would not work. This surely means you are now aware of what you weren't aware of. This is splendid. This time around you would come back with a stronger and better plan, or set of goals. Keep learning.\nI ask for help. No matter my struggle in this life, I am never going to give up, I know I can decipher a better way out. But it's not easy to do that, so I reach out to my partner, friends, trusted family member, and I ask them. They probably would give me some simple, obvious or brilliant tips. No matter what my friends and loved ones never seem to fail me.\nI get some rest. When am struggling, in some moments my mind and body just needs some break from the discipline. So I just take a day or two off, and sometimes a week. We do not have set time that is right for every situation, and for that matter I have been learning to go by feel. For some while I have taken off two months or even more to learn something.",

      "body": "Following the discovery that the pandemic has already started to spread in Ghana, the government instituted measures to halt the local transmission of the infection and also import of the novel virus into Ghana. \nThe measures included closing down all land boarders to the country, simultaneously closing down the main international airport in Accra, the capital town of the country Ghana. \n\nTESTING BEGAN EARLY  \n\nTwo institutions, namely Noguchi Memorial institute for medical research in Accra and the Kumasi Centre for collaborative research into tropical medicine in Kumasi served as the first testing Centers for all suspected cases. Due to lack of testing equipments in the northern part of Ghana, samples were taken from there to the Kumasi Centre for collaborative research whiles samples from the Southern part of Ghana were taken to Noguchi memorial institute for medical research. \nThese were the centers the COVID-19 test was conducted. From the knowledge I acquired as a medical laboratory science student, if a sample either blood sample, sputum sample or urine sample is taken from a patient for a test. It should not take a long time before the test to be done because enzymes found in the sample could breakdown the materials found in the sample making the sample that was supposed to have a negative results appear as a positive results and samples which were supposed to have a positive test results appear as a positive test results. In other to avoid this problem of false results due to long time keeping before testing, a company called Zipline proved drones that carried samples rural areas to the testing Centers to increase the accuracy of the COVID-19 test results. \n\n![covid-ghana-780x439.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeiNHdKPHHZ5VmketdSaV43CXZCCP2Gb94f7V5emVHdD9/covid-ghana-780x439.jpg)\n\n\nLOCKDOWN\n\nA partial lockdown was placed in 2 big cities, Accra and Kumasi, which happened to be the epicenters for the pandemic, from the end of March 2020 for three weeks. Restrictions were placed on the movement of people, with the military and police mounting road blocks to carry out checks. Only workers of essential service were allowed to move around in these cities. Restrictions on night clubs and beaches are still in place.\nThe pandemic is having a serious impact on people health, livelihoods, economies and behaviors. We are all affected in one way or the other.\nThe dead have been included the high and mighty, as well as the common people in the streets.\nThis pandemic has shaken us to our very core, and has created a moment to contemplate about the future, including how we relate with nature.",

Today I am going to make everyone learn about the benefits of keys when it comes to steemit.\nI am a new member of steemit, but I managed to still learn a few things about steemit security keys, and with much joy I would be sharing such an important knowledge with everyone. \nMy name is Mubarak Abdul Mumeen. I came to steemit to share the knowledge I have acquired through writings, learn, and also make friends.\nBefore I start to talk about keys I want to give a scenario so we get a picture of what I am about to say. Suppose you are a security manager of a bank which gives the best security in Ghana would you decide to use only one key for all the lockers with different pattern? Or each locker would have its own keys? That is what steemit keys is all about.\nThe different security keys when it comes to steemit are; posting keys, Owner keys, Active keys and Memo keys.\nNow let us take note of one additional thing. Here you have to have duplicates of all the keys to your accounts and do not share with anyone. The reason is that, if anyone get access to it, he or she would get the other keys .Steemit also has a security key called the main password or master keys. With such an important key a lot can be done. This master security key is the most important key compared to the other keys.
