      "body": "<p>A lot of people who are exerting too much of their brain power usually exhaust not only their physical strength when engaging in various multi-tasking activities, they also tend to over extend their brains up to the point when it plainly needs some good old time for relaxation.  A lot of busy people who seem to cannot fathom the idea of relaxing and taking time off from work, as well as their worries, tend to actually start having nervous breakdowns, anxiety depression and all sorts of mental illnesses that can cause a person's sanity to go haywire.</p>\n<p>Fortunately, if you're one of those poor unfortunate ones who are unable to distress and is constantly worried and fussing over things, there are actually available cures and various treatments for treating anxiety depression. </p>\n<p>Anxiety depression is actually characterized by all sorts of irregularities and erratic behavior from the person who is suffering from it.  This is usually due to certain stress triggers that may tend to easily cause a person undue jitters and stress.   Also, a lot of people who tend to get easily nervous  over stressful activities are actually prone to having anxiety depression.  It's just a matter of being strong-willed when it comes to facing difficult and stress-prone activities.  It may be pretty hard to overcome at first, but trying to be calm and cool in times of extreme pressure is what'll actually save your mental health from going totally downward spiral.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSKbWWNtFPrzXp3X6vbG9XWsNFaJr1GnHWDHGBVkJeL3YI2m9_q\" /></p>\n<p>When it comes to effectively curing one's self from a mental illness, one must keep in mind that you have to be actually honest with yourself and assess what kind of depression or mental illness you actually have, go to reputable psychiatrist to get yourself diagnosed correctly as well as be able to get the right depression treatment for yourself. </p>\n<p>Here are the various types of depression:</p>\n<p>Manic or Bipolar depression - characterized by sudden and extreme changes in one's mood wherein one minute he or she is in an elevated state of euphoria while the next minute (day or week) he or she is feeling to be in a personal hell.</p>\n<p>Postpartum depression - characterized by a prolonged sadness and a feeling of emptiness by a new mother wherein physical stress during child birth, and uncertain sense of responsibility towards the new born baby can be just some of the possible factors why some new mother go through this.</p>\n<p>Dysthimia - characterized by a slight similarity with depression, although this time, it's been proven to be a lot less severe, but of course with any case, should be treated immediately.</p>\n<p>Cyclothemia - characterized by a slight similarity with Manic or Bipolar depression wherein the individual suffering from this mental illness may occasionally suffer from severe changes in one's moods.</p>\n<p>Seasonal Affective Disorder - characterized by falling in a rut only during specific seasons (i.e. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall) studies however, prove that more people actually fall into a rut more during the Winter and Fall seasons and lastly, </p>\n<p>Mood swings, wherein a person's mood may shift from happy to sad to angry in just a short time.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSJrIDVQkj88deNX429gfRbsSFvKrwe1cF4nBS3aY9x7U3ht5C9\" /></p>\n<p>But the type of depression that has actually been proven to be quite common among people is anxiety depression, which is actually characterized by the state of being overly anxious about things.  Anxiety, is a supposedly normal behavior that'll actually help a person adjust more to a certain stressful activity like first date jitters or a grueling exam the following day.  Anxiety actually helps you get psyched up towards facing certain &quot;difficult situations&quot;; anxiety therefore is actually a good thing.  Anxiety depression however, is simply the opposite, not to be easily dismissed as a &quot;case of the nerves&quot;; Anxiety depression is in actuality, an illness that can be caused from the biological makeup of an individual, or in other words, a hereditary illness.</p>\n<p>Also, there are actually various types of Anxiety depression, each having its own unique characteristics.  Take for example Generalized Anxiety Disorder or GAD.  This kind of Anxiety depression is a lot more complicated than the average Anxiety depression.  In spite of possibly being a day-to-day habit for those who suffer this kind of Anxiety depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder actually makes the individual quite more paranoid than usual.  Anxiety attacks are more frequent, even absurd at times. </p>\n<p>They can even be anxious even when there's no apparent reason that calls for them to behave in such a way. People suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder actually shows a lot of symptoms.  From lack of sleep, to being unable to relax, getting tired easily, cannot concentrate on what they're doing and even suffering from depression.  This kind of Anxiety depression is still curable; just a little work will actually do the trick.</p>\n<p>Consult a reputable cognitive behavior therapist who'll help give the individual the therapy that he or she needs to help him or her loosen up, also prescribed medicines are sort of a must to help these individuals battle anxiety attacks, help them calm down and relax.</p>\n<p>Look out for part 2 of this article soon where I will write about alternative remedy for depression in the form of essential oil blends.  Aromatherapy using essential oils has been known to be very effective in curing many physical diseases and ailments.  It is also a great way to do &quot;spirit/soul healing&quot;.</p>",

The thought of sharing profits with a \"company\" by just participating in its content creation/curation is just so...interesting. \n\nI believe Steemit will do well and evolve into something larger than facebook if it keeps on being simple, easy and user friendly.       "body": "<p>Yeah... but not those stinking ASSES hahaha..</p>\n<p>Hi Steemians.. my name is Sabri - from the land of Sun, Sand And Sea - the 3 S'es that everybody loves :-D</p>\n<p>I am from Malaysia, which recently has became quite famous - for all the wrong reasons... *sigh*  You might have read about the missing flight MH370, flight MH17 which was shot down in Ukraine and the most recent and hot - one of the biggest corruption/theft scandal involving the theft of at least USD4B from a wealth sovereign fund 1MDB.</p>\n<p>Like I said, famous for all the wrong reasons LOL.  Yes the flight incidences were no laughing matter but I believe you understand what I was laughing at :-)</p>\n<p>Now, more about me as the subject of this post.  I came from a very remote place called Batu Kurau in one of the northern states in Peninsular(west) Malaysia named Perak.  Residence of Batu Kurau consists mainly of farmers.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQqKSPJOBnVcb9aZ7SQM0dUyicz36seLyt5hXM7XflCQfGyD0NAOg\" />Rustic little town of Batu Kurau</p>\n<p>Batu Kurau sits at the foot of mountain ranges which is still roamed by tigers, tapirs, deers, a few types of primates, wild boars and many others.  In the days of my great grandfather, the villages were sometimes being &quot;visited&quot; by elephants.  They were, by nature, gentle and shy but their size and appetite could proved to be too much too handle.  Quit often they would scratch their bodies against the farmers houses after feasting on banana trees and other vegetations.  Imagine the horror :-)  Elephants are no longer around.  At least, no longer seen by farmers who hunt dears and rattan harvesters(for lack of a better word).  I believe they have moved further into the virgin forest.  Malaysia has the oldest rain forests in the world, mind you.  Older than the amazon's. <img src=\"//www.waterfallsofmalaysia.com/images/131airhitam/tn/TNP9030049copy.jpg\" /></p>\n<p>As time pasts, population grew bigger and hence the need for more farm lands.  The highlands are very fertile. From this hills, flow gorgeous streams and waterfalls.  Farmers would grow bananas and durians on the lower parts of the hills.  Durians from Batu Kurau are regarded as the best in the country.  To some, it tasted like rotten onions.  To it's lovers, durian is very creamy, like a very rich custard, sweat and almost sinful heheh... in Malaysia, Durian is regarded as the King Of Fruits.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRjJrGZd26hW7q9dsUqh_HfzotGk0zKptsgsefEtYh5Gysa_40\" />Currently in season.  Average of about 1.2KG/fruit.  USD1/KG</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTLj1BTCj1kpgakXS8HfTB-wLryHmF0UET46HJImcn8rgjtQXgo_g\" />What a good fruit looks like on the inside.  Hmmm YUMMY!!!</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>Now, it has not always been a village &quot;boy&quot;for me.  I grew up in Ipoh, about 100 KM from Batu Kurau.  Only after my father's retirement from the Police force, that we moved back to his home town.</p>\n<p>I have had my fair share of city life having lived in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Melbourne and Newcastle.  Back in the days when I was a student, then as employees of a few international banks, insurance companies and trading firms.</p>\n<p>Trained in banking and insurance but was never interested in paperworks :-)  I found my passion in beautiful things which made me left everything and jumped straight into retail starting with Hugo Boss - as a junior sales staff.  From there, I moved on to higher end products in audio visual products, watches and jewellery.  My education did help me to move up very fast in the hierarchy but I really jumped into the trade blindfolded, so to speak.  How high end?  One of the watch brands that I dealt with has a men's watch costing about USD1M - back in year 2000.  And we sold it!  Sweet... :-))</p>\n<p>High end retail took me places.  It came to a point that I was traveling every fortnightly and the thought of going to the airport was so &quot;troubling&quot;.  Going through the whole process was no longer fun.  I was attached to a Swiss company based in Singapore overlooking the regional retail business of a high end French Jewellery brand.</p>\n<p>I like Singapore but was so stressful living in a city state that is so tiny.  I didn't know what to do on my weekends.  I missed my leisurely drive around Kuala Lumpur.  Kuala Lumpur is quite a big city but is surrounded with waterfalls, cool highlands and the sea - all can be reached within an hour's drive.</p>\n<p>So I packed my bags(well, one whole four wheeler actually) quit my last job Singapore in 2004, and moved back to Malaysia.  have not been employed ever since.  I chose to work from home doing whatever I can.  I trade forex online, I do internet marketing, I do commodity trading, I do business consultancy, I brew my own Vape ejuice and sell them to friends, I blend my own essential oil based therapeutic body and facial oils (plan to sell them too) and in between all these, I cook for friends and families as a hobby.</p>\n<p>Perhaps, I should write about these various topics.  We'll see :-)</p>\n<p>So there you go guys.  A bit about me and I am glad to become part of this new family.</p>\n<p>Cheers,</p>\n<p><img src=\"//4.bp.blogspot.com/_dZ7UUBmpYJ4/TFWWzanXt7I/AAAAAAAAABU/IUl2LqADDXc/S150/Moi.jpg\" /> Sabri</p>\n<p><br /></p>\n<p>p/s - I'll write about the 3 S'es soon :-)</p>",
