Detroit、EOS42、JEDA，以及所有认可EOSONE工作的人，感谢你们的认可与鼓励！\n\n\n<h3>02.背景与意义</h3>\n基于DPOS（委托权益证明）共识机制，每个EOS持币者按其持币比例拥有影响力，持币者通过投票选出21个超级节点及近59个备用节点，代理他们进行信息验证和记账。相应地，节点能收获到相应的经济收益。根据EOS白皮书，EOS每年增发5%代币，节点每年便可获得其中1%的节点奖励，即每年可总共获得1000万个EOS的收益，可谓十分丰厚。\n\n节点是EOS网络稳定运行的基础，但受上述庞大利益的驱动，自EOS主网上线、节点排名系统启动后，节点换票、大户扶持等行为早已成为业内公开的秘密，EOS网络沦落为资本竞逐游戏。来路不明、从未参与过生态建设的节点，仅凭借几个大户的扶持，长期分割节点收益。而那些致力于建设生态并付诸行动的优质节点，却可能无缘超级节点或备用节点，更无法分享到应得的经济收益。因此，现有节点排名一定程度上无法真实地反映节点实力及对其生态建设的贡献。\n\n在这种背景下，作为节点监督者与生态建设者，秉着“只为事实代言，不为资本折腰”的原则，EOSONE重新梳理了1至83名的享有节点得票奖励的节点（BP排名截止至8月17日17点）的相关信息，并依据一定的评分标准，对这些节点进行打分与重新排名。\n\nEOSONE希望以该系列报告，<b>一是</b>促使每位EOS代币持有者更加理性与谨慎参与投票，共同建设健康的EOS生态环境；<b>二是</b>鞭策参选节点不断完善相关信息，加强社区建设与项目发展，繁荣EOS生态。\n\n\n<h3>03.评审对象</h3>\n上篇《EOSONE节点审计报告第一期》评审对象是1至40名的节点，本篇《EOSONE节点审计报告第二期》评审对象则扩展至是1至83名的享有节点得票奖励的节点。\n\n具体评审节点名单如下（BP GO曾在其系列《区块生产者候选者报告》（Block Producer Candidate EOS官网的语言种类数量均超过6种，EOSGen、Aloha EOS语言种类数量甚至超过20种。在社交媒体语言方面，EOS AntPool、EOSAsia社交媒体语言有4种语言，而成员遍布3大洲6个国家的EOS42，在其社交媒体及活动宣传中更是使用起码5种语言。可见，这些节点在语言层面的国际化程度均十分高。\n\n前2名排名情况如下：\n\n#1 eosDAC（8分）\n\n#2 EOS Pacific、EOSGen、EOSMORE、EOS Flare、EOS QXEOS、EOSflytoMARS、EOS WIKI这9个节点，由于在其官网及主要社交媒体上未找到电报群信息，且在电报群搜索节点关键词也未成功找到电报群，因此“电报群成员数量”项未能得分。\n\n前5名排名情况如下：\n\n#1 eosDAC、eosONO、Candy.ONE（20分）\n\n#4 Cannon等众多节点，在世界各地积极举办或参加各类区块链与EOS活动，成功团结更多EOS节点，凝聚更多EOS爱好者，为EOS生态出谋划策，推动EOS稳步发展。对比之下，因在未找到活动相关信息，23个节点在活动参与这项评分中未能得分。\n\n前4名节点名单如下：\n\n#1 CryptoLions、OracleChain、EOSDetroit（17分）\n\n#4 EOS New York、EOS Beijing、Starteos、EOSphere、EOS Detroit、EOS PH、eosAfrica等多个节点，则与当地高校或科技巨头建立合作关系，培养区块链技术人才，共同研发区块链技术。\n\n需要提醒的是，9个节点虽然在该项中未能得分，但由于这些分数是基于EOSONE收集到的信息计算出来的，因此不能一概而论说这些未得分的节点都没有落地项目。\n\n前5名情况如下：\n\n#1 EOS Authority、CryptoLions、EOS Tribe等；二是部分节点善于团结成员、构建社区，如eosONO、eosDAC、Candy.ONE等；三是部分节点乐于举办或参与各类活动，积极向世界各地传授EOS知识，如EOS Detroit、OracleChain、EOSeoul、MEET.ONE、EOS New York、EOS Nation、CryptoLions等。总之，不管是什么类型的贡献，只要是有益于EOS发展的，都是值得肯定、值得赞扬的！\n\n\n<h3>07.评审建议</h3>\n<b>1.添加社交媒体信息</b>。EOS WIKI、EOSflytoMARS、EOS QXEOS、EOS MORE、hkeos、EOS Detroit等节点的官网上无任何社交媒体信息，在其官网信息不全、输入关键字仍无法找到其社交媒体账号的情况下，外界无法快速、全面了解该节点信息，也无法顺利加入社区。为了加强节点间的了解、方便参与者快速找到组织，EOSONE建议各节点在其官网上添加其主要社交媒体信息。\n\n<b>2.定期公开信息。</b>EOSONE希望，参与节点竞选的节点，特别是目前享有奖励的节点，尽快完善或定期更新节点信息，包括收支情况、项目信息、团队信息、路线图、公司地址、服务器信息、股权披露等。其中，1）团队信息须包括团队成员介绍、成员照片；2）路线图须有清晰时间表；3）项目信息须包含项目介绍与进展情况。\n\n<b>3.加快项目落地。</b>近些年来，随着区块链概念的迅速普及，部分人士抨击区块链行业大肆炒作概念，制造网络泡沫，收割民众钱财。不可否认的是，目前区块链界内确实存在个别利用概念炒作行圈钱之实的现象。但更重要的原因是，界内目前仍未有爆款级别的区块链或EOS项目出现，因此外界无法认同区块链是革命性技术。因此，唯有瞄准市场需求，加大研发力度，加快技术项目落地，才能消除民众疑虑，为区块链与EOS正名，着实推进EOS生态健康发展。\n\n \n<h3>08.不足之处</h3>\n<b>1.评审信息不全。</b>由于社交媒体众多，因此EOSONE主要从节点的官网及其主要社交媒体获取所需信息，这不可避免会出现信息渠道有限、信息遗漏等问题。为解决该问题，EOSONE在《节点评审报告第一期》中，呼吁节点主动提供信息，并附上信息填写模板。截至2018年9月18日，共有8个节点向EOSONE提供了相关信息。也就是说，剩余75个节点（共83个）的信息，全凭EOSONE人工逐条获取，工作量极大。如信息收集不全，该节点的分数与排名则相对靠后。\n\n<b>2.评审标准存疑。</b>EOSONE仅根据自身对EOS生态及节点贡献的理解，总结出信息公开、国际化、社区建设、活动参与、落地项目这5个评审维度，并根据重要性对每个维度赋予不同分数值。这些评审维度与评审分数没有公认的理论做支撑，也未得到EOS所有成员的投票认可，而评审维度与评审分数的不同则会直接改写评审结果。此外，因节点活动与项目的影响力难以评估，本报告对这两方面的评审也只停留在数量上。\n\n But for this report, the top 83 BPs with reward are all included. Response</h3>\n<h4>（1）Transparency</h4>\nAlthough all BPs claim to be transparent to the public, not all of them can be regarded truly open and transparent. The most obvious assessment standard for internationalization is the language quantity of official website and social media. \nIn terms of official website languages, the languages number of <b>eosDAC, EOSeco, EOSGen, Candy.ONE, and Aloha EOS</b> is more than 6, and the languages number of <b>EOSGen and Aloha EOS</b> is even more than 20. In terms of social media languages, <b>EOS AntPool and EOSAsia</b> social media languages are available in 4 languages, and <b>EOS42</b> with staffs in 6 countries and 3 continents works in at least 5 languages. Therefore, only the number of telegraph group members is considered in this item, instead of the number of followers of the telegraph channel. In addition, EOSONE searches each BP's telegram group and social media from its official website and Steemit. And social media mainly refer to Twitter, Facebook, and Steemit, which have a large amount of users.\n\nThe members number of the <b>Candy.ONE and eosONO</b> telegraph groups exceeds 45,000, while the ones of the <b>MotionEOS and eosDAC</b> telegraph groups exceeds 10,000. Therefore, EOSONE has listed the activity participation of BPs as one of the important review dimensions. \n\nEOSONE mainly obtains the activities information from BPs’ official website, Steemit, Facebook, Twitter, etc. \nMany BPs, such as <b>CryptoLions, OracleChain, EOSDetroit, EOSeoul, EOS Cannon</b>, actively organize or participate in various blockchains and EOS activities around the world, successfully uniting more EOS BPs and EOS enthusiasts. Therefore, EOSONE believes that the most important goal of EOS is to produce blockchain technology projects, such as blockchain websites and decentralized applications.\n\nAt present, most of the landing projects of BPs include wallets, exchange websites, BP voting analysis websites, various game websites or DAPP, EOS knowledge promotion and training materials. In short, no matter what type of contribution, as long as it is beneficial to the development of EOS, it is worthy of appreciation and praise!\n\n <h3>06.Suggestions</h3>\n<b>1. Add social media information. </b>Some BPs, such as EOS WIKI, EOSflytoMARS, EOS QXEOS, EOS MORE, hkeos, EOS Detroit, have no social media information on their official websites. If the official website information is incomplete and social media accounts still cannot be found with keywords, people have no ways to better understand these BPs, and can not successfully join the community. In order to enhance the understanding between BPs and help enthusiasts join the community, EOSONE suggests that every BP adds its main social media information on its official website.\n<b>2. Update information regularly</b>. EOSONE hopes that the BP candidates, especially those who currently getting the BP reward, can periodically update the BP information, including revenue and expenditure, project information, team information, road map, company address, server information, and ownership disclosure. Here are some specific requirment: 1)The team information must include member photos and members introdution; 2)The road map must have a clear timetable; 3)The project information must include project introduction and latest update.\n<b>3. Develop project ASAP</b>. In recent years, with the rapid development of blockchain, some people have criticized the blockchain is just the concept without any useful landing projects, and people in blockchain creat a network bubble and steal money from commom people. It is undeniable that some people in blockchain use the concept of speculation to make money. But the more important reason is that there is still no revolutionary blockchain or EOS project for now, so the outside world cannot agree that the blockchain is a revolutionary technology. Therefore, only increasing R&D efforts, and accelerating the landing of technical projects, can we eliminate public concerns and promote the development of EOS ecosystem.\n\n <h3>07. Limitations</h3>\n<b>1. Missing Information</b>. Due to the large number of social media, EOSONE mainly obtains the related information from the BPs official websites and their main social media, which inevitably leads to problems such as limited information channels and missing information. In order to solve this problem, EOSONE called BPs to provide information with a information filling template in the first report. As of September 18, 2018, 8 BPs provided relevant information to us. That is to say, EOSONE collect the information of the remaining 75 BPs (83 in total) manually, and the workload is extremely large. If the information is not collected, the score and ranking of the BP are relatively backward.\n<b>2.Doubtful Criteria</b>. Based on the understanding of EOS ecology, EOSONE summarizes the five review dimensions, and assigns different scores to each dimension. These review dimensions and scores are not supported by accepted theories, and are not voted by all EOS members. If the review dimensions and scores are different, then different results may happen. Besides, since the influence of BP activities and projects is difficult to assess, these two aspects in this report are only reviewed in their quantity.\n\n<h3>08. Conclusion</h3>\nSince EOS is still in the early stages of development, all kinds of problems exist inevitably.
