      "body": "I manage a free accountability group called <a href=\"http://proj.es\">Projess</a>, where I post every day my progress.\n\nIn time, i've noticed that people-generally speaking-are reluctant to sharing their journeys, especially their struggles.\n\nAt first it felt normal, after all-not everything shouldn't be out in the public, right? But then I realized-here lies a great challenge and an even greater opportunity.\n\nThe challenge is that people feel reluctant to sharing their inadequacies for fear of being judged, or even marginalized. Whereas the opportunity is to achieve rapid transformation -orders of magnitude faster. The-truth-will-set-you-free kind-of-thing.\n\nI also notice that people who pursue personal progress a lot more opened towards sharing their journey, maybe l because it might reflect positive on their image, or at least they don't feel there is something to hide. Whereas people who try to workout through some personal issues, will not be so opened towards sharing.\n\nAnd so I was presented with a unique challenge, If I want to grow the group-which I absolutely do-I have to somehow bring it out in the public; but then the problem is that maybe not everyone would be willing to share their own struggles out in the open. Or maybe I'm wrong? I surely hope so.\n\nAnd then how do you build a public community out of a private group?\nHow do you convince people to share their struggles when the fear of being judged is the only real, immediate promise?\n\nThe more I was thinking about it, I realized people's fears were not a complete fiction, but a crude reality of a society that demands perfection and deems inappropriate any, and all faults of the individual.\n\nWhen fakeness is the cultural norm, admitting your struggles might truly mean a death sentence to your career and personal life. Or is it?\n\nOk, the fears might be real, but things are slowly changing. Recently, more and more prominent figures like celebrities are coming out in the light to admit things that otherwise they kept private for decades.\n\nAnd these are people that stand to lose everything, with no real promise of something to be gained in return.So why do they do it?\n\nThis: to free themselves from the shackles of inauthenticity. They no longer want to be seen as perfect, but just a mere human being. Perfectly imperfect.\n\nAnd if you think of it, it makes sense because, once you admit your faults you can no longer be attacked because there is nothing to defend, when you renounce perfection, your enemies have lost their only target. When you put the shields down, you already won.\n\nA few days ago, I wrote about why people are reluctant to share their struggles.\n\nIt's because we think showing weakness means you are weak, but in fact, that's what makes you strong.\n\nThe Declaration of Independence. There is great power in taking things out in the open, bringing them into the light; for starters, you no longer see yourself as a victim of your circumstances, but a person with the agency over their life, holding a clear intention for betterment.\n\nOpenly admitting your struggles is a bold statement of refusal to continue down the same path that eventually cascades into a powerful identity shift.\n\nBut that's the key, a declaration of independence is always a public act. And for as long as you don't dare to go public with your intentions, you are never really free.\n\nThe problem with most people is that they try to solve impossible problems. And what makes a problem impossible to solve? Darkness, mystery, confusion; What helps solve a problem?       "body": "In one way or another, generally speaking, everyone wants a better life, or at least they want some aspects of their life to improve.\n\nAdditionally, most people want to be successful in some department, and look for ways to fullfil that need.\n\nToday I want to make a case for why setting out to build a new project should not just make you successful-if you were to succeed in completing it- but, that it should also make your life better, on a personal level.\n\nFirst, a project is a lot more than just a goal or something that you want; a project is a structured vision that you take responsibility over, to make everything in your power to make it real.\n\nWe are very familiar with projects when it comes to our career, but less so when it comes to our personal lives.\n\nNow, what if you would sit down and put your mind to find a project that would both make your life better, and potentially make you successful? Exactly in that order.\n\nA new project should benefit you and your life before making you financially successful; and here is the best reason for it: in case things don't turn out the way you expect them to(financially), at least you got better on a personal level.\n\nWhen you set out your next project, please don't let money be the main and only reason but just a nice added bonus. Ask yourself these questions: if things don't work out, will this, at least make make my life better?       "body": "When I'm in a good place, usually my mind is very clear, I'm rested and I perform better overall. A decision made at this level of awarenesses would definitely be of a higher quality, That's why when I notice my mind is very sharp, I go into decision-making, and thinking mode.\n\n When I'm are not in a good place, tired, upset, hungry, whatever; those are exactly the times when I don't make decisions but I go into execution mode. When I'm at my worse I focus on follow through, and walking the talk or better said -walking the thought. \nGet it? Talk / thought...pretty clever, right? :)\n\nThe beautiful part about this solution is that at my worst I already know what I should be doing.\n\n I don't have to think/ re-think and potentially change my mind on what should I do, or not do; and what's even better is that I don't have a chance to renegotiate with myself, and eventually switch a high-quality decision for a low-quality one. \n\nUsually my mantra in times like this is the following:  \"My lower-self cannot tell my higher-self what to do he can just follow orders and execute. It's pretty weird, but if there is a good time to act like a robot it's at your worst.(hoping you already have good instructions)\n\nMy robots are very useful and here's why.\nI would rather have weak action based on strong decision, rather than strong action based on weak decision.  \n\nClarity is for choosing the direction, action is for moving in that direction, but if you get your direction wrong you are moving wrong. \n\nI would rather move slow in the right direction, than to move fast in the wrong direction.
