      "body": "Despues de tanto tiempo desaparecida vuelvo otra vez con un ustedes para relatarles un poco de mi tarea de auto-desarrollo personal, la cual comprende un tema muy importante que es la INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL que a continuación podrán apreciar \n\n\nLa inteligencia emocional es aquella que se manifiesta  en personas  con la capacidad de manejar y controlar sus emociones sin dejar que estas los afecten , lo cual resulta necesario en todos los sentidos ya sea en el ámbito educativo, laboral y más aun en el hogar. Mediante 5 esferas principales las cuales son:\n1)\tConocer las propias emociones: es la conciencia de uno mismo el reconocer un sentimiento y saberlo controlar\n2)\tManejar las emociones: Es una capacidad que se basa en la consciencia de uno mismo, las personas que logran recuperarse con mucha más facilidad en los trastornos de vida.\n3)\tAuto-motivacion:La auto-motivación destaca la habilidad por orientarnos hacia nuestras metas. De recuperarnos de los contratiempos y focalizar todos nuestros recursos personales en una meta.\n4)\tReconocer las emociones de los demás: La empatía es la capacidad que se basa en la conciencia emocional y esta nos hace prestar atención a la manera de actuar de alguna persona\n5)\tManejar las relaciones: Esta habilidad permite el manejo de emociones con las personas que nos rodean.\n\nPor otro lado Goleman nos dice que existen 2 mentes, una emocional y otra Racional una piensa y otra siente. La mente racional, es la forma de comprensión en la que somos conscientes aquí se destaca la consciencia reflexiva capaz de analizar y meditar. En cuanto más intenso es el sentimiento más dominante se vuelve la inteligencia emocional y menos eficaz se vuelve la racional esto quiere decir que muchas circunstancias despiertan nuestras emociones y provoca que actuemos de manera incorrecta, esta emoción nos impide pensar con claridad y de esta manera omitir la parte racional del pensamiento. Es una imagen muy representativa de la devoción que tengo hacia el, para quienes no saben su historia aquí se las dejo</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<blockquote><em>Jesús de la misericordia se le apareció a Santa maria Faustina de Kowalska en &nbsp;1931, esta fue la primera vez que ella vio su imagen ya que continuamente Jesus dejaba mostrar su rostro hacia ella para darle señales debido a que en aquel tiempo la humanidad se encontraba cometiendo muchos pecados que a los ojos de Dios eran horrendos, aunque actualmente se originan muchos pecados igualmente.</em></blockquote>\n<blockquote><em>Esta historia es muy hermosa porque Jesús le manifestaba a Santa Faustina su tristeza y le daba tablas de salvación para la humanidad, es decir, le expresaba maneras para que la humanidad se librara del pecado, la más importante es que debían confiar en el y tener siempre presente la frase \"Jesús yo confio en ti\" &nbsp;ademas rogaba que resara con fé el rosario a la divina misericordia este se basa en</em></blockquote>\n<ol>\n  <li><em>&nbsp;Rezar como primera parte el \"padre nuestro, el ave maria y el credo\"</em></li>\n  <li><em>Pedir el favor que se desea</em></li>\n  <li><em>repetir 10 veces \"Por tu dolorosa pasión\" y contestar \"Ten misericordia de nosotros y del mundo entero\"(por cada por tu dolorosa pasión repetir ten misericordia de nosotros y del mundo entero)&nbsp;</em></li>\n  <li><em>Al terminar cada secuencia se repite \"padre eterno te ofrezco el cuerpo y la sangre el alma y la divinidad de tu amadísimo hijo nuestro señor Jesucristo en expiación de nuestros pecados y los del mundo entero.       "body": "![20180620_153151.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNvWw4yq5S5xQUJMXoR8duFbG3b8o8PS1KjjnFBqjgBHy/20180620_153151.jpg)\n\n\nEn esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la flor \"Bella de las once\" la cual me llamo la atención porque específicamente a las 9 am la observe y la vi cerrada, sus capullos no habían florecido, mas tarde a las 11 am volví a pasar por allí y observe que habían brotado hermosas flores, me pareció muy interesante como de un momento a otro cambio de apariencia y le pregunte a la dueña de estas flores que ocurría con ellas; a lo que me respondió que estas flores solo florecían a las 11 de la mañana  y a las 11 de la noche, fue muy interesante y la quise observar mejor, ciertamente esto ocurría en esas horas luego se empezaba a cerrar lentamente. Aproveche el momento y le tomé las fotos justo a tiempo para que ustedes también pudiesen observar claramente este cambio.\n\nEs interesante cómo hasta la flores tienen su poder de transformación, cómo se renuevan cada día, es maravilloso encontrar detalles como estos que nos aporta la naturaleza y nos lleva a reflexionar sobre nosotros mismos; sobre, cómo sí ellas pueden renovarse por qué nosotros no, que somos seres pensantes  los cuales vivimos muchas circunstancias que nos impiden florecer pero ¿por que? sí podemos hacerlo, Dios nos permite otro día mas de vida en cada momento que seguimos aquí y eso es un motivo para Florecer........\n\nCon amor Att #audisarai",

This cake is one of my favorites I made it for the first time a while ago that one of my aunts did it and gave me the recipe, but I modified it. The first time I made it with sugar but then I did not have it, and look for the option of making it with panela, although others call it a piece of paper. A person who wants to realize himself must have clear projects, opening paths where it seems that they did not exist, being constant and persevering to meet their goal. In addition, he must learn to have a good self-esteem that drives him and does not let him fail despite adversity or despite the comments of others.\n\nOn the other hand so that a person can develop by itself must work on it and make a list of the goals you want to fulfill, for example:\n\n\nIn a sheet that can be located in your room the person can add images with content you want to make either travel, money, professional titles, marriage and others ... You can even add the years in which you want to achieve these goals.
