It's hard to be understood and get help when it comes to depression in a man. many people judge you. a man cannot show sadness that is weakness. or is it what machismo has made us see. but what can a man do when sadness and loneliness invade him. I feel hopeless and with bad thoughts. and more alone than ever. remember Osiris... I had to give him up for adoption to a friend. I did not get financial aid. And that decision has been difficult for me. It feels like you disappointed a friend and I feel disappointed in myself too. a dog's love is very unconditional. and when he cried and sadness invaded me, osiris was there for me. I was criticized by many people for giving him up for adoption. which decision was not easy for me. At this time I would like to be by my side giving me his affection. but I want to think that what I did was the best for him. I thought it would be selfish of me to have him by my side. I think there are certain sacrifices we must make for others. How to leave someone we love that it would be better with someone else. that one is not enough. and that they deserve everything. they deserve happiness. I have abandoned everything. I feel tired. from so much fighting to work. and not be rewarded. I do not seek to victimize myself but I want to leave a testimony of how I feel. I know no one can help me. But if tomorrow I make a bad decision and I'm not here anymore. I want you to understand my reasons. not only for this moment of being abroad as a foreigner without documents and without a job. feeling alone and flooded with sadness... I am broken for a long time. starting with that moment when my parents separated. and then a few months later my father was murdered to rob him and the culprit was never caught. It was a very great sadness as a child for me. I still miss my dad a lot. I would like him to teach me a lot of things and listen to a lot of advice from him. It was difficult for me when my mom started going out with an alcoholic man who mistreated and abused us. It was 10 years of pure torture and fear. where my older brother can't stand it and abandoned my younger brother and me. I felt so alone but I had to take care of my little brother. until I grew up and joined the army and took courage to face it since my mom chose him over her own children. leave your house and think that you are not a priority for your mother. feel the pain of the loss of your grandmother, a person who loved me very much and who understood and defended me. the loss of a dog that accompanied you for 18 years that was your best friend but feel guilty for the way he died. I think there is a lot of injustice in the world that is unbalanced... give everything for your family, be loyal to your mother and brothers and they prefer others to me. I am truly exhausted. I think that we live to die is the only sure thing we have in this life. Because wanting to die has to be frowned upon. it is something that ends the pain and suffering of a person both physically and mentally. We are free to choose what we want right?
