      "body": "![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmeGJGXkb6QGBeHxZz6rtxPwsu9qEeXoVw5VdSAv559wkd/image.png)\n- @jerrybanfield  Supernatural Writing Contest (SWC).\n\n_**SUPERNATURAL  OR  WILL POWER ?**_\n\nMy dad has been teaching me spiritual lessons since i was a child.\nEvery night in bed he would tell me something new or reinforce spiritual life lessons into my mind.\n\nNow I am older I can share this with others:\n\nHe openly taught me how the human mind is totally programmable and that our brains are build stronger connections each time we repeat the same action, thus forming habits. \neg: OCD or any addiction is when someone has reinforced a bad habit and then feels comfortable with this habit and finds it hard to break out of this habit.\n\nHe still teaches me important lessons till this day\n\nOne such lesson I want to share with you right here, because I always thought it was amazing!\n\nWhen I was about 8 or 9 years old, we went on a family holiday to Jerusalem.\nIt was one of those afternoons where me and dad broke off from the rest of the family and walked around the old city.\nIt was a nice warm/hot day and i can remember the nice fresh orange and lemon juice that we bought.\n\nWe sat on a old stone wall with the warm sun shining over us.\nWe had that nice relaxed holiday feeling and I can remember it was generally a nice day.\n\nHe was trying to teach him some lessons about creating the world that we want by using our minds.  \nBasically:  WILLPOWER.  (power of the mind to create what you want).\n\nI have to give you some tiny background info:\n- I grew up with the mind-set that we can change traffic lights to green (on demand), and that anything and everything can go the way that we want it (provided that we focus our mind in the correct way).  \n- Much of this theory has now been covered in the book & movie: The Secret.\n- if I wanted mum to call me, I would simply ‘imagine’ that she is about to call me, and quite often it would work.\n- I witnesses a lot of success with this method of positive willpower, that I have come to accept that its true.\n- When i get annoyed, then the universe will bring me more things to get annoyed about, etc.\n\nOk,  back to the story:\nMe and dad were sitting on that stone wall in the old city of Jerusalem.\nHe said he wanted to expand on the ‘willpower & creation’ lesson.\n\nThis is how he did it:\nHe told me that we will conjure up a specific type of person to walk in front of us.\nTo make it more random and full proof, he asked me to say what the person needs to be wearing.\n- I said that I want a person with a red shirt.\nPS:  it was many years ago, I cant remember the exact shirt colour that I said on that day. (for this story i am using the colour red).\n- I also said that this red shirted person needs to be pushing a baby in a pushchair.\n- My dad asked for a time limit, so I gave it 1 minute.\n\nSo, basically, we needed to focus on making a red shirted person pushing a baby in a pushchair to walk past us within the next minute!\n\nDad and me both focused on this exact image,\nand we actually managed to do this :)\n\nIn less than a minute a man wearing a red shirt walked passed us and he was pushing a baby in a pushchair !\n\nMe and dad have many times discussed this event and used it as a life lesson exercise.\n\nHe did tell me however that he is not sure whether we brought this into existence, or if we managed to get the universe to bring this near-by person to alter his journey and pass in-front of us, or maybe we just tuned-in to a person that was already coming our way (perhaps around the corner) and we psychically knew that this person was wearing red and pushing a baby.\n\nEither way it doesn't really matter because it just really goes to show that the supernatural is really not so scary or weird. Its just the way the universe works.\nSome people would say: magic or trick. But really its just a state of mind.\n\nThe only thing that stops most people from doing this is either a lack of knowledge about how the mind interacts with the universe, or maybe laziness to use their energy and mind-power to perform such tasks. \n\nEquipped with this knowledge, you can bring into existence the life that you want.\nIf you want a new job or a raise or a car or anything.  It just takes solid mental focus on it.\n\n_PS:  Don’t go wishing for things! That’s not how it works.\nYou need to just see it as completed and done.\nYou need to visualize its already yours.\nVisualize its happening.. (in the present).\nDont imagine it for the future, because then it will always stay in the future and never become reality.. (tomorrow never comes).\nSo you need to realize it is actually NOW.\nBecause really, in life, everything is NOW._\n\n\nSome people will say: “you need to work hard for many years to get promoted”\nSo basically, they are creating this reality for themselves.\nPeople who know it will take 20 years to become area manager will take 20 years.\nPeople who have tonnes of ambition and motivation and positivity may believe they can be an Area manager within 3 years, and they will quite possibly achieve this goal.\nOther people around them feel envious, and they also feel upset with their own life. But (in reality), these failed people grew up with the mind-set that their own life was going to hard and difficult.\n\nUsually parents are the ones who install patterns and habits into their children.\n\nRe-programming ones mind is definitely an achievable option.\n\nMaking a red shirted man walk in-front of us while he was pushing a baby in a pushchair.\n- Was it magic ?  supernatural ?  Or just a simple mind-trick ?\n\nI believe it is the mind-trick.\nThanks to this universe that we live in, it really just reflects our inner mind and presents it back to us in a tangible way.\n\nAnd anyone that is willing to try, can achieve this  ;)",

      "body": "**If you are in london, then you MUST visit St Pancras International Station, in Kings Cross, London.**\n\nWhether you like Harry Potter or not, its an AMAZING building with Gothic Architecture.\nBuilt in the 1860's, it is almost 160 years old.\n\nThere are actually TWO stations right next to each other.\nSt Pancras International Station.  (Beautiful red brick architecture, but modern platforms).\nKings Cross Station.
