The advent of the smart phone has further fuelled the growth of the market with its mobile health (mHealth). Mobile health applications are constantly being downloaded by users and data generated from these apps have not been fully utilized. Data which is a prominent tool in health care will bring about revolution in the health care industry if stakeholders will learn to share these data. This is the gap lympo has come to fill with its ecosystem that integrates industry stakeholders for efficient data sharing. The platform functions as a blockchain community that offers health and wellness services.\n\n**Role of Lympo in the global health industry**\nEven though data sharing is very important in the health sector, users are unable to share their data. They are often left at the mercy of their providers to do with their information as they please. According to American Medical Association “many health apps may be sharing patient’s health data without their knowledge.” Lympo as a health and fitness aggregator will give users ownership of their data and the opportunity to earn from it. This means that data owners will be responsible for who have access to their information.\n\nMobile health apps do not integrate with each other because each provider specializes on the information it needs with its apps. This does not create room for the universality of data generated. This means that when fitness and health pattern are generated separately, data owners will not be able to track their fitness progress. This way they are unaware of their weakness and how to maximise their strength. Lympo integrates the users, service providers and other stakeholders in the data generation and use process. \n\nThe data generated separately restricts the flow of data. There is no centralized base that links these various segments in  sports and wellness. This limits investors from offering user centred products and services for all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The Lympo platform connects these specialize info and make it readily available to investors. \n\n**Impact of Blockchain on Health Industry**\nThe Blockchain with its distribution mechanism allows for sensitive health data to be stored in a much secured way. Data owners do not have to worry about privacy and confidentiality breach. These start ups have been vetted by members of the ecosystem who are quite knowledgeable about the industry. Also companies can immediately test out their fitness and health services by accessing existing data. Data which is a prominent tool in health care will bring about revolution in the health care industry if stakeholders will learn to share these data. This is the gap lympo has come to fill with its ecosystem that integrates industry stakeholders for efficient data sharing. The platform functions as a blockchain community that offers health and wellness services.\n\n**Role of Lympo in the global health industry**\nEven though data sharing is very important in the health sector, users are unable to share their data. They are often left at the mercy of their providers to do with their information as they please. According to American Medical Association “many health apps may be sharing patient’s health data without their knowledge.” Lympo as a health and fitness aggregator will give users ownership of their data and the opportunity to earn from it. This means that data owners will be responsible for who have access to their information.\n\nMobile health apps do not integrate with each other because each provider specializes on the information it needs with its apps. This does not create room for the universality of data generated. This means that when fitness and health pattern are generated separately, data owners will not be able to track their fitness progress. This way they are unaware of their weakness and how to maximise their strength. Lympo integrates the users, service providers and other stakeholders in the data generation and use process. \n\nThe data generated separately restricts the flow of data. There is no centralized base that links these various segments in  sports and wellness. This limits investors from offering user centred products and services for all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The Lympo platform connects these specialize info and make it readily available to investors. \n\n**Impact of Blockchain on Health Industry**\nThe Blockchain with its distribution mechanism allows for sensitive health data to be stored in a much secured way. Data owners do not have to worry about privacy and confidentiality breach. Also, the availability of the smart contract on the blockchain enables the stakeholders to carry out transactions securely without interference from third parties. I think that one of the greatest features of the blockchain is the permissibility option. This way data owner decides who can access their information. Also companies can immediately test out their fitness and health services by accessing existing data. There are some times in your life when you go through trials and temptations .You’ve prayed, fasted, studied  his word, done all you could think of as a believers but.....nothing changed. What do you do when you find yourself in such situation? Do you cry out in fear thinking that God has abandoned you or do you keep praising and thanking God because you believe he is always with you just as he said in his word repeatedly *i will never leave you nor forsake you* \n\nThe bible says in Isaiah 8:17 *i will wait for the lord who has turned away from the descendants of Jacob. I will put my hope in him*\nGod wants the totality of our trust in him, in good time and in bad. He desires our worship in happiness and in pain. Through all the time you think God is far, he is just testing you to so u can mature in your relationship with him.  According to james 1:3 *for you know that when your faith is tested. Your endurance has a chance to grow.*\n\nLet’s say you have a close relationship that suddenly becomes long distance. Do you give up or do you work harder to make sure distance does not ruin the relationship? This is what God expects from us, not to be too comfortable with our present state with him but to always strive to improve our relationship with him. He is basically building our FAITH because without faith it is impossible to please him.\n\nMost times, we attribute our feeling of abandonment to sin. God does not abandon you because you sinned. Remember he loved you even before you were saved, that’s why he sent Jesus to die for you. Whenever God feel distant just know he is trying to build your faith. God is omnipresent, so he is always around whether you feel him on not.\n\n**What do you do when you feel or think God is far**\n**Tell him how you feel** Be completely honest with your feelings; your fear, pains, grief and all. Trust in him that he can handle whatever you are going through. David did it and job also did it.\n\n**Rely on the integrity of God’s word** Whatsoever he says, he will do. If he has promised that he won’t leave you, then he won’t leave you. Never doubt his promises; he loves you, cares for you and understands what you are going through. The book of Jeremiah 29;11 *For i know the thoughts i have for you, thoughts of good and not of evil, to give a future and an expected end*\n\n**Count your blessings** When you think God has forsaken you, look back and remember all that he has done for you. You will see that there was never a time he left you alone. So give thanks and worship him despite your circumstances because this is the truest form of worship.\n\n*Remain blessed always!*",
