Te encuentras consiente de lo que piensas y eres, pero hay una fuerza que no te deja moverte. ¿Alguna vez te ha ocurrido? ¿Sabes la razón?\n\n**Lo que jamás te imaginaste sobre la parálisis del sueño**\n\nLa parálisis del sueño es un fenómeno que posee muchas teorías, algunos afirman que se debe a distintos actos que vienen del mas allá, mientras que científicos lo asocian con alguna condición del organismo. Por su parte, los creyentes asocian este fenómeno con una herramienta comunicativa, y lo cierto es que de todas las teorías, no hay una en concreto. No obstante, te presentaremos datos importantes. \n\n**1. Sentir que despiertas sin vida**\n\nUna de las sensaciones más perturbadora que deja la parálisis del sueño es sentir que despiertas mientras estas muerto. De hecho, muchas personas que no han experimentado, revelan que es un sentir de descenso, que cuando despiertan solo lo hace su mente, porque su cuerpo se encuentra inmóvil.\n\n**2. Responde a una condición, más allá de las pesadillas**\n\nAl momento en que logras conseguir un sueño profundo, tu cerebro manda la señal a los músculos del cuerpo para que estos puedan descansar plácidamente, entrando así a un estado de parálisis. Esta lleva por nombre atonía. Ahora bien, la atonía es la encargada de cuidar tu cuerpo mientras estás dormido, ya que evita que desarrolles un movimiento brusco mientras te encuentras en reposo. \n\nExisten casos donde la atonía no se origina de manera adecuada, como sonambulismo u otro trastorno, es por ese motivo que los soñadores pueden realizar cosas inesperadas mientras duermen sin ser conscientes. En la parálisis del sueño ocurre lo mismo, cabe destacar que el efecto puede ser de 20 segundos a casi un minuto, sin embargo, quienes lo experimentan sienten que es mucho tiempo.\n\n**3. Esto es lo que ocurre cuando duermes o despiertas**\n\nEl fenómeno de la parálisis del sueño se genera en dos transiciones del ciclo común que debe cumplir el sueño. En el estado de transición, cuando la mente se activa y el cuerpo se paraliza, muchas personas que han pasado por esto revelan que siente una presencia negativa y escalofriante. y es allí cuando (algunos) ven a personas desconocidas, o figuras malignas. \n\nDebes tener presente que la parálisis del sueño siempre causará una sensación aterradora, puesto que desencadena una reacción de pánico que hace aumentar la frecuencia cardíaca. Es difícil despertar**\n\nQuienes han experimentado la parálisis del sueño manifiestan que tienen movimientos en los pies, las manos o los dedos, o incluso las expresiones faciales, lo que posibilita el despertar de la mente, más no del tronco del cuerpo segundos después de despertar. Es por eso que se torna complicado entrar en movimiento luego de abrir los ojos.\n\n**6. ¿Es un fenómeno natural?**\n\nMuchas personas se preguntan si la parálisis del sueño es algo natural,  y la realidad es que si, esto puede ocurrir a cualquier persona. Siempre que vayas a dormir, existen probabilidades de que despiertes inmovilizado. Aunque, la dureza y el nivel de consciencia es cambiante. Por lo menos una vez en la vida cada persona sufre de este este fenómeno.\n\n**7. El mal descanso es un factor determinante** \n\nSegún estudios de especialistas, cuando la persona tiene pocas horas de sueño y estrés acumulado, es cuando más posibilidades existen de atravesar una parálisis de sueño, así como también otros trastornos del sueño. \n\nEs por eso que, aunque parezca sencillo dormir, en ocasiones se puede convertir en una de las experiencias más escalofriantes que pueda existir. I made 300 items in just one month, of which none was paid.\n\nThis character communicated with me and with my work group, offering a payment for an amount of 2 USD per article, YES! We call that \"competitive\" because of the crisis.\n\nAfter the month, we began to tell ourselves that we should wait next month, since nothing has happened yet.\n\nDue to the uncertainty that this action had caused me, I began to investigate and we were more than fifty people scammed.\n\nAfter this, I started catastrophic events, I think that's why I never went to Steem...\n\nI got depressed, I fell into a depression that would not let me do anything. My economic and emotional crisis increased, at the same time that I got sick and thought I had endometrial cancer, something that detonated my depression even more, but the biopsy showed that I only had endometriosis without atypia.\n\nBut that is already past, I was in treatment and I have recovered from everything.\n\nInvestigate if my documents have been published, and the good news is that they have NOT been published.\n\nI'll upload all the articles I have to prevent this scammer from getting away with it. I hope that no one else falls into their scams, I count it with this purpose.",
