      "body": "Hey steemers just came across some pictures from my recent visit to Khao Yai Thailand, and i thought id share them and make all those cat lovers happy out there :-) \n\nThe location where these pictures where taken is Palio Village in Khao Yai. This is a must visit destination on your next visit to Thailand.       "body": "Hey guys so to begin this article, not so long ago while browsing casually through YouTube looking through programming tutorials and the likes i came across an interesting GUI framework for C# called Bunifu. This framework can be installed into Visual Studio and used with your projects, what it does is that it adds crucial UI components to the existing components list and allows you to create beautiful eye catching user interfaces. \n\nThis software will give you an edge as a software developer as it makes designing quite simple, as we can see in the tutorial below (some randoms YouTube channel), we can see just how simple this tool is to use.       "body": "Hey guys after some time of monitoring the bitcoin trends, i think its a great time to buy Bitcoins as the price has dropped drastically from the original price. Just today alone i saw the bitcoin drop by a few hundred dollars and then slowly rise.  As we have seen in the past Bitcoin has exceeded our expectations reaching a whooping  $3000 and this was not so long ago. Today right now Bitcoin is selling at just $2062, however as iv observed for the past few hours it has been rising slowly backup. \n\nAs we can clearly see from the two prices stated above there's a large margin of $1000, i believe that Bitcoin shall rise up again from this massive drop in price and next time who's to say the amount may exceed $3000 which would earn you some good profit  if you decide to invest now. Now although there is a possibility that you could make a great profit if buying up Bitcoin right now there's always a gamble that you as a trader should always be aware of, for example the market could take for an unexpected turn and the price could drop much lower. Whats my answer to this ? DO NOT TRADE THINKING OF SHORT TERM PROFIT, THINK OF THE LONG TERM. Sometimes markets take some time to get back up however this time could prove to be valuable, i always think ahead before making my trades, i always think ahead of 6 months and more before i decide to cash in. As a result most of my trades return successful profits, not all however most of them especially in the field of bitcoin. If one wants to understand Bitcoin in more depth and its pattern trends you should be a person who remains curious and always asks question to why we see the price rising, reading newspaper articles on current affairs and finance magazines are a great start to becoming a successful trader.\n\nReasons to buy now\n\n- The bitcoin price has hit a sudden drop and is now trading at $2062, which is relatively cheap in comparison to the price of $3000 which it was trading at a few weeks back.\n- Bitcoin creation rate is becoming lower due to the number of bitcoins being mined everyday, this factor alone will increase the demand for Bitcoins latter on in the future.\n- Due to the shortage of hard cash Bitcoin is increasingly becoming a main stream method of payment for the majority of people and therefore the demand is increasing and shall continue increasing until and unless cash crises is sorted out around the world.\n- The number of websites accepting bitcoin as a means of payment is drastically increasing as its easy to setup a bitcoin API than it is to setup a bank payment API therefore with more exposure bitcoin is becoming a precious commodity in the future prices will definitely rise.\n- I am very sure that there is going to be a sudden increase in the price of Bitcoins like we saw a few weeks back, the reason being from the past trends in Bitcoin we can see how after a sudden drop an influx in price soon appears with a much higher than expected value, i mean who would'v thought Bitcoin could make it to $3000 in a matter of days.\n- In countries where cash is  a problem due to poor economy governments are looking into adopting this cryptocurrency as a means of its own national currency in order to do away with cash shortages, in countries such as Zimbabwe where cash is hard to get your hands on, IT committees are looking at adopting such currencies if this is adopted Bitcoin price will indeed shoot up as the country would require a lot of bitcoins to put into circulation.\n\nThings you should always be aware of\n\n1) Bitcoin trading can be a gamble so although i myself are predicting for an increase there could be an even lower downfall in the price of Bitcoin so make sure to always do research and keep up with current affairs as this may influence sudden price changes.\n2) Trading Bitcoins will not guarantee a profit over night look at long term investments rather than looking to make short term trades, the wait can be worth while.\n\nMy advice\nBUY BUY BUY ! the gamble could be worth while only time can tell.\n\nMake sure to comment, upvote and follow me if you like this post.       "body": "Hey there  steamers, thought id write up this post on what to expect when relocating to Thailand, things i wish i had known prior to landing here. Although the things i'm going to talk about may be controversial and people may have their own opinion these are some of the important things id recommend you understand before relocating to Thailand.\n\n  Beware of Taxi drivers and tuk-tuks trying to take advantage of you \n\nWhen i first entered Thailand there where many taxis waiting upon my arrival at the airport. However there was one thing that was common with almost all of them, they were waiting to crook new foreigners which entered the kingdom. Normally all taxi drivers have a meter on all vehicles which indicates the price you as the passenger should pay, never negotiate taxi fare with the drivers or else they'l switch of the meter and make you pay alot. I unfortunately negotiated the price before hand so they took advantage of me making me pay more than double what i was supposed to pay. However with tuk tuks there is no meter therefore one would have to negotiate the price, keep in mind prices on tuk tuks will be quite expensive and never let them take you around town to shops and so on as you will take forever to reach your destination and you'l be forced to buy fake products which the tuk tuk drivers get a commission from. \n\n![pexels-photo-467786.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmZ4fiPoHaMX3tYXDGYqwMRsFVaHze7Zc6ZjrqTWzfAXjm/pexels-photo-467786.jpeg)\n\n Never sign for a serviced apartment if you are staying long term\n\nWhen planning to stay for 6 months or more never sign a contract with a serviced apartment especially in Bangkok. Let me explain why, the cost of electricity and water will be extremely high if staying in a serviced apartment, since the building administration are responsible for paying the bills they can put what they like on your rent bill each month. In the past iv had ridiculous bills for electricity in particular, i was paying around $250 only on electricity which i thought was crazy. After a crazy 6 months in the serviced apartment i decided to move to a condo with government water and electricity bill, and since then i have never experienced high electricity or water bills. There make sure to find a condo with government electricity and water bill, ask before signing a contract. Now i barely pay $100 on electricity in comparison to the $250 i was paying before. Luckily with google maps once you pick your current and end location and put it into transit mode, you will be able to see which bus number to catch and where to drop off its pretty simple. It may take abit of time but its extremely cheap and can be worth the wait . If you not one for the spice you might want to cook your own food at home instead of ordering food from outside. You will see alot of food when entering Thailand on all streets and markets however as a foreigner be aware of what your stomach will agree with and what it wont. Some are so pretty you'd think that their a Barbie doll, however don't be fooled Thailand has some of the highest numbers of transgender girls who look so gorgeous you could easily mistaken them for a real woman. If your consistent you can cashout when your balance reaches minimum withdrawal amount  which will take around 2 weeks of clicking every day. Most of the people on this website are professionals in their field of work, for example mine is software engineering so companies ask me questions related to that and i get paid. This is a very easy way to get payed as the questions are multiple choice in most cases and they are very few, however keep in mind that your profile has to get approved before you can use it, this approval can take up-to 2 weeks as they try to verify that you are what you say you are. However once approved you will occasionally get offers to answer questions and get paid for it.
