I made few maquettes to see what kind of composition i can work with and this is what i came up with. I just hope everything gets back to normal soon so that I can complete this. \n \nI wanted to try and learn how to directly use mediums without first making it in clay and then taking it's mould, so for the armature i used a wooden round frame and then wrapped foil sheet and newspaper around it followed by one thin layer of resin mixed with chalk powder then plaster of paris( p.o.p) and then again resin for detailing.\n\nMy thought behind this composition was to simply narrate pigs having fun with tyres, as here in India we don't actually see pigs as an animal we could pet. But as I mentioned in my second last post i guess that i've been trying to experiment with my subjects i really loved the idea of composing pigs enjoying and playing. \n\nI'm just waiting to work on more compositions like this one. Learnt new things, experimented with different materials for my sculptures and  explored the subjects i could work on, also i tried modelling in social campaigns for my friends and got so inspired that i started clicking too( self portraits, still life photography). \nAll this experimenting and interaction with artists like me made me a different person , and for me now art is the answer to everything , and art doesn't only mean painting, sketching or sculpting; art is anything you can get away with, it could be anything and you don't even have to be perfect with it. Art is what makes you calm, or it could be the fire inside you that motivates you to keep creating. \nAnd also i'm kind of thankful for this quarantine period, I know it's tough but we can only pray and stay at our home. I took this as an opportunity for polishing on my skills and learn new things.
