Debo decir que la danza está un poco subestimada, ya que cuando digo que soy bailarina muchas personas piensan en mí como esa que esta al lado de un cantante, que baila en club nocturnos, etc etc, lo cual no es malo por que también he bailado de ese modo, pero pues, para mí el baile es mucho más que eso, y tengo que decirlo por que la mayoría del tiempo estoy bailando. Me entreno todos los días de la semana para ejercitar  mi cuerpo y tener muchos conocimientos corporales, muchas maneras de moverme, por que de eso se trata la danza contemporánea, transmitir una idea, un pensamiento, un tema a un público y dejarlos con alguna emoción o pensamiento en la cabeza al terminar una pieza. Entonces, para mí el mejor momento es cuando estoy apunto de salir a bailar, cuando siento que voy a mostrar mi esencia delante de muchas personas, muchos ojos que estarán viéndome y que no saben que voy a hacer o a interpretar, además de que la danza contemporánea es caracterizada por tener movimientos abstractos, caídas al suelo, saltos amplios, mucha movilidad y aperturas que son indispensables para contar una historia con nuestro cuerpo. Muchos dicen que somos unos locos haciendo monerías, y es valido, pero para apreciar una obra de danza hay que tener la mente bien abierta y analizar los cuerpos para así poder entender la historia. \n \nEl momento más difícil para mi fue cuando por primera vez me asignaron un solo, un baile en el cual no iba a tener a nadie de quien apoyarme o seguir. Era mi responsabilidad contar una historia y con la presión de que la atención se centraría en mi.. La pieza fue desde los primeros momentos de esa mujer en ese cuarto, al principio fue bastante triste, ella estaba consternada y en lo más profundo de sus ser disfrutaba estar allí, ya que en ese lugar podía desahogarse. Ella se sentía abandonada, triste y apartada. Transcurre el tiempo y ya su estancia allí le parece tormentosa, no soporta más y se desespera por buscar esa salida. Al momento que descubre que ese cuarto representa sus problemas personales, ella metafóricamente los toma y comienza a jugar con ellos, es decir, comienza a aceptarlos y a acompañarlos hasta que se van eliminando, uno por uno. Al final, ella descubre la salida y por fin su mente esta en paz. Me sentí identificada por que siempre tenemos un problema el cual no podemos resolver, pero sí podemos jugar con ellos y hacerlos más pequeños, buscarles la vuelta y no dejarnos encerrar en un cuarto lleno de negatividad, por que con ello no llegaremos a ser felices, y para mi lo mejor que podemos hacer es vivir felices. Todos tenemos malos momentos, pero, para mí este solo fue un despojo y me da una calma cada vez que lo interpreto. Es mi baile favorito, no por que sea un solo, es por la historia que lleva y más aún la importancia de su mensaje, que, opino yo, todos deberíamos tomar en cuenta.
