Later, in 1877 the German geographer Ferdinand von Richthofen introduced the name ‘Great Silk Road’ for a chain of age-old trade routes through Central Asia that connected the Far East to the West. For some 1,700 years, the Silk Road was the world’s largest trade network. Caravans of up to a thousand camels, horses, oxen and donkeys crossed deserts and high mountains to carry coveted goods from East to West and West to East. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;So, today's book, is to talk about a history of the trade channel? Obviously not. Is the Silk Road a visible artificial road? Definitely not.       "body": "<html>\n<blockquote>“广播的前景如何？”这是最近几年业内外很多人士，在新媒体时代对广播前途和命运的再一次质疑。</blockquote>\n<p>广播是“思想的剧场”，它用文字和音乐在听众脑海中编织出美丽的意象。通过广播讲好故事需要高超的技巧和生动的想象力。在新时代，如何讲述一个引人入胜的故事呢？如何借助声音的特质制造出想要的效果？手机会把讲故事领入怎样的新次元？</p>\n<p>广播的现在究竟怎么样？作为在广播行业工作了十年的人，我认为如今的广播面临着很大的危机。互联网，尤其是移动互联网时代已经彻底改变了传统受众的传媒接收来源、习惯乃至思维方式。</p>\n<p>但广播媒体曾经最吸引人的新鲜早间资讯，已经被醒来即可见的手机朋友圈所取代；广播的速度优势早已不在；不断推陈出新的音频集成客户端，可以轻松实现在移动终端上收听数以万计的频率和节目，颠覆了传统的广播收听模式；车联网时代的逐步到来，将使车载收听调频广播成为历史……</p>\n<p>不仅如此，广播“在内容间隙插入广告”的传统盈利模式，在新媒体时代也受到了前所未有的挑战。广告商对于难以精确锁定用户，依然是线性传播的广播的兴趣正在下降。凡此种种，足以说明，广播的发展再一次走到了变革的十字路口。</p>\n<p>对于广播来说，这并不是第一次出现危机。电视的快速发展就曾经给广播的生存和发展带来过巨大的挑战。在上一次视频冲击带来的危机时，广播做出了非常大的自我调整。比如广播频率的专业化改革、轮盘式的开放型节目播出样态、速度致胜以及突出互动性、服务性、现场感等等。</p>\n<p>这些积极的探索和努力，使广播在众多媒体群芳斗艳的时代保留了不可替代的一席之地。有人说，是汽车的快速发展救了广播。其实，无论过去的广播是“自救”还是“他救”，今天的广播如果要摆脱危机、再创辉煌，还是要从自己做起。具体的路径和方式，我认为，就是要打造新的节目样态与新的制作传播手段相结合的新型广播。</p>\n<p>什么是新的节目样态？广播的节目样态难道已经过时了吗？经过一个世纪左右的发展，对于传统收音机中的广播来说，其节目样态几乎已近完美。但在移动互联时代，在新媒体平台上，我认为主要有两种类型的广播节目样态将更具生命力：一类是具有鲜明媒介融合特色的广播节目；一类是深入挖掘声音特色的广播节目。对第一类节目，我觉得最具代表性的就属于广播脱口秀。脱口秀其实由来已久，以前主要在电视中播出。但其实脱口秀的魅力并不是画面，而是声音、语言和内容。</p>\n<p>在中国国内，有多档受众数以亿计的著名音频脱口秀节目，比如《晓松奇谈》、《罗辑思维》等结合知识、娱乐、八卦为一体的脱口秀节目，深受受众的喜爱。</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>目前广播需要转变的观念与思路体现在以下几个方面：</p>\n<ol>\n  <li>改变传统的节目生产方式，围绕打造新型节目样态和新的制作传播手段相结合的新型广播，重新梳理、改造广播节目的采编播流程。比如构建云采编平台、培养全媒体编辑记者等。</li>\n  <li>改变广播覆盖率的传统评价指标。变关注发射功率覆盖为关注用户覆盖，将移动终端纳入覆盖率指标，从而端正在新媒体环境下对自身影响力的认识和评估。重视和利用好移动端，为移动端产品及融合型产品的开发积累用户。用户的认可与喜爱是新型广播发展的基石。</li>\n  <li>努力创新新的移动化、社交化、标准化、个性化的节目样态，做好传统广播与新媒体的互动、联动，形成广播互联网的生态圈。</li>\n  <li>在媒体融合中寻找新的盈利模式，在新的价值挖掘中寻求新的经济增长点。比如做音频社交媒体平台、做精准营销的电子商务甚至做移动医疗、移动教育咨询等服务性产业。</li>\n</ol>\n<p>我们仍需为之努力，使广播真正实现“从听众到用户，从内容到产品，从传播到服务，从大众到个体”的观念转型。</p>\n<p>综上：如果我们不努力，广播是没有前途的。</p>\n</html>",

      "body": "有朋友感受了下深圳湾口岸的停车费。。。。太猛了。 \n\n昨天朋友有点事要过香港办，一家三口就集体驾车出发去了深圳湾口岸，早上不到八点到达，发现停车场车不多（还暗暗窃喜了一番），车停在了C停车场。晚上八点三十分回来，一买单，才发现一百二十五大元，停车费从原来的50元左右（24小时）涨到了240元（24小时），这也太贵了吧！\n话说回来，天下的鸦鸦都一般黑，广州说开放停车费治堵，商业的停车费涨价无所谓，最多少去或者公共交通方式出行。住宅也放开，结果住宅的停车费最少涨了一倍，印象中最电视台曝光的有两个小区一个花都富力，一个同德围，都从300左右涨到了一千多。猿类的思维方式，果然是常人无法理解的;)",
