      "body": "## العطر\nالعطر (بالإنجليزيّة: Perfume) منتج يُصنع بمزج مواد طبيعيّة، ومواد صناعيّة ذات رائحة جميلة بنسب دقيقة للحصول على رائحة مميّزة. يعود فن صناعة العطور إلى زمن الصّين القديمة، وقدماء المصريين، والعرب، والقرطاجيين، والإغريق، والرّومان، إلا أنّه قد طرأ الكثير من التّطوّر على صناعة العطور منذ ذلك الزّمن، إذ يوجد الآن العديد من أنواع العطور التي يُمكن شراؤها من الأسواق والتي تختلف بنوع وتركيز المادة العطريّة فيها، مثل الكولونيا، وماء التّواليت، وغيرها من أنواع العطور، بالإضافة إلى دخول العطور في تركيب الكثير من المنتجات، مثل الصّابون، ومستحضرات التّجميل، ومزيلات رائحة العرق، وكريمات ما بعد الحلاقة، وزيوت الاستحمام.\n\n\n\n## المواد المكوّنة للعطور\nتتكوّن العطور من مواد طبيعيّة نباتيّة وحيوانيّة، بالإضافة إلى مواد صناعيّة، ومن هذه المكونات الزيوت العطريّة التي تُستخلص من النّباتات بعدة طرق منها:\nالتقطير بالبخار (بالإنجليزيّة: steam distillation): وتتم بتعريض النبات لدرجة حرارة عالية.\nالاستخلاص باستخدام المذيبات (بالإنجليزيّة: solvent extraction) وتُستخدم هذه الطريقة لاستخراج الزّيوت العطريّة الحساسة التي لا تحتمل درجات الحرارة العالية، ويُستخدم الكحول عادةََ كمذيب، وينتج عنها زيوت مركزّة تُسمى (بالإنجليزيّة: absolute).\nالاستخلاص بالتّشريب في الدّهن (بالإنجليزيّة: enfleurage): وتتم بوضع بتلات الزّهور بين طبقات من الدّهون الحيوانيّة النقيّة، والتي تتشبّع بعد فترة بزيت الزّهرة، وبعد ذلك يُستخدم الكحول للحصول على الزيت المركّز.\nالاستخلاص بالعصر أو الضغط (بالإنجليزيّة: expression method): تُستخدم للحصول على زيوت الحمضيّات من قشور الفاكهة، ويمكن عصر القشور يدوياََ، أو باستخدام الآلات.\nمنتجات حيوانيّة لها رائحةٌ جميلة، وتستخدم لتثبيت الرّائحة العطريّة وتأخير تبخّر الزّيوت المتطايرة، ومنها: العنبر المُستخرج من حوت العنبر، والمسك المستخرج من غزال المسك، ومادة الكستوريوم (بالإنجليزيّة: Castoreum) المستخرجة من حيوان القندس، والزّباد المستخرج من قط الزباد.\n\n\n## أنواع العطور\nتُصنّف العطور حسب الرائحة السّائدة فيها، أو المكوّنات الرّئيسيّة فيها إلى عدة مجموعات وهي:\n\nعطور الأزهار: تحتوي على مزيج من روائح الأزهار، مثل الياسمين، والورد، وزنبق الوادي، والغاردينيا.\nعطور التّوابل: وتحتوي على مزيجٍ من القرنفل، والقرنفل الشّائع، والقرفة، وجوزة الطّيب.\nالعطور الخشبيّة: وتشتمل على رائحة الأخشاب ومنها، خشب نجيل الهند، وخشب الصّندل، وخشب أوقية من الإيثانول.\nملعقتا طعام من الماء المقطّر.\nفلتر القهوة.\nقنينة زجاجيّة داكنة اللّون.\n7 قطرات من زيت عطري من الدّرجة الأساسيّة (بالإنجليزيّة: The base notes)، وهو الزّيت الذي تدوم رائحته لأطول وقت على الجلد، ومن أنواعه: زيت خشب الأرز، زيت القرفة، زيت البتشول، زيت خشب الصّندل، زيت الفانيلا، زيت الأشنّات، زيت السّرخس.\n7 قطرات من زيت عطري متوسّط الدّرجة (بالإنجليزيّة: The middle notes)، وهي زيوت أكثر تطايراََ من زيوت الدّرجة الأساسيّة ومنها: زيت القرنفل، وزيت إبرة الرّاعي، وزيت الإذخر أو اللّيمونيّة، وزيت النّارنج (النّيرولي)، وزيت جوزة الطّيب، وزيت اليلانج.\n6-7 قطرات من زيت عطري واضح الدّرجة (بالإنجليزيّة: The top notes)، وهو من أكثر الزّيوت العطريّة تطايراََ ومن أنواعه: زيت البرغموت، وزيت الياسمين، وزيت الخزامى، وزيت اللّيمون، وزيت اللّيم، وزيت السّحلبية، وزيت الورد.\nنقطتان من الزّيوت الرّابطة (بالإنجليزيّة: bridge notes)، وهي زيوتٌ ذات درجة تبخرٍ متوسّطة، ولها القدرة على ربط مكوّنات العطر ببعضها، ومن أنواعها: زيت اللافندر، أو الفانيلا (يمكن الاستغناء عنه).\n\n\n## طريقة التحضير\nبعد تحضير المكونات اللازمة يتم اتباع الخطوات الآتية لتحضير العطر:\n\nيُضاف زيت الجوجوبا، أو زيت اللّوز الحلو إلى الزّجاجة.\nتضاف الزّيوت العطريّة حسب الترتيب الآتي: أولاََ الزّيوت ذات الدّرجة
