Dont surrender to your rage? Suppress it...those solutions could be valid momentarily. But on the long run...and if they were done consistently...one will most likely get hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular issues.\n\nOnce i read in quran that dealing with anger shall be done over three steps:\n\n1- suppress your anger\n2- forgive whoever done wrong to you\n3- do good to those who did wrong to you\n\nIt is very precise advice, that is only suppressing anger will not feel just for you, but when you give it a second thought, and look at the one who did wrong to you with an eye of mercy, you forgive oen who did wrong to you, you will immedialely calm down blocking all the need to pour your rage outside of you towards others...now once you do good to one who did wrong to you, oxytocin will surge through your blood stream... which will shift you from the negative emotional state a positive one, it actually undo what stress hormones do to the body...only then you shall a closure, suppressing anger is good -momentarily- yet it wont bring you to a closure, not before you do the next two steps you’ll bring peace back to your land.\n\nRemember; not even one culture praised sureendering yo anger and rage",

      "body": "![image](https://img.esteem.ws/startb7dol.jpg)\n\nThe intrinsic difference between leading by heart and leading by mind can be resembled by the following example: pressing the throttle and the brake in the same time, the throttle being the bad thoughts and the brake being the feelings...u cannot have thoughts that you are  calm while deep in your heart you feel tense or angery.\n\nThe state of being, to be calm per se, must be felt at heart initially, then the mind will follow, that’s why personally i prefer techniques created by the Heartmath institute, because it all depends on creating a renewing feeling in the heart, and do it consistently in a way that will increase the coherence in the heart and then make the person more resilient in the face of stressful situations.\n\nThe heart holds tremendous powers, it proved that it is the leader of the body, even in the islamic traditions, the prophet Mohammad, talked about the heart that “there is a piece of meat in the body, if it worked properly, the whole body will work properly, if it didnt, the whole body wont”. Prophet Issa talked about the power of belief “if you were honest at heart, you can say to the mountain move and the mountain will move”.\n\nSuch an amazing organ that we only could scratch the surface pf its potential.",

Which is a beauitful word u used right there.\n\nThe problem is when one doesnt know that he/she is wearing spirituality as a mask for their ego...in the great budhist story when a man went to a monk asking for wisdom, whenever the monk explains a concept or a law, the guy was like “oh i know that” “that must be a common sense” there when the monk offered the guy a cup of tea to which he agreed...and then the monk kept pouring the tea until the cup was full and it started to pour on the floor, the guy went “mr. monk, u r pouring the tea” to which the monk replied “how would u taste my tea until u empty ur cup” \n\nThis is what im talking about, to me, being on the spiritual path means always learning, be humble, wondering all the time about the sun, the earth, how we eat, how we sleep etc...a continuous learning curve goes up day by day...hope i made it clear bro 😄",

      "body": "Hello @algracious, spirituality is so popular today and has ended up on the 'to do' list of all the acquirers and go~getters with their colour coordinated portfolios and meditation mats.  It's quite a phenomena to observe really, when you consider the original idea of a lone person devoted to living in cave, far from the village etc.  Now we have websites, chat groups, meet ups where we can chant and hold each others hand towards *getting* somewhere called enlightenment or wholeness or *becoming* ascended etc.\n\nWhile some people get upset and wound~up by this...others just simply watch...and recognize oneness in all of its differing plays and appearances.  After all; if all there is is oneness, then who, and what are you still searching for?\n\nIt certainly is fun to watch all this unfold and expand out into itself in the many different ways, of course it would.\n\nAll the best to you,\n\nPhi23",

This feeling is the what the field around us understands, some call this field THE MATRIX, in Quran it's called ARSH, it's like an array or a network of energy pathways that holds the whole universe together, through a glue of compassion. \n\nThis matrix doesnt understand needs, nor desires...it just understands feelings and what it consists of (thoughts and emotions) if the thought had an affirming emotion of love, the prayer is in harmony with what you want and you will get it. If the you wanted something and the emotion was fear of the thought ( majority of people create fear without they know it, like creating a thought to be rich, but having an emotion of fear because i may have to pay more taxes, or i may lose this money during a crisis) they're in contradiction to each other, and it wont be in harmony with what you desire and you will not get it, sometimes people even get the total opposite of what they want.\n\nThe solution to this is to be authentic, and clear regarding what you want, and most importantly...being honest to oneself. Then all of your feelings will be prayers that will be answered exactly as you please.",

We're pretty much like hamsters who live in a cage, running in the spinning wheel, getting down only to get some rest, eat some food, have some sex, get some sleep and go back to the wheel, the change in our lives only takes place on the wheel, it's either the wheel of corporate job, or the wheel of paying installments, or the wheel of chasing new car or new shoes. The wheel of sitting like sculptures in front of TVs warching movies, series or sport matches.\n\nWe should do all of that, we should have rest and get sleep and eat and have sex and watch movies or matches, but the mistake happens when we make it the core of our lives, when we make it the center of our attention, i know guys lost their friends over stuff like that, divorces happened because of a match, those should be happening by-the-way on our living, not to be the center of our living.\n\nFee among us who has unplugged from the system, take fee moments to slow down, relax, and stop being fooled by coporates and advertisements. Who look inside as much as they look outside. If you dont take care of your body you messed the balance, the balance will send you a dis-ease trying to tip the clscale and regain the balance, cause when any of us has a disease, we slow down, we start to look inside at the hurt organ. What others do of bring devatated or despressed is pointless in this formula. In fact it's like you are saying to the balance that it's mistaken and you dont deserve this disease. \n\nSlow down, balance your thoughts, dont be a consume dog running from brand to brand, at the end, with all materialistic stuff you're feedig only your body, but your soul's food is something that cant be touched, it's called values, morals, higher consciousness  and only by those that your soul can be well fed and maintained.",
