      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">Buenas noches mi gente miembros de esta comunidad hoy amanecimos con un clima muy soleado pues ayer  y los días anteriores ha hecho un buen calor, después de haber dado gracias a Dios por un nuevo día y en atención a las cosas maravillosas que él nos da día a día y siguiendo mi costumbre que al levantarme el aseo personal por supuesto y como dije en mi presentación me gusta la crianza de animales pues inicio mi rutina diaria dándoles de comer y limpiarles el sitio donde cohabitan, claro está no sin antes tomarme una tacita de café para fortalecer el cuerpo. Hoy como ya dije me gusta la construcción estoy construyendo unos de mis proyectos es un local que tiene aproximadamente 50 metros cuadrados hecho de paredes de bloques (esta estructura yo la había comenzado a hacer hace dos años, pero en vista de la situación financiera paralice la obra para posteriormente continuar en este año 2021). </div>\n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n![limpieza.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQme7qZTBLnqb1LpHkTGt6Lex1ivMM7FeZ3mg795nxDoq45/limpieza.jpg)\n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Actualmente me encuentro vaciando la placa que fungirá como techo para posteriormente hacer otra edificación encima del mismo, este techo lo estoy haciendo con la técnica del enervado pues es una técnica muy buena y poco costosa, hay otras técnicas como la del uso de láminas de anime grueso, también el uso de loza acero, el uso de vigas doble T con tabelones o ladrillos rojos de medida 20 cms x 80 cms x 8 o 10 cms de alto, pero en el caso mio voy a describir lo que estoy haciendo: para ello es necesario tener las columnas con suficiente fundación, por lo menos como ésta es una estructura pequeña yo le coloque emparrillados de 80 cms x 80 cms con una profundidad de 80 cms ese emparrillado le coloque cabilla de medida 3/8   con una separación de 15 cms cada una amarradas y soldadas con soldadura eléctrica de modo de realizar una maya fuerte en la cual posteriormente se le vacio una mezcla de cemento con un espesor de 25 centímetros. Para empezar con el techo se hizo la nivelación en la parte superior de manera que esta quedó debidamente horizontal, la técnica del enervado solo lleva el siguiente material:  ladrillo tabelon para lo cual utilicé 230 para el área de 50 metros cuadrados, usé igualmente 4 cerchas de cabillas con una distancia de 6,5 metros y 5 cerchas de cabilla de 4 metros. Cabe destacar que el local que estoy construyendo posee una forma de L es por ello las medidas de las cerchas de cabilla, estas cerchas las coloque con una separación de 1.10 metros de modo que se coloca una cercha y una hilera de ladrillo tabelón, este tabelón y la cercha van colocadas de tal manera que por la parte inferior se colocó una tabla donde va la cercha de tal manera que la tabla sujeta la cercha y el ladrillo, esta tabla es colocada en una base de madera previa nivelación hecha; con esta técnica no es necesario colocar un piso completo de madera para después vaciar sino que se coloca la madera donde  va la cercha ya que es el lugar donde se va a unir ladrillo con ladrillo a través de una mezcla de cemento con un espesor de 13 cms. </div> \n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n![31c87ddc-22b0-4437-b3da-410ce8ef93d0.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXj6DhtqWTTPukp7566r2VqFqkbYrvMdGMKDhdC7fK5Gb/31c87ddc-22b0-4437-b3da-410ce8ef93d0.jpg)\n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Después de que se colocaron las tablas para soportar las cerchas se debe colocar debajo de cada tabla unos puntales de madera o hierro con el fin de evitar el desprendimiento de cualquier ladrillo y mantener firme la estructura que se va a vaciar. Una vez hecho todo este proceso de colocar los tabelones, las cerchas, de colocar los puntales y asegurar la estructura, en la parte superior de la misma coloque un enmallado de maya trupson soldadas con 18 cabillas de 3/8 en una separación de 45 centímetros de largo con los arranques de cabilla de las columnas para de esta manera asegurar la superficie, con este procedimiento queda listo solamente el vaciado de la estructura o placa con la mezcla de cemento el cual se hará posteriormente y en el cual describiré paso a paso lo que se creará. </div>\n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n![4e722d11-0d45-4904-84f5-acc1333626f3.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRACwTJTfiySTxeCVeejHftTDUcKUct8yyLFfejmN5658/4e722d11-0d45-4904-84f5-acc1333626f3.jpg)\n\n\n\n#\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Bueno mi gente espero que esta enseñanza que les acabo de describir sea de su agrado y le sirva de ilustración para sus propios quehaceres en casa. Les cuento que yo no sabía nada, ni pegar un bloque y aprendí fue viendo; en los inicios de mi casa cuando recién la adquirí esta lo que poseía era una cerca de alambre de púa y contraté a un vecino que era albañil para que echara la pared y yo fui su ayudante me puse a observar lo que él hacia y desde ahí en adelante empecé yo mismo a realizar una serie de modificaciones sin tener que recurrir a otras manos.
