      "body": "<html>\n<p><center>https://steemitimages.com/DQmVUeSamFwnAATdxQSN6As8DKXoxuQG3wJMyaH5ZdQQSoy/genetica-laboratorio-examen1.jpg</center></p>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">La “vida” es el proceso que preserva la integridad física del cuerpo y “muerte” es la detención de ese proceso, la preservación de la vida animal depende del funcionamiento del ciclo de oxígeno, que comprende cuatro niveles orgánicos: </div></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Los centros vitales en el bulbo raquídeo inician los movimientos respiratorios&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Los pulmones toman el oxígeno del aire inspirado, lo transfieren a los eritrocitos y al mismo tiempo reciben el bióxido de carbono y otros desechos del plasma para ser eliminados por el aire expirado&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">La sangre lleva los eritrocitos, que son los encargados de transportar el oxígeno que llega a los pulmones y a las células de todo el organismo, luego de estas células se toma el bióxido de carbono y los productos de desecho&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El corazón y los vasos sanguíneos impulsan y conducen la sangre de los pulmones a los tejidos.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>En otras palabras, la vida depende del funcionamiento de la circulación, la respiración y el sistema nervioso que mantienen el ciclo del oxígeno. Por lo tanto, la “muerte real” es la que tiene lugar cuando la circulación, la respiración y el sistema nervioso dejan de funcionar. En cambio, la “muerte aparente” es un estado pasajero en que dichas funciones sólo aparecen paralizadas, y que se caracteriza por la inmovilidad y la ausencia aparente de circulación y de respiración. Dentro de la muerte aparente se han distinguido varias formas: </em>&nbsp;</div></p>\n<ol>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Toxica: incluye anestesia </em>&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Apoplética: por electrocución y comatosa”(Vargas, E y col. 1983)</em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ol>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Como prueba definitiva de la muerte se ha propuesto la ausencia de actividad eléctrica comprobada por electrocardiograma y electroencefalograma.</em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></p>\n<h1><center><em><strong>¿Qué pasa cuando dejamos de respirar?</strong></em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</center></h1>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">Cuando deja de circular el oxígeno el cuerpo presenta ciertos síntomas internos:&nbsp;</div></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El SNC(sistema nervioso central) muere rápidamente dejando el cuerpo inmóvil y sin signos de respiración.</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El corazón deja de latir por ende de bombear sangre.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<blockquote><div class=\"text-justify\">Notemos que es interesante como durante las primeras horas de muerte la musculatura intestinal puede mostrar peristaltismo activo lo cual puede generar gases o alguna leva actividad intestinal, también pueden presentarse algunos espasmos o movimientos de los músculos esqueléticos (orbiculares de los parpados y de los labios), el corazón también podría contraerse muy breve y levemente, a veces, en el caso masculino los espermatozoides siguen teniendo actividad en la uretra masculina por las siguientes 24 horas. &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Muerte cerebral y Muerte respiratoria</strong>&nbsp;</h2>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">Normalmente se llega al diagnóstico de <strong>“muerte cardiorrespiratoria”</strong> mediante la comprobación del cese total de la respiración, por medio de la falta de oxígeno, el siguiente <strong>(muerte cerebral)</strong> es un cese irreversible de la función cerebral comprobado mediante el cual la respiración y circulación y la respiración pueden mantenerse artificialmente.</div></p>\n<h1><center><em><strong>¿Cómo reconocer a la muerte? ¿Qué debo observar para hacer el diagnóstico definitivo?</strong></em></center></h1>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"><em><strong>Los signos para poder reconocer este estado son tres: signos nerviosos, signos</strong></em> <em><strong>circulatorios y signos respiratorios.</strong></em></div></p>\n<p><strong>Signos nerviosos:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Inmovilidad, flacidez y blandura de los músculos, con pérdida de los reflejos, parálisis de los esfínteres. Podemos asegurarnos probando los reflejos oculares, con dilatación de las pupilas.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Signos circulatorios:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">En la práctica se procede a comprobar la ausencia de latidos cardiacos durante cinco minutos sobre cada uno de los cuatro focos de auscultación cardiaca negativa durante veinte minutos es indicio de muerte. Para ello de aplica un baja-lengua y otro objeto calentado en una llama y se aplica en un costado del tórax o en la planta de los pies, si el individuo está muerto no se formara halo inflamatorio alrededor de la quemadura, signo de lancisi.</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El signo de Icard o de la fluoresceína; consiste en la inyección endovenosa de una solución de fluoresceína (5gramos en 50cc de agua destilada), que es la substancia más colorante que se conoce, si existe circulación la piel y las mucosas se tornaran amarillas y los ojos en un tono parecido al verde esmeraldas.&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">La ausencia del pulso sistólico en la corriente sanguínea, este puede comprobarse mediante la sección de una vena del pliegue del codo, si hay sangre fluirá la presión.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><center>https://steemitimages.com/DQmUc7J8EsEKWtdneQMxXWqZx7dvqqarxQwQAUhnWieMGdg/descarga.jpg</center></p>\n<p><strong>Signos respiratorios:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Ausencia del soplo nasal, podemos utilizar un espejo o superficie brillante, colocarlo justo debajo de la nariz y si se empaña aún hay respiración, este es el signo de winslow.</div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><center>https://steemitimages.com/DQmY1must6cVYjerVXLborTE9yqjFuchFpW3HJ83RyReDck/hqdefault.jpg</center></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Signo de la neumatoscopia o del hidrógeno sulfurado, consiste en determinar la presencia de hidrógeno sulfurado por la putrefacción incipiente proveniente de los orificios respiratorios. Aquí una técnica para calcular el tiempo de muerte, existe la fórmula de Bouchout, según la perdida de temperatura se hace a razón de 0.8 a 1ºC por hora (las primeras horas) y a razón de 0.3 a 0.5ºC por hora (en las segundas doce horas). La fórmula es aplicable a temperaturas entre 5º y 15ºC.&nbsp;Otra forma de calcular el tiempo de la muerte es con la fórmula de Glaister para temperaturas de grados Fahrenheit: </div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><center><strong>Temp. Principalmente estas evidencias se presentan en los ojos y son los signos de stenos-louis y de sommer.\n    <ul>\n      <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><strong>El primero consiste en:</strong> 1. Hundimiento del globo ocular, 2. Perdida de la transparencia de la córnea que se vuelve opaca, 3. Formación de arrugas en la córnea, 4. Depósito de polvo que le da aspecto arenoso (en el ojo abierto aparecen a los cuarenta y cinco minutos y en el cerrado a las veinte y cuatro horas).&nbsp;</div></li>\n      <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><strong>El de sommer:</strong> Consiste en un triángulo negro en la base de la córnea en la parte externa del ojo, y luego interna. Esto se debe al pigmento de las coroides que queda visible al volverse transparente la esclerótica por la deshidratación. Esta anomalía aparece en las partes no cubiertas por los parpados, entre las tres y cinco horas (Vargas, E. y Col. 1983) (Moya. Por lo tanto, la “muerte real” es la que tiene lugar cuando la circulación, la respiración y el sistema nervioso dejan de funcionar. En cambio, la “muerte aparente” es un estado pasajero en que dichas funciones sólo aparecen paralizadas, y que se caracteriza por la inmovilidad y la ausencia aparente de circulación y de respiración. Dentro de la muerte aparente se han distinguido varias formas: </em>&nbsp;</div></p>\n<ol>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Toxica: incluye anestesia </em>&nbsp;</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Apoplética: por electrocución y comatosa”(Vargas, E y col. 1983)</em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ol>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"><em>Como prueba definitiva de la muerte se ha propuesto la ausencia de actividad eléctrica comprobada por electrocardiograma y electroencefalograma.</em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></p>\n<h1><center><em><strong>¿Qué pasa cuando dejamos de respirar?</strong></em> &nbsp;&nbsp;</center></h1>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">Cuando deja de circular el oxígeno el cuerpo presenta ciertos síntomas internos:&nbsp;</div></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El SNC(sistema nervioso central) muere rápidamente dejando el cuerpo inmóvil y sin signos de respiración.</div></li>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">El corazón deja de latir por ende de bombear sangre.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<blockquote><div class=\"text-justify\">Notemos que es interesante como durante las primeras horas de muerte la musculatura intestinal puede mostrar peristaltismo activo lo cual puede generar gases o alguna leva actividad intestinal, también pueden presentarse algunos espasmos o movimientos de los músculos esqueléticos (orbiculares de los parpados y de los labios), el corazón también podría contraerse muy breve y levemente, a veces, en el caso masculino los espermatozoides siguen teniendo actividad en la uretra masculina por las siguientes 24 horas. &nbsp;&nbsp;</div></blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Muerte cerebral y Muerte respiratoria</strong>&nbsp;</h2>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">Normalmente se llega al diagnóstico de <strong>“muerte cardiorrespiratoria”</strong> mediante la comprobación del cese total de la respiración, por medio de la falta de oxígeno, el siguiente <strong>(muerte cerebral)</strong> es un cese irreversible de la función cerebral comprobado mediante el cual la respiración y circulación y la respiración pueden mantenerse artificialmente.</div></p>\n<h1><center><em><strong>¿Cómo reconocer a la muerte? ¿Qué debo observar para hacer el diagnóstico definitivo?</strong></em></center></h1>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"><em><strong>Los signos para poder reconocer este estado son tres: signos nerviosos, signos</strong></em> <em><strong>circulatorios y signos respiratorios.</strong></em></div></p>\n<p><strong>Signos nerviosos:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">Inmovilidad, flacidez y blandura de los músculos, con pérdida de los reflejos, parálisis de los esfínteres. Podemos asegurarnos probando los reflejos oculares, con dilatación de las pupilas.&nbsp;</div></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Signos circulatorios:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><div class=\"text-justify\">En la práctica se procede a comprobar la ausencia de latidos cardiacos durante cinco minutos sobre cada uno de los cuatro focos de auscultación cardiaca negativa durante veinte minutos es indicio de muerte. Esto se debe al pigmento de las coroides que queda visible al volverse transparente la esclerótica por la deshidratación. Esta anomalía aparece en las partes no cubiertas por los parpados, entre las tres y cinco horas (Vargas, E. y Col. 1983) (Moya.
