| body | Thank you for providing such exciting information. It has been beneficial to my outlook. You are right about the visibility problem. But a lawyer does all the work. Even if they work individually or in a law firm. Human interaction matters in any case. We play on emotion. To be a good lawyer, you need to know the law better, but you need to know psychology even better. This is my subjective opinion on this matter. The main thing is that lawyers do not protect the guilty. At https://federal-lawyer.com/healthcare-defense/malpractice-defense/, I went to a lawyer, and he helped me, for which I am grateful. Have you heard anything about this site? |

contractiskingpublished a new post: how-to-learn-a-new-language-easily
2018/07/08 01:15:48
| author | contractisking |
| body | When central bankers start to play around with your nation's currency – QE this and QE that – often life becomes a game of sink-or-swim for entrepreneurs and business people. You desperately want to avoid drowning and need to expand your customer base. To do so, you're going to need to learn a new language quickly so that you can start making money as soon as possible. The problem is that speaking well enough to sell your product or close a business deal means you need to at least be an intermediate level speaker in your new language. But learning a new language can be extremely difficult for those of us whose brains are so used to our native language that we even dream in our native language. Luckily, within every problem you can find the answer hiding in plain sight. You can actually learn a new language and become good enough to talk and understand 70-80% of it in a few months IF you can practice one simple habit. All of us have the potential to learn as many languages as we need to expand our business and keep the cash coming in. You know this because we've all learned at least one language already. The key to unlocking the gateway to learning a new language is to think in mental movie scenes. This is the problem most people have when they try to learn a new language: They get turned off by the way most schools and language programs teach, which is a translation-based method. The brain of the typical person will always struggle to translate concept words/phrases, especially when you have already been describing concepts one way for most of your life. However, like a leopard in a tree camouflaged by leaves and branches, you can probably already see the answer starting to wonder if it has been spotted as we look more closely at this problem. The first thing you need to do is get out of the habit of describing concepts in words within your mind. Rather than thinking of the concept in a mental conversation, you need to abandon the use of words in your thoughts as often as possible and replace words with animations. The more complex the concept, the more moving pictures you use in your mind. Think about this... what is the smell of ocean water? Did you rely on words? You probably had a short conversation in your mind made up of descriptive words like "gamey," "salty," "fresh," or something like that. You may see the letters or you may "hear" the words in your mind. Now try this... Multiply two numbers in your head. Did you have another mental conversation in your native language? But what if you were to start making a conscious effort to organize images of these concepts you just thought about? Your brain will gradually return to the neutral position – the potential to imagine. And from there, you can associate any sound in any language to the images you imagine simply because any image, by its very nature, can already speak a thousand words... in any language. For example, trees exist all over the globe and are a concept known to people of all cultures. The image of a tree, therefore, is universally understood by nearly all people on earth even if they may have never seen that type of tree before. But the word "tree" spoken to a person who doesn't speak English instantly results in confusion as to what a "tree" is. Show them a picture of a tree and the confusion is just as instantly cleared up. The five-month shortcut to learning a new language up to the intermediate level is to avoid translating. Put your brain in neutral before you shift into drive and you will not stall out. The only way to accelerate your language learning is to go back to childlike imagination where you are free to associate images with words, rather than developing the bad habit of replacing images with words as most adults tend to do. Within months of practicing this new habit, we were able to envision concepts associated with the sounds of the language in order to communicate with the native speakers of that language. It was very tedious at first because the habit was so deep. But little by little, our brains reclaimed our youth and brought us closer to the place we all were in when we first learned to speak our first language. It all starts with making yourself aware of when you are thinking in words, in which I am right now as I write this post. From there, your next step is to make an effort to imagine the movie scene that best acts out the concept. I envision the word "home" not as letters but a mental picture of my house with sun reflecting off the front window. I envision the phrase "We have an important meeting with a potential client" as five individuals sitting at a table with smiles on their faces. Finally, to put it all together, sound out the word or phrase associated with the imagery, much like Chick Hearn gave his play-by-play in basketball games. Outwardly, you're talking what you imagine while inwardly allowing your imagination to do the mental drawing. "body": "When central bankers start to play around with your nation's currency – QE this and QE that – often life becomes a game of sink-or-swim for entrepreneurs and business people. You desperately want to avoid drowning and need to expand your customer base. To do so, you're going to need to learn a new language quickly so that you can start making money as soon as possible.\n\n\n\nThe problem is that speaking well enough to sell your product or close a business deal means you need to at least be an intermediate level speaker in your new language. But learning a new language can be extremely difficult for those of us whose brains are so used to our native language that we even dream in our native language. Luckily, within every problem you can find the answer hiding in plain sight.\n\nYou can actually learn a new language and become good enough to talk and understand 70-80% of it in a few months IF you can practice one simple habit. All of us have the potential to learn as many languages as we need to expand our business and keep the cash coming in. You know this because we've all learned at least one language already.\n\nThe key to unlocking the gateway to learning a new language is to think in mental movie scenes.\n\nThis is the problem most people have when they try to learn a new language: They get turned off by the way most schools and language programs teach, which is a translation-based method. The brain of the typical person will always struggle to translate concept words/phrases, especially when you have already been describing concepts one way for most of your life.\n\nHowever, like a leopard in a tree camouflaged by leaves and branches, you can probably already see the answer starting to wonder if it has been spotted as we look more closely at this problem.\n\nThe first thing you need to do is get out of the habit of describing concepts in words within your mind. Rather than thinking of the concept in a mental conversation, you need to abandon the use of words in your thoughts as often as possible and replace words with animations. The more complex the concept, the more moving pictures you use in your mind.\n\nThink about this... what is the smell of ocean water? Did you rely on words? You probably had a short conversation in your mind made up of descriptive words like "gamey," "salty," "fresh," or something like that. You may see the letters or you may "hear" the words in your mind.\n\nNow try this... Multiply two numbers in your head. Did you have another mental conversation in your native language? But what if you were to start making a conscious effort to organize images of these concepts you just thought about? Your brain will gradually return to the neutral position – the potential to imagine.\n\nAnd from there, you can associate any sound in any language to the images you imagine simply because any image, by its very nature, can already speak a thousand words... in any language.\n\nFor example, trees exist all over the globe and are a concept known to people of all cultures. The image of a tree, therefore, is universally understood by nearly all people on earth even if they may have never seen that type of tree before. But the word "tree" spoken to a person who doesn't speak English instantly results in confusion as to what a "tree" is. Show them a picture of a tree and the confusion is just as instantly cleared up.\n\nThe five-month shortcut to learning a new language up to the intermediate level is to avoid translating. Put your brain in neutral before you shift into drive and you will not stall out. The only way to accelerate your language learning is to go back to childlike imagination where you are free to associate images with words, rather than developing the bad habit of replacing images with words as most adults tend to do.\n\nWithin months of practicing this new habit, we were able to envision concepts associated with the sounds of the language in order to communicate with the native speakers of that language. It was very tedious at first because the habit was so deep. But little by little, our brains reclaimed our youth and brought us closer to the place we all were in when we first learned to speak our first language.\n\nIt all starts with making yourself aware of when you are thinking in words, in which I am right now as I write this post. From there, your next step is to make an effort to imagine the movie scene that best acts out the concept. I envision the word "home" not as letters but a mental picture of my house with sun reflecting off the front window. I envision the phrase "We have an important meeting with a potential client" as five individuals sitting at a table with smiles on their faces.\n\nFinally, to put it all together, sound out the word or phrase associated with the imagery, much like Chick Hearn gave his play-by-play in basketball games. Outwardly, you're talking what you imagine while inwardly allowing your imagination to do the mental drawing. You will quickly discover your talent for learning a new language, and you will be rewarded with more business relationships that will keep you afloat in this sea of economic uncertainty.\n\nFree Resources\n\nFree language tools used by the Red Cross, Foreign Services Institute, Peace Corps, and the Defense Language Institute and others:\n\n
\n\t
Live Lingua
\n\t
Conversation Exchange
\n\t
Tandem
\n
\n\nPaid Resources\n\nThe most effective language tools used by millions worldwide:\n\n
\n\t
Babbel
\n\t
Pimsleur Unlimited
\n
",

| body | Chances are, if you have ever been to a major financial center, you have already been "recognized" by artificial intelligence that matched your face with government records. But there remains one final frontier that AI has not conquered. I'm talking about the ancient art of face reading. It begins with the question: What does your face say about you? As smart as a device may be, no AI can tell you more than what the government's records say about a person. Other sentient beings, on the other hand, have a unique ability to use intuition to discover the essence of a man, woman or child. When you know the meaning of certain things like cheek bone shape, nose and nostril size, hair and eye color, hair texture, ear size and shape, mouth size and shape, lip fullness or thinness, teeth alignment, hairline pattern, and bushy as opposed to thin eyebrows, you can use your intuition to figure out that individual's personality. What you will see is all people share certain personality traits, especially within ethnic groups, but the features that stand out are an expression of someone's dominant personality traits. Those dominant traits are the archetypes that will guide you to the core of someone's personality. From there, it is up to you to study the person more carefully and look at their life. Interestingly enough, prominent features can also be a record of major events that occurred in a person's life growing up. Things that happen to a child that are significant can affect the growth pattern of their facial features. For example, an uneven hairline is often a sign of a person who experienced a lot of instability or violence in the home when they were between 1-6 years old. Knowing something like that will give you insight into how to approach them person or at least an understanding of how they may approach you in a business contract. Your foresight is now much closer to 20/20 vision than most people could imagine, and you have the benefit of predicting outcomes and behavior with fairly high accuracy. This skill will serve you very well if you are in a leadership position or one in which you work with people. One particular book will help you gain the skill of face reading for yourself and even stop others from using your own face against you. The book is called Amazing Face Reading by Mac Fuller. Fuller was a successful lawyer who won cases by picking juries that would favor his client's case. Over a period of several decades, he studies ancient face reading and developed a set of illustrations that show the meaning of certain prominent facial features. Since then he has gone on to teach seminars to some of the largest corporations in the world. Fuller has been featured on major television shows and has videos on the Internet where he demonstrates the accuracy of this art. As you complete the Contract Is King course, it's a good idea to get Fuller's book. There are other books out there that are good, but Fuller's book is probably the best. It is a quick read full of references that will help you develop this skill. Not only are you learning what a lawyer knows about the law, but you can now do things like instantly predict the behavior of a potential business partner. You can easily know how to break the ice with or impress someone important, like a political ally or potential spouse. Or you can do what Mac Fuller did and get inside the mind of witnesses and jurors. One of the beautiful things about the world in which we live is every action has an equal and opposite reaction. AI can never have your intuition. Unlike us, AI can never truly understand the essence of the millions of people whose faces it sees. With skills like face reading, the world is still ours. |

| body | Debt cancellation is a game of chess. When you're the one being hunted by a debt collector it can be torture to avoid all the tricks and traps they set for you. Most debtors are easily checkmated. But if you can detach from the moment and look at your case from another perspective, you will see that you actually have a silver bullet chambered and ready to put an end to the madness. It starts with knowing your opponent's weakness. Debt collection is a risky business. The money is made when the collector can persuade you to pay at least 50% of the total debt amount because typically a debt collector buys the debt from the creditor for much less than the total debt. Aside from the obvious resistance they can expect from someone who really doesn't want to pay, debt collectors run the ominous risk of buying an account of someone who really doesn't have to pay. Every now and then a collector runs into the proverbial rabbit with a gun. This is a debtor smart enough to invoke the Best Evidence Rule to force a debt cancellation. According to Cornell Law School's Legal Information Institute website, the rule "applies when a party wants to admit as evidence the contents of a document at trial, but that the original document is not available." The rule is laid out at Federal Rules of Evidence 1002 (Requirement of Original). It states that "[a]n original writing, recording, or photograph is required in order to prove its content unless these rules or a federal statute provides otherwise." So, while checkmating debtors involves backing them into a corner and persuading them to pay up or else; checkmating your debt collector involves requiring them to prove you legally owe the money in the first place. Even though your situation may not have become an actual lawsuit, often times just mentioning the rule will force a debt collector to question whether they could win a case against you. They must have the original documents unless a debtor is willing to admit they owe the debt. Most debtors will stipulate they owe the debt because they have been checkmated psychologically already. They are ignorant of their right to ask if they even have to pay at all or if a robber's gun to your head is proof that you owe him all the money he's demanding from your wallet. In the end, a house of cards falls with only a gust of wind. Here's a list of original documents that debt collectors are supposed to have in their possession but often they do not have them:

Wet-ink, signed documentation that supports their claim per UCC § 3-401(a)(1)

All account and general ledger statements or accounting reports related to compliance with Financial Accounting Standards 95 and 140 as to the disputed account

All tax forms issued and filed with respect to the account (including 1099C and 1099OID)

Validation of the debt collector’s right to collect the disputed debt in the form of certified copies of the original agreements governing the assignment, novation, or transfer of rights

Proof the debt collector is the current owner, assignee, holder, or holder in due course of the account

Certified copies of all relevant signed commercial instruments and/or contracts, and evidence of any exchange of a benefit or detriment, and/or the series of external acts giving the objective semblance of a valid contract

If they claim to be the assignee debt collector for a particular creditor, proof of a valid business license and bond to engage in debt collection activity in your state

Certification that the terms of § 326 of the U.S.A. Patriot Act have been complied with with respect to the verification of your identity of me as the card holder related to the account

Photocopies or printouts of billing statements or standard cardholder agreements do not satisfy the Best Evidence Rule (FRE 1002) which states that "[a]n original writing … is required in order to prove its content". If they cannot provide this evidence, there is automatically a debt cancellation. Therefore, the key to victory is knowing what documents to demand. You, the hunted, can become the hunter, and the hunt is no fun when the rabbit has the gun. Checkmate. | body | Why can't people see that oversimplification is a natural response to overstimulation?? For people who have read the books by Dr. John Coleman (Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and Committee of 300), the problem AND solution are so obvious that they might as well be on a bilboard in Times Square. Life is not more complex... individuals in key positions of political and economic power are doing what they've always done: engineering society. Today, they have the benefit of technology to accomplish what they've accomplished in times past, which is basically a public society (as opposed to a secret one) that is more preoccupied with petty problems than the systemic causes of those problems. Read the books!! You won't regret it! |

It is quite unfortunate but the common people of Zimbabwe are too slow and undercapitalized to take advantage of the recovery. They'll continue to be wage-slaves, but now to digital currency rather than the fiat toilet paper currency they are used to. |

| body | It's a tough one to call.. I don't know. I think Bitcoin Cash is awful, very valuable - but I'm not a fan. It's a cheater. It not only stole its name from Bitcoin, it has damaged the integrity of the space like maneco64 talked about and has a lot of new users confused or worse, BROKE. FOMO is real. That rise in Bitcoin Cash surely lost many newcomers a lot of money. Roger Ver is a bit.... arrogant, and whiny.. hot, but kind of a dick.. He's been around for sure. Made a ton of money yes, and has definitely helped the space.. Bitcoin has proven itself to NOT be the go to peer-to-peer cash. Litecoin filled that role, dash too and many others. And the Developers of Bitcoin Cash could have started their own project.. but forked like pussies. They cheated. It's really easy to make a million or many in this space these days. Bitcoin Cash being a major example of that. But maybe Satoshi new we'd run into this issue and other currencies would be developed like we've seen. People say that Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin are totally different! AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT... But I say, if you're going to create a completely different coin, start your own. Bitcoin Cash has stolen massive mining power from Bitcoin hurting the system. Maybe Bitcoin was designed only to be a wealth of storage, or on the contrary simply the catalyst for what has taken place the last couple years. I'm young and I believe crypto is here to stay. I can be a little more risky with my investing but him, more than likely not. My expenses and aspirations are probably much different than this man 3x my age, but his viewpoint is very important and I think the young kids should be heard too. Bitcoin was developed by Satoshi as is. I think this group of developers should have stepped away and created their own unique coin rather than forking. I'm very excited for the future of Litecoin and Ethereum. After, it is us . who choose what currency we use. When Bitcoin transactions got expensive I moved to Litecoin. And if that happens with Litecoin I'll move to something else... but I don't support forks.. If it's not built right the first time, it was built wrong. Bitcoin may have only been built solely for the potential existence of Litecoin.. or even Bitcoin Cash. I suppose the war begins! |

(Crypto Investor - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTKyJALgd09WxZBuWVbZzXQ) seems to think BTC is a bubble/pump-and-dump similar to the tulip bubble of time past https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulip_mania.). | body | Very interesting article. I challenge you to reconcile the crux of your article with the reality that Social Insurance (referred to as "Social Security" in the United States) is in its very essence a government-operated ponzi scheme given that legislators have frequently spent funds originally designated for social insurance on other government projects, namely the War on Terror (http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/aug/03/facebook-posts/did-george-w-bush-borrow-social-security-fund-war-/). Given the often cited reasons for why social insurance is supposedly not just a ponzi scheme (https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/ezra-klein/post/is-social-security-a-ponzi-scheme/2011/08/25/gIQA2t0dcL_blog.html), what should be done about the fact that the manner in which it is administered today has rendered it exactly a ponzi scheme? Should future legislation that seeks to protect against the fraud potential continue to ignore this glaring reality? It's sad that most lawyers seem too incompetent to recognize the unequivocally fraudulent nature of social insurance as it is used by politicians today (at least in the United States) because of the "good" it does for elderly citizens. Perhaps social insurance "taxes" should also be acknowledged as smart ponzi schemes in the future when those "tax payments" are accepted in the form of crytocurrency in the not-too-distant future in order to fund wars and foreign policy initiatives. Your thoughts? |
