      "body": "<br><strong>これは「<a href=\"https://adventar.org/calendars/6147\">スポーツアナリティクス Advent Calendar 2021</a>」、20日目の記事です。</strong>\n<br>\nこんにちは、日比敦史です。<br><br>\nこの記事では\"HPI\"というハンドボールにおける選手評価の指標について書かせていただきます。<br><br>\nよろしければお付き合いください。<hr>\n<ol>\n\n<h3><li>HPIの概要</li></h3>\nHPIとは\"Handball Performance Index\"の略です。<br>\n月間最優秀選手や、シーズンMVPを選ぶ際の基準となることを目指し、ドイツで開発されました。<br>\n主にブンデスリーガで使用されており、SNSなどでも取り上げられているのを見かけます。<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/CUDDyZLqPTD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\">ブンデスリーガの選手データ（HPIは中央下の\"177\"）</a><br>\nHPIでは試合中に行われた個々のプレーヤーによるアクションに対して、加点と減点がなされます。<br>\nゴール、セーブ、アシストなど、ポジティブなアクションは加点され、シュートミス、テクニカルミスなど、ネガティブなアクションは減点されます。<br>\nプレーヤーはそれぞれ持ち点100が与えられており、そこから加点と減点を経て、最終的なHPIが算出されます。<br>\nそして試合終了後には、一つの指標のもとに全選手を比較することができるようになります。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/aC-TfCvfCBI\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの指標は2020/2021シーズンから見かけるようになりましたが、現在も改良が進められており、作られた当初とは配点が異なっています。<br><br>\n<a href=\"https://www.liquimoly-hbl.de/en/s/handball-performance-index/2021-22/calculation-of-hpi/\" title=\"現在のHPIの配点\">※現在のHPIの配点</a><br><br>\n2021/2022シーズンでは、昨シーズンの記録を考慮してHPIが決まる仕組みもあるようで、少し複雑になっています。<br><br>\nいずれにせよ、HPIが<strong>MVPを見つけることを目的とした指標</strong>であることは変わりなさそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>実際の試合でのHPI</li></h3>\nでは、実際にHPIはMVPを決めるのに役立つ指標なのでしょうか。<br>\nある一試合で集計をしてみて、実際にMVPとして選ばれたプレーヤーと、HPIが最も高かったプレーヤーが一致しているのか見てみることにしました。<br>\n今回はサンプルとして、ちょうど終了した2021年女子世界選手権の試合から、日本-オーストリアのカードを採用しました。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/DjEvzHumzFY?start=595\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの試合は、メインラウンドにおける一戦でした。<br><br>\n日本はメインで出ていたゴールキーパーが前の試合で負傷してしまい、この試合はベンチ外。<br><br>\nこれまであまり出場時間のなかった2人のゴールキーパーがベンチ入りしていました。<br><br>\nさらに試合開始早々、スタートで出ていたゴールキーパー#46がレッドカードを宣告され、今大会まだ出番のなかったゴールキーパー#45が出場することになってしまいました。<br><br>\nこのレッドカードに加え、立ち上がりは攻撃でもミスがあり、前半はリードを許す展開でした。<br><br>\nしかし後半、日本はゴールキーパー#45を中心に相手の攻撃にうまく対応することができ、見事に逆転して勝利することができました。<br><br>\nたった一人で日本のゴールを守り、要所で活躍を見せたゴールキーパー#45がMVPかと思われましたが、選ばれたのは負けたオーストリアの#29でした。<br><br>\n現在もYouTubeのチャットを確認することができますが、この選出に対する疑問の声が挙がっていた様子がうかがえます。<br><br>\n<br>\n<strong>では、この試合におけるHPIはどうだったのでしょうか</strong><br><br><br>\nこちらがその試合のHPI一覧です。\n\n![20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdkioSfynjUg4niN5ejPTj1TcpQ8KEDMeQ8bwMxKqegW7/20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg)\n\n（※ブラウザでは見づらいと思うので、よろしければTwitterの方でもご確認ください）<br>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"ja\" dir=\"ltr\">記事で使用したHPIの画像です。<br>拡大できないブラウザを使用している方向け。 <a href=\"https://t.co/e9R3mcnphI\">pic.twitter.com/e9R3mcnphI</a></p>&mdash; 日比 敦史 / Atsushi HIBI (@atsushi9307) <a href=\"https://twitter.com/atsushi9307/status/1472892741785092101?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 20, 2021</a></blockquote> <br>\n集計したところ、オーストリア#29が最も高いHPIを獲得しており、MVPと一致していました。<br><br>\nこの選手は、前半で両チーム最多の6得点を上げ、立ち上がりにおけるオーストリアの流れを作る活躍を見せていました。<br><br>\nまた、この試合における最多得点者も彼女でした。<br><br>\n客観的に考えると、オーストリア#29がMVPというのは、妥当なのかもしれませんね。<br><br>\nただ、個人的な感想としては勝利に貢献した選手として、大事な場面でゴールを死守してくれた日本のゴールキーパー#45を選んでほしかったなと思いました。<br><br>\nこのHPIは「どの時間帯にそのアクションをしたのか」「どういった状況下でそのアクションをしたのか」というところまでは考慮できないので、その辺りは観戦者とのズレが生まれそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>HPIが持つ可能性</li></h3>\n最後にこのHPIが持つ可能性について述べたいと思います。<br>\n前述したとおり、HPIを使ってMVPを選ぶと、観戦者とのズレが生まれることが予想され、今はまだすべてを委ねられるような指標ではありません。<br>\nしかし、今後改良が進めば、ファンやサポーター向けのコンテンツとして成熟していくのではないかとも感じています。<br>\nHPI自体は定義づけが難しくなく、透明性があるため、様々な試合で集計することが可能です。<br>\n1人1人の評価がわかりやすい数値として表れるため、初めて観る人でも「どのような選手に注目すればよいのか」という糸口がつかみやすくなると思います。<br>\nまた、世界各国のリーグで計測されるようになれば、国境を越えてファンがHPIを話題に盛り上がれるのでは、とも感じています。<br>\nコーチングなどには使えないかもしれませんが、エンターテイメント的な要素として、今後どのように発展していくのか非常に楽しみです。\n</ol>\n<br>\n最後までお読みいただき、ありがとうございました。<br>\n<h4><a href=\"https://twitter.com/atsushi9307\">Twitter</a></h4><br>",

      "body": "<br><strong>これは「<a href=\"https://adventar.org/calendars/6147\">スポーツアナリティクス Advent Calendar 2021</a>」、20日目の記事です。</strong>\n<br>\nこんにちは、日比敦史です。<br><br>\nこの記事では\"HPI\"というハンドボールにおける選手評価の指標について書かせていただきます。<br><br>\nよろしければお付き合いください。<hr>\n<ol>\n\n<h3><li>HPIの概要</li></h3>\nHPIとは\"Handball Performance Index\"の略です。<br>\n月間最優秀選手や、シーズンMVPを選ぶ際の基準となることを目指し、ドイツで開発されました。<br>\n主にブンデスリーガで使用されており、SNSなどでも取り上げられているのを見かけます。<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/CUDDyZLqPTD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\">ブンデスリーガの選手データ（HPIは中央下の\"177\"）</a><br>\nHPIでは試合中に行われた個々のプレーヤーによるアクションに対して、加点と減点がなされます。<br>\nゴール、セーブ、アシストなど、ポジティブなアクションは加点され、シュートミス、テクニカルミスなど、ネガティブなアクションは減点されます。<br>\nプレーヤーはそれぞれ持ち点100が与えられており、そこから加点と減点を経て、最終的なHPIが算出されます。<br>\nそして試合終了後には、一つの指標のもとに全選手を比較することができるようになります。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/aC-TfCvfCBI\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの指標は2020/2021シーズンから見かけるようになりましたが、現在も改良が進められており、作られた当初とは配点が異なっています。<br><br>\n<a href=\"https://www.liquimoly-hbl.de/en/s/handball-performance-index/2021-22/calculation-of-hpi/\" title=\"現在のHPIの配点\">※現在のHPIの配点</a><br><br>\n2021/2022シーズンでは、昨シーズンの記録を考慮してHPIが決まる仕組みもあるようで、少し複雑になっています。<br><br>\nいずれにせよ、HPIが<strong>MVPを見つけることを目的とした指標</strong>であることは変わりなさそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>実際の試合でのHPI</li></h3>\nでは、実際にHPIはMVPを決めるのに役立つ指標なのでしょうか。<br>\nある一試合で集計をしてみて、実際にMVPとして選ばれたプレーヤーと、HPIが最も高かったプレーヤーが一致しているのか見てみることにしました。<br>\n今回はサンプルとして、ちょうど終了した2021年女子世界選手権の試合から、日本-オーストリアのカードを採用しました。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/DjEvzHumzFY?start=595\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの試合は、メインラウンドにおける一戦でした。<br><br>\n日本はメインで出ていたゴールキーパーが前の試合で負傷してしまい、この試合はベンチ外。<br><br>\nこれまであまり出場時間のなかった2人のゴールキーパーがベンチ入りしていました。<br><br>\nさらに試合開始早々、スタートで出ていたゴールキーパー#46がレッドカードを宣告され、今大会まだ出番のなかったゴールキーパー#45が出場することになってしまいました。<br><br>\nこのレッドカードに加え、立ち上がりは攻撃でもミスがあり、前半はリードを許す展開でした。<br><br>\nしかし後半、日本はゴールキーパー#45を中心に相手の攻撃にうまく対応することができ、見事に逆転して勝利することができました。<br><br>\nたった一人で日本のゴールを守り、要所で活躍を見せたゴールキーパー#45がMVPかと思われましたが、選ばれたのは負けたオーストリアの#29でした。<br><br>\n現在もYouTubeのチャットを確認することができますが、この選出に対する疑問の声が挙がっていた様子がうかがえます。<br><br>\n<br>\n<strong>では、この試合におけるHPIはどうだったのでしょうか</strong><br><br><br>\nこちらがその試合のHPI一覧です。\n\n![20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdkioSfynjUg4niN5ejPTj1TcpQ8KEDMeQ8bwMxKqegW7/20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg)\n\n（※ブラウザでは見づらいと思うので、よろしければTwitterの方でもご確認ください）<br>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"ja\" dir=\"ltr\">記事で使用したHPIの画像です。<br>拡大できないブラウザを使用している方向け。 <a href=\"https://t.co/e9R3mcnphI\">pic.twitter.com/e9R3mcnphI</a></p>&mdash; 日比 敦史 / Atsushi HIBI (@atsushi9307) <a href=\"https://twitter.com/atsushi9307/status/1472892741785092101?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 20, 2021</a></blockquote> <br>\n集計したところ、オーストリア#29が最も高いHPIを獲得しており、MVPと一致していました。<br><br>\nこの選手は、前半で両チーム最多の6得点を上げ、立ち上がりにおけるオーストリアの流れを作る活躍を見せていました。<br><br>\nまた、この試合における最多得点者も彼女でした。<br><br>\n客観的に考えると、オーストリア#29がMVPというのは、妥当なのかもしれませんね。<br><br>\nただ、個人的な感想としては勝利に貢献した選手として、大事な場面でゴールを死守してくれた日本のゴールキーパー#45を選んでほしかったなと思いました。<br><br>\nこのHPIは「どの時間帯にそのアクションをしたのか」「どういった状況下でそのアクションをしたのか」というところまでは考慮できないので、その辺りは観戦者とのズレが生まれそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>HPIが持つ可能性</li></h3>\n最後にこのHPIが持つ可能性について述べたいと思います。<br>\n前述したとおり、HPIを使ってMVPを選ぶと、観戦者とのズレが生まれることが予想され、今はまだすべてを委ねられるような指標ではありません。<br>\nしかし、今後改良が進めば、ファンやサポーター向けのコンテンツとして成熟していくのではないかとも感じています。<br>\nHPI自体は定義づけが難しくなく、透明性があるため、様々な試合で集計することが可能です。<br>\n1人1人の評価がわかりやすい数値として表れるため、初めて観る人でも「どのような選手に注目すればよいのか」という糸口がつかみやすくなると思います。<br>\nまた、世界各国のリーグで計測されるようになれば、国境を越えてファンがHPIを話題に盛り上がれるのでは、とも感じています。<br>\nコーチングなどには使えないかもしれませんが、エンターテイメント的な要素として、今後どのように発展していくのか非常に楽しみです。\n</ol>\n<br>\n最後までお読みいただき、ありがとうございました。<br>\n<h4><a href=\"https://twitter.com/atsushi9307\">Twitter</a></h4><br>",

      "body": "<br><strong>これは「<a href=\"https://adventar.org/calendars/6147\">スポーツアナリティクス Advent Calendar 2021</a>」、20日目の記事です。</strong>\n<br>\nこんにちは、日比敦史です。<br><br>\nこの記事では\"HPI\"というハンドボールにおける選手評価の指標について書かせていただきます。<br><br>\nよろしければお付き合いください。<hr>\n<ol>\n\n<h3><li>HPIの概要</li></h3>\nHPIとは\"Handball Performance Index\"の略です。<br>\n月間最優秀選手や、シーズンMVPを選ぶ際の基準となることを目指し、ドイツで開発されました。<br>\n主にブンデスリーガで使用されており、SNSなどでも取り上げられているのを見かけます。<br>\n<a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/CUDDyZLqPTD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\">ブンデスリーガの選手データ（HPIは中央下の\"177\"）</a><br>\nHPIでは試合中に行われた個々のプレーヤーによるアクションに対して、加点と減点がなされます。<br>\nゴール、セーブ、アシストなど、ポジティブなアクションは加点され、シュートミス、テクニカルミスなど、ネガティブなアクションは減点されます。<br>\nプレーヤーはそれぞれ持ち点100が与えられており、そこから加点と減点を経て、最終的なHPIが算出されます。<br>\nそして試合終了後には、一つの指標のもとに全選手を比較することができるようになります。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/aC-TfCvfCBI\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの指標は2020/2021シーズンから見かけるようになりましたが、現在も改良が進められており、作られた当初とは配点が異なっています。<br><br>\n<a href=\"https://www.liquimoly-hbl.de/en/s/handball-performance-index/2021-22/calculation-of-hpi/\" title=\"現在のHPIの配点\">※現在のHPIの配点</a><br><br>\n2021/2022シーズンでは、昨シーズンの記録を考慮してHPIが決まる仕組みもあるようで、少し複雑になっています。<br><br>\nいずれにせよ、HPIが<strong>MVPを見つけることを目的とした指標</strong>であることは変わりなさそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>実際の試合でのHPI</li></h3>\nでは、実際にHPIはMVPを決めるのに役立つ指標なのでしょうか。<br>\nある一試合で集計をしてみて、実際にMVPとして選ばれたプレーヤーと、HPIが最も高かったプレーヤーが一致しているのか見てみることにしました。<br>\n今回はサンプルとして、ちょうど終了した2021年女子世界選手権の試合から、日本-オーストリアのカードを採用しました。<br>\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/DjEvzHumzFY?start=595\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\nこの試合は、メインラウンドにおける一戦でした。<br><br>\n日本はメインで出ていたゴールキーパーが前の試合で負傷してしまい、この試合はベンチ外。<br><br>\nこれまであまり出場時間のなかった2人のゴールキーパーがベンチ入りしていました。<br><br>\nさらに試合開始早々、スタートで出ていたゴールキーパー#46がレッドカードを宣告され、今大会まだ出番のなかったゴールキーパー#45が出場することになってしまいました。<br><br>\nこのレッドカードに加え、立ち上がりは攻撃でもミスがあり、前半はリードを許す展開でした。<br><br>\nしかし後半、日本はゴールキーパー#45を中心に相手の攻撃にうまく対応することができ、見事に逆転して勝利することができました。<br><br>\nたった一人で日本のゴールを守り、要所で活躍を見せたゴールキーパー#45がMVPかと思われましたが、選ばれたのは負けたオーストリアの#29でした。<br><br>\n現在もYouTubeのチャットを確認することができますが、この選出に対する疑問の声が挙がっていた様子がうかがえます。<br><br>\n<br>\n<strong>では、この試合におけるHPIはどうだったのでしょうか</strong><br><br><br>\nこちらがその試合のHPI一覧です。\n\n![20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdkioSfynjUg4niN5ejPTj1TcpQ8KEDMeQ8bwMxKqegW7/20211210_HPI_JPNvsAUT.jpg)\n\n（※ブラウザでは見づらいと思うので、よろしければTwitterの方でもご確認ください。すみません）<br>\n集計したところ、オーストリア#29が最も高いHPIを獲得しており、MVPと一致していました。<br>\nこの選手は、前半で両チーム最多の6得点を上げ、立ち上がりにおけるオーストリアの流れを作る活躍を見せていました。<br>\nまた、この試合における最多得点者も彼女でした。<br>\n客観的に考えると、オーストリア#29がMVPというのは、妥当なのかもしれませんね。<br>\nただ、個人的な感想としては勝利に貢献した選手として、大事な場面でゴールを死守してくれた日本のゴールキーパー#45を選んでほしかったなと思いました。<br>\nこのHPIは「どの時間帯にそのアクションをしたのか」「どういった状況下でそのアクションをしたのか」というところまでは考慮できないので、その辺りは観戦者とのズレが生まれそうです。\n<hr>\n\n<h3><li>HPIが持つ可能性</li></h3>\n最後にこのHPIが持つ可能性について述べたいと思います。<br>\n前述したとおり、HPIを使ってMVPを選ぶと、観戦者とのズレが生まれることが予想され、今はまだすべてを委ねられるような指標ではありません。<br>\nしかし、今後改良が進めば、ファンやサポーター向けのコンテンツとして成熟していくのではないかとも感じています。<br>\nHPI自体は定義づけが難しくなく、透明性があるため、様々な試合で集計することが可能です。<br>\n1人1人の評価がわかりやすい数値として表れるため、初めて観る人でも「どのような選手に注目すればよいのか」という糸口がつかみやすくなると思います。<br>\nまた、世界各国のリーグで計測されるようになれば、国境を越えてファンがHPIを話題に盛り上がれるのでは、とも感じています。<br>\nコーチングなどには使えないかもしれませんが、エンターテイメント的な要素として、今後どのように発展していくのか非常に楽しみです。\n</ol>\n<br>\n最後までお読みいただき、ありがとうございました。<br>\n<h4><a href=\"https://twitter.com/atsushi9307\">Twitter</a></h4><br>",
