| body | <h1>10 Hábitos Diarios para mejorar tu salud</h1> La mayoría de los mejores hábitos no necesitan que tomemos mucho esfuerzo o tiempo para llevarlos a cabo, lo que necesita es tener una actitud activa e implementan diaria para lograrlos En la actualidad la rutina diaria te esta enfermando, muchas mas veces fallas en la rutina que las veces que te enfermas. <h2>1.
