It is a very inspiring and touching message about the end time (the world we live in now).\n\n<i>Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and a brother of James,\nTo those who have been called, who are loved in God the Father and kept for[a] Jesus Christ:\n\nMercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.\n\nDear friends, \nalthough I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people. For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.\n\nThough you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord at one time delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe. And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day. In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.\n\nIn the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings. But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” Yet these people slander whatever they do not understand, and the very things they do understand by instinct—as irrational animals do—will destroy them.\n\nWoe to them! They have taken the way of Cain; they have rushed for profit into Balaam’s error; they have been destroyed in Korah’s rebellion.\n\nThese people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm—shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted—twice dead. They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.\n\nEnoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” These people are grumblers and faultfinders; they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage.\n\nBut, dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.” These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit.\n\nBut you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit,  keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.\n\nBe merciful to those who doubt; save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear—hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.\n\nTo him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. </i>",

He has blessed us abundantly and we will not lack a thing when we turn our focus on Him. He will look after our every need.  \n\nDo not chase after riches where it will only rot one day when we die. The riches of this world are nothing but dust, the more we chase after them, the more will need. And it will never be enough no matter how much we have, this is how dissatisfying it can be. \n\nThe world is going through a transformation before our very own eyes. Things will never be the same again like before, therefore take heed, do not be carried away by all this material stuff that is not permanent. Your Father in heaven already knows what you need. But seek first the Kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you.\n \n<b>Prayer</b>\nDear Heavenly Father, \nThank you for your many blessings. You have blessed us so abundantly more and beyond what we need. Help us to use your blessings to bless those around us. May all we do bring glory to your name. (Proverbs 7:21-22)</i>\n\n<b>Thoughts for Today</b>\nThese two verses remind me of the parable of the Bags of Gold in Matthew 25:14.\n\n<i>“Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag,[a] each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.\n\n“After a long time, the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’\n\n“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. (Proverbs 7:19-20)</i>\n\n<b>Thoughts for Today</b>\nDear wives, \nLet this to verse be a reminder to you, your husband may be working so hard, to provide for the family, he may not be perfect at times, he may be too busy to spend time with you. As a godly wife, it is your job to continue to support him and pray for him and your family. Do not use this as an excuse for you to commit adultery or to look someone else outside of marriage. This is a sin in God's eyes. Adultery is a sin in God's eyes.\n\n<i>“You shall not commit adultery.\" (Exodus 20:14) </i>\n\nDear wives,\nLet us grow stronger in the Lord and encourage one another to grow stronger in the Lord. Do not spend your free time sining against God by being a busybody, gossiper or a talebearer. Stop doing this! This is a very unhealthy practice and it should be stopped immediately. It can cause trouble in people's life, it can cause division and hatred and resentment.  \n\n<i>We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive. They are not busy; they are busybodies. 2 Thessalonians 3:11</i>\n\nDear Wives,\nYou can use Proverbs 31 as your guideline to be a godly wife.  \n\n<i> A wife of noble character who can find? \nShe is worth far more than rubies.\nHer husband has full confidence in her\nand lacks nothing of value.\nShe brings him good, not harm,\n all the days of her life.\nShe selects wool and flax\nand works with eager hands.\nShe is like the merchant ships,\nbringing her food from afar.\nShe gets up while it is still night;\nshe provides food for her family\nand portions for her female servants.\nShe considers a field and buys it;\nout of her earnings she plants a vineyard.\nShe sets about her work vigorously;\nher arms are strong for her tasks.\nShe sees that her trading is profitable,\n and her lamp does not go out at night.\nIn her hand she holds the distaff\nand grasps the spindle with her fingers.\nShe opens her arms to the poor\nand extends her hands to the needy.\nWhen it snows, she has no fear for her household;\nfor all of them are clothed in scarlet.She makes coverings for her bed;\nshe is clothed in fine linen and purple.\nHer husband is respected at the city gate,\nwhere he takes his seat among the elders of the land.\nShe makes linen garments and sells them,\nand supplies the merchants with sashes.\nShe is clothed with strength and dignity;\nshe can laugh at the days to come.\nShe speaks with wisdom,\nand faithful instruction is on her tongue.\nShe watches over the affairs of her household\nand does not eat the bread of idleness.\nHer children arise and call her blessed;\nher husband also, and he praises her:\n“Many women do noble things,\n but you surpass them all.”\nCharm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;\n but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.\nHonor her for all that her hands have done,\nand let her works bring her praise at the city gate. May you be the Lord and the head in the marriage. Lord, I would like to pray for marriages that have been destroyed, I pray for restoration and reconciliation. I pray for healing of broken marriages and homes. I pray for unity and harmony within the home and marriages. (Proverbs 7:16-18)</i>\n\n<b>Thoughts for Today</b>\nThe bible always warns us about adultery and how dangerous it can be in a marriage. The book of Proverbs keeps repeating about how an adulterous can seduce a man and entice him easily. Since men are visual beings, woman, they use their charm and beauty to attract the man, they use their sweet talk to entice the man and cause him to get addicted to her. \n\nThe same thing can happen to a woman also, especially when she talks to another man. That is why people fall in love with the opposite sex, it is because of the attraction. \n\nWhen people go finishing, they usually need to lure the fish over before catching that fish. The same thing happens when a seductive person entices someone to have an affair with them. They will use a bait to lure the fish to come over, once it has come over the fish don't even know it has been caught. It is like a trap by then it is too late for escape.\n\nThe same theory goes to adultery, a man or woman may get attracted to someone they know outside of marriage. It may look tempting or inviting, it may also look harmless in the beginning. People may think what they do in private may not be discovered by their spouse but that is not true. \n\n<i>There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs. (Luke 12:2-3)</i>\n\nTherefore do not think that the thing that was done in secret may not be discovered, it will eventually come out. \n\n<b>Prayer</b>\n<i>Dear Heavenly Father, \nWe ask for your wisdom to identify what are the traps that the enemy has set up for us and to cause us to stumble in our walk in you. We desire to stay close to you and to stay far away from anything that would cause us to stumble in our walk with Jesus. Help us to walk in your Spirit. We ask this in Your Precious Name, Jesus. So I came out to meet you; I looked for you and have found you! (Proverbs 7:14-15)</i>\n\n<b>Thoughts for Today</b>\nThis verse reminds me of when I was growing up, I used to see many people going to church on Sundays. They were dressed in their best attire, they carried their bibles with them and they were also on their best behavior. As a kid growing up at that time, I always thought I needed new clothes to go to church. Little did I see was God was not looking for those.\n\nWe think that we can put on our best every Sunday and go to church, but when church service is over, we put on our old self back and return to our old ways. This is not what it means to be a Christian.\n\nTo me being a Christian means to be born again. And speaking about being born again, we either think about baptism or the verse where Jesus talked to Nicodemus about being born again? I really love this part because Jesus was talking in a metaphoric way and it took me a very long time to really understood what Jesus was trying to say.\n\n<i>Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:3-8)</i>\n\nBeing a Christian to me is not about being the best version of myself and dressing my best, but it means dying to my old sinful nature and being a new creature in Christ. We become more like Him as we continue to abide in Him. \n\n<b>Prayer</b>\n<i>Dear Heavenly Father, \nThank you for sending Jesus to die on the cross for us, it is through His blood that our sins are now forgiven. The media not only fashions our mind but also the way we think about this world. \n\nAs a Christian, we should not let this ungodly ideology sink deep within us.  They may be rooted in our mind and bare unhealthy fruits that will be reflected in our character or behavior. Therefore, we need to continually renew our mind with the word of God.\n\n\n<i> Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.
