SEC has rejected so many Bitcoin ETF in almost 2 years and each and every rejection had one point in common in all of them that there is no federally operated exchange that list bitcoins and other cryptos. While slowly all other points of rejection have found an answer, this “reason of rejection” to seems to be answerable soon by NASDAQ.\n\nADVERTISEMENT\nFirst mover race to capture institutional movement into the crypto ecosystem\nIf sources are to be believed The NASDAQ is attempting to be the first mover in crypto exchange governance, order execution, and at the forefront of institutional movement into the crypto ecosystem. While there have been announcements of other headlines connected to global exchanges getting into crypto waters via partnerships and futures trading; the NASDAQ may just go all in. The famously aggressive and tech-savvy NASDAQ seems to be creating a pathway for cryptos to be listed and traded on the exchange proper.\n\nWhile there has been no announcement as such but an insider source from NASDAQ, close to this development informed ICO Journal that as per the plans and timelines the world may soon see the likes of Bitcoin and Ethereum being listed and tradeable on the NASDAQ.  \n\nQuoting from the source note of ICO Journal\n\n“The conversation around listing coins has centered on how they will be classified from a regulatory standpoint. As you can imagine, our leadership is closely connected to the rumbling at the SEC and CFTC around cryptos and what is expected over the next 3-6 months. Even with the longest of time frames assumed, some guidance will be provided and I expect we will act quickly. The framework (two different sets of the framework based on two different regulatory outcomes) has already been laid to create a separate silo for coin listings and a robust trading apparatus. Doing the math here, look for regulatory bodies to provide guidance in Q1 of 2019, and an announcement and a ‘coin exchange’ to either be announced or launched in Q2 of 2019.”\n\nNASDAQ reportedly hosted a closed-door meeting last month in Chicago that included representatives from about half a dozen companies, including Gemini and other cryptocurrency exchanges.       "body": "TRON are set to launch their Social Media messaging dApp which is set to apparently rival platoforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. \n\n\nAccording to bitcoinexchangeguide.com, TronChat will be a blockchain based social media platform making use of Tron ($TRX) tokens. \n\nTRON will be looking to bring in their new dAPP to compete with flawed social media platforms such as Facebook, who have been criticized for not protecting their users information or privacy. \n\nTRONChat is set to allow users to make money from their everyday interations with social media through $TRX. \n\nThe dAPP will offer sharing capabilities such as pictures, stories, videos as well as offering a messaging service. Chat rooms and tipping will also be offered with the dAPP. \n\nTRONChat sets to differentiate itself from typical social media components by adding a payment mechanism into the platform that allows users to set a fee for  viewing specific posts. The content producer can monetize their posts without having to make use of third party sponsors. The tipping feature will allow users to tip content writers, as a sign of appreciation or to motivate them further. \n\nTRONChat is currently still under development with the funding phase still under way. TRONChat offers one key benefit, the idea of a decentralized social media platform where users data and privacy remains intact. ADAB Solutions’ management team now aims to introduce cryptocurrency exchange services that are also compliant with the rules of Islamic finance.\n\nThe UAE-based company’s website notes that there are currently at least 250 large digital currency exchanges worldwide, however, there are no Islamic crypto exchanges. With the launch of FICE, ADAB Solutions is hoping to attract more Muslim crypto traders and investors.\n\nAccording to the firm’s website, \n\n“Many cryptocurrencies, due to their characteristics, are haram (forbidden in Islam). Today, no one can guarantee that the coins and projects listed on conventional cryptocurrency exchanges comply with the norms of Islam.”\n\nADAB Solutions\n\"Immoral Services\", Usury, Gambling, Alcohol Not Allowed\nIn order to offer crypto-related services that are “halal”, or permissible in Islam, ADAB Solutions has clearly identified that it will not be involved in digital currency projects related to usury, which is the practice of issuing loans at very high interest rates.\n\nThe Islamic financial firm will also not offer “immoral services”, however, it has not specified what exactly would be considered immoral. It’s possible that the company will not support crypto projects or services that offer futures contracts or prediction market services, which allow users to bet on the future prices of cryptocurrencies or events. That’s because betting, or gambling, is strictly prohibited in Islam.\n\nMoreover, ADAB Solutions’ crypto services will not include any businesses that deal in the “Production of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products” as this is also not allowed in Islam, even though smoking and tobacco products have become socially acceptable in most Muslim countries.\n\nThe UAE-based firm’s website further states that,\n\n“At FICE there will be no speculative deals, margin trading or operations not corresponding to the norms of Shariah. An additional listing requirement is the approval by the Shariah Advisory Board.
