      "body": "Winning a soccer match isn’t a big deal to win from a sportsmans point of view. Players have to perform, the coach will guide the teammates and the rest would be about the match performance. But what it takes to lose a match? There are the two sides which would compete, one team will win and the other will secure a loss, by small or to bigger margins. In odd cases, there would be draw between two sides. \n\nIn a competitive sports where players will perform, if its a franchise based tournament - players and the teams would have a chance to make a comeback. Winning or losing one or two matches dont make any sense. What matters most is the ability to bring forth the steady growth of performance, if one team loses - the other will surely try to make a comeback. \n\nFrom a coach's point of view, there are quite so many factors where there would be a difference to make. Its not about tactics or match performance, rather than training the players to the best way possible. It is a know calculation that, to be able to win 1 match you have to practise at least 5-6 matches in a row to be successful. They have had a wonderful career back on the time in the past. Having a career is important and thats not mandatory for players to have when starting a coaching career. These days, after the initials of the franchise based tournaments are on full speed all over the world,coaching staffs have become highly commercial. \n\nWhat they wish is to have popularity and by gaining the popularity, switching on to the best leagues all across the globe. If players tend to stick to the same League, one single team wins out the race. The owner of a team appoints other players and employs the managers having a red profile. That has become a reality today. \n\nYou could see that, decades time ago or before that period - managers relied heavily on their experience and there were also possible reasons behind that. In one side, the mode of play have changed, so as the tactics which are applied on the field. Now European football style is the dominant part of the game, coaching techniques have also changed with it. \n\nIn a given day for a team to advance, my advice to the coaches would be similar to what I said in the past few blogs. Sticking to experience wont bring anything vital, rather if coaching staffs become innovative and bring on practice,they would be in the fairer side to make progress day by day.",

      "body": "It was a long tale before the times I just got accustomed to knowing soccer and watching the sport on the TV. People were rushing for buying tickets and going to the Stadium with full enthusiasm. Now I just wonder, how does time fly ?  Maybe to have a taste at the soccer and the actions, it is not sufficient to have 2 decades of time into the big screen of your tv. I am frankly speaking, not enough times. \n\nMessi might retire after playing a year or a two. What else could happen there ?  The good thing is that, he has delivered for his Country and the fans around the globe more than any other players did in the grassy pitch. Its not a fairy tale or a fact from fantasy, but he did it with utmost ability and showed a great talent. \n\nOff late, I just gotten into a new talent of writing many things and on different subjects, although I had the skills too in the past. I started to think of Messi and feel like writing 2-3 books at a time wouldn’t be enough to describe what he has done and achieved in his lifetime of sporting career. From the scene, it would be possible to look at the match conditions and even how the players are turning on. Messi is also in the screen. Yet what I think that, what was Messi's specialty of play was his rhythm that was excellent in deed. \n\nHe quite capably could hold rhythm and then being calm and composed, he could pull off the plans he had and adjust to a new dimensions too. Turning out a match results from the other team by showing brilliant and timely skills is one thing he possessed. No other players had such quality prominently. \n\nYou could look at the world cup performance of him where he showed brilliance. Maybe, it is not possible in modern days to win a big title like a FIFA world cup with own qualities to match them. But a good team work was needed and alongside Messi,to assist his vision there were other players who came by and made his dream come true. \n\nThats how a normal team performance turns out to be a legendary tale and quite luckily Messi got everything inside him. The ability to make dreams come true with hard work,professionalism and the mixture of integrity too. \nI would write about Messi with periodic writing later on. \n\nThanks for the time.",
