      "body": "This is one of my favorite photos that I have taken of my son on the beach near my house. I'm not a fan of the beach, in fact, despite having several beaches near my house, I hardly go. But when I am not going to deny that the noise of the sea relaxes me, the wind blowing in my face, and of course my son loves the sea, the sand and everything related to the sea. I'm not going to deny that when I go to bathe at the beach if I can relax, but I'm not a fan of the sun or the sand hahaha. Although right now as therapy I am going to start going, to watch the sunset, and take a bath in the sea and try to do my therapy even once a week. Sometimes anxiety consumes me, and fear becomes part of me in those heavy days that I can have. But I decided that enough is enough, I control my mind, I control my thoughts, and I can have a better life countering this, it is hard to do it, but not impossible.       "body": "Cada día son más casos de personas que sufren de depresión y ansiedad , y con el confinamiento se han disparado los casos, aún más graves , la cuestión es que:¿ que hacemos al respecto si sufrimos de ansiedad y depresión? Porque la decisión está en nosotros si decidimos o no buscar ayuda . \nHablo con experiencia, por muchísimo tiempo he sufrido de depresión, ansiedad , ataques de pánico , lo cual casi me lleva a la muerte , este año fue el límite , la depresión era tan grande que no quería seguir viviendo , me repetía una y otra vez que no podía salir de esto, no quería absolutamente nada , y la tristeza me consumía poco a poco. Era como una muerte lenta.  Sentía como un hueco en mi pecho que no me dejaba respirar , la sensación era terrible . \nDecidí buscar ayuda y en mi casa me apoyaron. \n Me hicieron exámenes neurologicos, y resulto que mi cerebro es diferente , los químicos no estaban bien , me diagnosticaron una condición , lo que me producía estar deprimida , ansiedad entre muchas cosas más. Es increíble como el cerebro está conectado incluso con las emociones.  Pero con el tratamiento correspondiente poco a poco fui mejorando. \nAdemás decidí buscar ayuda psicológica . \nTodo esto suena muy fácil cierto? \nPero el camino NO lo es , créanme no lo es, hay miedo de por medio, de hablar con alguien con tus amigos incluso familiares de contarles lo que te pasa , y que se alejen , y actualmente , no tengo amigos en que apoyarme , solo en mi psicóloga y mis hermanos. A veces me siento sola y es que yo soy muy cerrada para hablar de lo que me pasa. Mi mejor amigo se alejó de mi y no me habla actualmente . \nA veces tengo días malos los cuales son terribles la ansiedad se hace consumidora , lloro muchísimo y el miedo se hace presente esos días.\nPero también tengo días buenos y muy buenos. \nNo es fácil lidear con todo esto , de hecho es lo más difícil que he hecho en toda mi vida. Pero no es imposible.\nHay que buscar ayuda , si te sientes deprimido , con ansiedad no tengas miedo , busca ayuda , no estás solo. Y si algún día necesitas hablar , aquí estaré para escucharte . \n💕🤗",

      "body": "Estoy de vuelta, y la verdad se siente muy bien. \n\neste año a sido muy importante para mi, porque a venido con muchos cambio y cambios para bien.\nA sido increible las personas que han cambiado mi vida, y lo mucho que he mejorado con respecto a la depresión , ansiedad y condición.\nMe siento bien, estoy bien, y en este camino que he recorrido he aprendido muchísimo.\nHoy tuve un buen día.\naprendí que puedo ser mejor, he aprendido a tener amor propio  a estar bien para poder estar bien con otros, a no arrepentirme de mis errores, o de lo que he pasado puesto que ellos me han enseñado, y he aprendido muchísimo.\nque debo cambiar la perspectiva con esas personas con las cuales he tenido indiferencias.\nque debo seguir adelante y superar y dejar atrás.\nQue yo decido controlar mi mente, no ella a mi.\nQue puedo vibrar en abundancia y prosperidad\n\nQue la vida puede ser mejor si yo decido que sea así.\n\n♥",
