body@yanirauseche Hola, la verdad es que saca de apuro saber hacer la masa para fideos (es la misma con la que se hacen los ravioles y la lasaña). Parece laborioso, pero en realidad toma entre 5 y 6 minutos hacer la masa. El estirado depende de tu habilidad y el corte de los fideos, sólo un par de minutos. Amasa hasta recoger toda la harina del bol y la masa deje de pegarse a los bordes. Corta la tercera parte de tu masa y deja el resto cubierto con el plástico para que no se seque. Usa un cuchillo, no rompas la masa con las manos. El ancho no importa, porque vamos a doblarlas, sólo elimina los bordes laterales disparejos. Amasa hasta recoger toda la harina del bol y la masa deje de pegarse a los bordes. Corta la tercera parte de tu masa y deja el resto cubierto con el plástico para que no se seque. Usa un cuchillo, no rompas la masa con las manos. Amasa hasta recoger toda la harina del bol y la masa deje de pegarse a los bordes. Corta la tercera parte de tu masa y deja el resto cubierto con el plástico para que no se seque. Usa un cuchillo, no rompas la masa con las manos. bodyHola! Hace varios meses que no publico en ninguna red porque tuve un gran problema, pero ya estoy mejor y espero poder publicar mis recetas, al menos, una o dos veces por semana. El día de hoy te traigo una ensalada de pollo, rica y muy fácil de hacer. Puedes prepararla un domingo para comer con tu familia o llevarla a la mesa un día de fiesta, no vas a quedar mal: es deliciosa. ![EnsPoll.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYe5Nu7MGD6fB1ACNbEKWqvftaNGohMSXxg2C7VioCyxD/EnsPoll.png) INGREDIENTES: (para 4 personas) 300gr. (pechuga) de pollo sancochada y deshilachada 250gr. de vainitas 1/2 kilo de papas (patatas) 120gr. de zanahorias 100gr. de pimiento 4 huevos cocidos 140gr. de maíz cocido (desgranado) mayonesa al gusto sal y pimienta Si no quieres usar mayonesa, puedes reemplazarla con yougurt agregando, además, una cucharadita de mostaza. Queda muy bien y no consumes grasa. Lo bueno de esta ensalada es que la puedes preparar el día anterior y guardarla en tu refrigeradora. Cuando la necesites, la sacas y está perfecta, como recién hecha. Espero que te guste esta receta y la pruebes en casa.
