But then, lemme just add my 2cent because with the situation of things, the government knows what to do and how to stop all these insecurity issues we are currently being faced with but that is not their problem, they prefer to look away, rehabilitate those criminals than to care to the citizens.  No wonder they call us country of particular concern. However, as the matter stands now, one of the roles that we the citizens can always do is to be our brothers keepers especially when we notice something unusual, we should broadcast it and speak up for others to know in a way that we share credible information to relevant authorities, representing all these useful movements against insecurities we see, like the question said, no bloodshed.
