The latter one, however, is a bit pseudo-scientific and there is also too much blablabla in it. Not enough hard facts in my opinion.\n\nFor more good information scientific literature is unavoidable. The info nerd I am, along with the analytical side of me.. simply couldn't ignore the facts any longer - I was on a path of cascading side effects, physically, mentally, emotionally and metabolically!*\n<hr>\n<center><h1><b>What is the food Pyramid?</b></h1></center></center>\n\n</center>Simply put, it is a recommended proportional diet to live a healthy life - now with diabetes at an all time high and especially diabetes in children, it begs the question.. Is this wheel true and should we consume this?? \n*- Australia has this wheel by Australian Government Of National Health and Medical Research, along with New Zealand -* \n\nLooking at this wheel, it's stating 1/3 of your meals to be [cereal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cereal) 1/3 of your meals to be vegetables of various kinds and then 1/3 to be a mix of fats, fruits and lean meats along with small amounts of oils and \"junkfood\". \n\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQjbNRqnbwp2v6zR1RbpXdrDZME4m4SLzk92Hj7sLmRYd/Aus%20Food%20Wheel.png</center>\n\n_______________________________________________________\n<center><b><h1>Questionable food and amounts</h1></b></center>\n<center>*We're also recommended to eat 3 times daily - if not almost forced with breakfast, lunch, dinner. Why do we do this? Is it really ideal to consume this \"recommended\" food and amounts?* </center>\nWhen you get down to the nuts and bolts - Most cereals we consume, contain added sugars, starch, preservatives but then given an injection of calcium or iron or vitamin to make them \"healthier\", essentially we eat carbohydrates and refined sugar and starch! Paving way for the \"health food isle\" or \"healthy range\" .. but isn't this supposed to be healthy?!\n---------------------------------------\n<center><b><h1>Carbohydrate me</b></h1></center></center></b>\nCarbohydrates are just carbon, hydrogen and oxygen but have such a profound function in our bodies - this wheel or pyramid or recommended diet states to eat majority carbs, moderate protein and little fats, but what is this actually doing to us? *Below is a simplified version of what happens:* \n![Insulin.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXE6AMKz6TJ5FUyyyknoBk2r2NfJHdphMh6emxWvUjUAW/Insulin.png)\n </center>The simplified version shows the cyclical process that would be repeated every time we consumed carbohydrates, sugars, starches. \n\nFor example - Having your favorite soft drink with your hot chips for lunch and 4-5 hours later your eating pasta for dinner or some take out and then wake up 6 hours later to break-your-fast with some more carbs, rinse repeat... we get fat.. literally \"fat\". Insulin actually stops us from breaking down the already stored fats and will actually store more unused energy as fat.. because it thinks it needs it for later when this energy stops - but it doesn't stop because we continue to consume carbohydrates and provide this energy! \n______________________________\n<b><center><h1>Think Like Renewable Energy</h1></center></b>\nInstead, if you think of your body like a battery storing the unused sunlight from the solar panels on the roof of your house. The panels as such are in fact storing this extra energy into the battery, the battery is then using it while there is no sun.. Recycling it's saved energy!       "body": "<center><h2>CHAPTER ONE</h2></center>\n<center>*Thinking while thinking*</center>\n\n\nTobias, gifted with the ability to sense the atmosphere of his environment like a hundred year old tree, branching it's roots out, probing for what it needs. It felt as though the temperature had dropped below zero the wind had died away and the hairs on the back of his neck stood at attention, anxiety settled in, a moment was on its way. A family meeting called urgently but not in the usual setting of the old kitchen table. This one was in the lounge room at a more casual timing, mother sits down looking at the floor with a deathly, hollow look, followed by father, then brother, and finally, full of hesitation and disbelief Tobias sits, cross legged, lanky and aged 9. \nAt this point he knows something big is going down, like a death in the family or getting rid of the pet guinea pig. But the words that roll off the tongue of his mother are casual and unremorseful, with almost hatred she spoke the words *\"Your father is leaving and is moving out, we have separated, you will still live here with me but go and see your father on weekends\"*. Unable to hear or comprehend because of the flashbang dropped in his brain and the shear ringing in his ears and just a humble and softly spoken *\"wha wha at?\"*,*what is this feeling?* he asks himself, his thoughts racing a million miles an hour, the anxiety building, threatening to break over him. The ever familiar lump grows in his throat, he's stumbling. The blank stare from his mother - burning into his memory like a cattle prod.\nLooking at his father, a grown man crying, begging like a religious man on his knees for forgiveness from the gods. A man who spoke nothing of feelings, nothing of his past, nothing of his future, nothing of fear. His father did speak of greatness with respect and always doing your one hundred percent effort and adding ten for good measure, otherwise you as a person will not survive this life son!*\"First impressions are the most important\"* - but Tobias, to his full knowledge, knew nothing of what this meant, nor did he know what this moment meant for him and his mother.\n\nIn this moment Tobias' life changed, dramatically and one could argue for the better or possibly he simply took the path he was destined for..\n\nFast forward 16 years, now the prisoner of the mind, gifted with these abilities to think far beyond the simple minds and to a complexity only geniuses are recognised for. Tobias' passion for knowledge, like a drug addict with the thirst for more and more,  a curse he felt. Until recently when he had a thought about his past and all the tribulations he's been through to bring him to this thought, thinking while thinking you could put it.       "body": "Hey  Crypt0, i haven't been in the space much of late, but more recently i have made time and one thing i did notice is the price increase for BTC on 11/2 around $5800 mark when it first spiked,  *see here on* [TradingView](https://www.tradingview.com/chart/E6KLmux) again a big buy on the 11/8.\n\nThen sells on 11/9, 11/10, 11/11 and especially  11/12 being almost the biggest sell tower in BTC's lifespan, shedding $1,500 odd.. \n\nOnly to be propped up the very next day with equal amounts of buy days in almost the same heights as the previous sell days (beside the largest one) and with Goldman Sachs making predictions for BTC to fo hit 8k.. and futures coming..\n\nWhat do you speculate on this? \n\n**Love your WORK :)**\n<center>[thecryptopaper](https://steemit.com/@thecryptopaper)</center>",
