Now it’s funny because I have decided to word how we collect currency as “Donations”. &nbsp;I think this is a factor in as to why there have been zero participants even though it is stated that “Donating” to CoExistCoin is participating into the Token Offering. Maybe it’s just bad timing? Is it that people are sick of ICO’s and do not trust them? The whole Bitcoin fork thing? People don’t understand that they could gain a return with a donation? I see people blindly buying into crystal clear ICO scams with promises of riches or lottery and betting ICO projects. I feel bad for those that participate into these and then the project disappears. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Then there is itty bitty CoExistCoin. Never mind that CoExistCoin is the oldest for charity/humanitarian blockchain crypto currency. (Established 2015) Forget that since it has started its goal is to help people in need with total transparency to the public. Let’s pay no attention that its intentions are to change how the world of nonprofit organizations runs in a manner of showing open books to the public. (Let’s also give a pass to those other projects that copied our White Paper) CoExistCoin is a registered Nonprofit, for charity organization. Registered in the state of Delaware, USA.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Let’s put that behind us and look to the future of what CoExistCoin is striving towards. The obvious is to help empower the less fortunate. The campaigns on our site will be geared toward helping people and communities bettering themselves and the futures of their families. We will design a website where a community of big hearted people can give, vote, voice and weigh in opinions of charity campaigns. The site will also feature a place where small no name charities that have no hope of getting out to the world have a place to shine and get help to facilitate the needs of their interests. COXST will be needed to fuel many of the sites features and social community interactions. There will be regular market buys of COXST due to all incoming donations will have to be recorded on the CoExistCoin blockchain. All transactions will be recorded on the blockchain thus for the need buying COXST from the market. CoExistCoin will design a transparent, open to the public’s eyes, easy to use book keeping program that we would model ourselves and then shop it around to other organizations to use if they wish to be transparent to their donation base. CoExistCoin will actively pursue other means of income and since being a nonprofit organization, ALL PROFITS from any endeavor it creates or participates in will go directly to our charity campaigns.       "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Over the last 7 days there have been some major happenings behind the scenes in CoExistCoin. We set up an office address in the state of Delaware. This was followed by registering for a nonprofit charity Incorporation status. Delaware has charity friendly regulations compared to my home state in New York. Delaware is also blockchain and crypto friendly. It was just a natural selection for me to set up in place that would offer CoExistCoin the best opportunity with the least draw down. Our new address &nbsp;&nbsp;CoExistCoin Inc. 8 The Green Suite # 6830 Dover, DE 19901 &nbsp;&nbsp;As of the release of this post I am awaiting the state of Delaware approval. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In the mean time I should be receiving EID # which would allow us to set up a merchant account to accept donations via Credit and debit card. There are charity friendly merchants that give trabsfer fee breaks. I will keep the community updated as I receive it. &nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;We have a .org website in the works. I was hoping to have our certification before CoExistCoin.org goes live. I am very excited about this. This goes to go show the “company” did not spend a lot of time on designing their website, and just used some stock images. While this may still lure in some unsuspecting investors, it is also a dead giveaway for this platform’s intentions.</p>\n<p>What Ether Miners does, is offer an investment opportunity to Ethereum fans. The platform has been in operation for a whopping five days, and claims over US$61900 has been invested so far. Those numbers are utterly fake, of course, and go to show there is nothing legitimate about this company. Moreover, they also claim to have paid out over US$10,500 to their users, which is virtually impossible in such a short amount of time.</p>\n<p>As one would come to expect from Ponzi schemes in the cryptocurrency world, users can pick from different investment opportunities. One is conveniently called EtherClassic, although it has nothing to do with Ethereum Classic. Instead, this a program that returns 2% of the investment every single day, without users having to do anything in return. The day such schemes legitimately work forever will be the day we can all retire. But Ether Miners will not grant anyone retirement, except for the site owners as they steal funds.</p>\n<p>Another thing we start to see more and more among Ponzi schemes in the cryptocurrency world is how all of these “companies” are seemingly registered in the United Kingdom. Obtaining the necessary documentation requires either excellent Photoshop skills or a few quid to get a certificate. Additionally, the address mentioned on the website is not the company address by any means, but no one expected anything different.</p>\n<p>To top it all off, the Ether Miners website is clearly designed by Eastern Europeans with sloppy English skills. The names at the top of the page are all Eastern European-sounding, whereas the English text on the template pages indicates a lack of written English skills. In saying so, we do not want to discriminate against cryptocurrency enthusiasts in that region, but merely point out a recurring theme among cryptocurrency investment scams.</p>\n<p>One final thing that puts off anyone with a clue is how the company claims to have generated income over the past 12 months. Rather strange, as their incorporation documentation dates back to October 18, 2016. Unless they have invented time travel somehow, nothing is adding up for Ether Miners. The crypto currency which aims to help the less fortunate with donations to charitable causes has seen coin dumps daily from strong mining pools mining the coin and dumping them on the market causing a price dive. &nbsp;The CoExistCoin community feels this is only benefiting miners while slowly killing CoExistCoins value on trading exchanges.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In an upcoming mandatory update PoW rewards will drop drastically. Also POW time will go from 1 min to 5 min. We are in preliminary stages of discussion. Other changes in wallet will be made. Funds that was raised will support The Malcolm Jenkins Foundations’ youth programs and initiatives in the Philadelphia area including a week long summer camp for middle schoolers (grades 5-8) called by its acronym STEAM, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Athletics, and Mathematics. The proffesional athlete established his foundation to provide experiences to youth that they might not ordinarily have.</p>\n<p>In an interview Malcolm Jenkins said:</p>\n<p>“We were able to partner with Drexel University and their ExCITe center which are doing cool things in their laboratory. For the pilot program in July 2016, we were able to bring the children in to teach them about the world around them in ways they might not have been able to see on their own. We taught them about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Athletics and Mathematics. These subjects are usually taught separately. Drexel’s ExCITe center is teaching the kids how they can be applied together, mixed in certain ways. I want them to learn from the program that the only thing that limits us is our own creativity.”</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Program manager at the ExCITe center, &nbsp;Kara Lindstrom explained that STEAM, by incorporating digital technology and artistic approaches, allows students to explore familiar realms such as music, video games, and athletics in creative ways. President-elect Donald Trump, who believes climate change is a hoax (it's not), is looking for ways to dismantle the groundbreaking Paris climate agreement and has appointed a climate change skeptic to head up the Environmental Protection Agency.</p>\n<p>But amidst the carbon-choked clouds gathering over our future, there is one small bright ray of sunshine: a group of schoolchildren has just won the right to sue the government over its failure to curb climate change.</p>\n<p>The group, called Our Children's Trust, consists of 21 young people between the ages of 9 and 20. In several states they've been arguing that \"in causing climate change, the federal government has violated the youngest generation’s constitutional rights to life, liberty, property, as well as failed to protect essential public trust resources.\"</p>\n<p>As our country continues to rely on fossil fuels to power our homes and our cars, we're already starting to feel the impacts of a warmer world. But it's the next generation that will bear the brunt of the melting ice caps, drying farmlands, wildfires, and more severe storms. And it turns out they're kind of mad about that.</p>\n<p>Although various agents in the petroleum industry and the government, and even a previous judge motioned for the kids' case to be thrown out, Judge Ann Aiken from Eugene, Oregon gave the kids the right to sue.</p>\n<p>This is just the beginning of what will likely be a long and arduous legal battle for these kids, but it's an important step in the right direction. The same tactic worked in the Netherlands last year, when a court ruled that the government \"has to ensure that the Dutch emissions in the year 2020 will be at least 25 percent lower than those in 1990.\" Here's hoping we can repeat that in America.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<em><strong>In Charity news</strong></em> This NFL Player Is Changing Children’s Lives Via Unique Educational Program.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Malcolm Jenkins, a football player for the NFL's Philidelphia Eagles raised more than $90,000 at the 3rd annual Blitz, Bow-Ties, and Bourbon fundraiser on October 24 at Union Trust in Philadelphia. Funds that was raised will support The Malcolm Jenkins Foundations’ youth programs and initiatives in the Philadelphia area including a week long summer camp for middle schoolers (grades 5-8) called by its acronym STEAM, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Athletics, and Mathematics. The proffesional athlete established his foundation to provide experiences to youth that they might not ordinarily have.</p>\n<p>In an interview Malcolm Jenkins said:</p>\n<p>“We were able to partner with Drexel University and their ExCITe center which are doing cool things in their laboratory. For the pilot program in July 2016, we were able to bring the children in to teach them about the world around them in ways they might not have been able to see on their own. We taught them about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Athletics and Mathematics. These subjects are usually taught separately. Drexel’s ExCITe center is teaching the kids how they can be applied together, mixed in certain ways. I want them to learn from the program that the only thing that limits us is our own creativity.”</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Program manager at the ExCITe center, &nbsp;Kara Lindstrom explained that STEAM, by incorporating digital technology and artistic approaches, allows students to explore familiar realms such as music, video games, and athletics in creative ways. Kara said:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;“The students built speakers out of household items, learned core computing concepts while creating video games, captured biometric data while playing football and basketball using wearable accelerometers, and even participated in a virtual reality activity with Malcolm Jenkins himself.”&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Jenkins was inspired to create STEAM after watching his younger brothers have difficulty learning in the classroom. He said, “My younger brother is not necessarily a kid who is going to learn by reading a textbook and performing on a performance test, but he’s one of the those people that is applicable. You can show him a skill, he can practice it, and that is how he learns. The same thing is with my youngest brother. He was very into technology, graphic arts, and video game at an early age. He learns totally different than I do. Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton to become the 45’Th president of the United States of America. Donald Trump, a real estate mogul and former reality star of the hit show The Apprentice, with no prior political experience beat out the former first lady and 67th secretary of state. Hillary Clinton made history becoming the first women presidential nominee.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Going into Election Day all projections pointed to a Hillary win by a land slide. Speculation on as to why Clinton loss varies from Snowdens WikiLeaks of her political E-mails, constant chatter from the F.B.I. maybe indicting Hillary Clinton and news reports about the mishandling of funds from the Clinton foundation. Months leading up to the election Hillary was reported multiple times being wobbly, fainting and sick. This may have caused concern over her health and if she was fit to serve such a stressful position.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Others say that Donald Trump won because he was not a politician. The people are sick of the current state of corrupt and pay to play way the political system has become.
