      "body": "<html>\n<p>¿Cuantas veces has escuchado algún \"Coach motivacional\" decir que todo es posible?</p>\n<p>Pensar esto no es más que una manera más de desanimarnos, al darnos cuenta de que algunas cosas son efectivamente imposibles. O parecen imposibles a nuestro alcance, ya que tenemos aspiraciones enormes pero pocos recursos. Es muy fácil decir que todo es posible para un dinosaurio empresarial o alguien que ya llegó hasta donde llegó por medio de esfuerzo pero también de ventajas.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>No me malinterpreten, no estoy cuestionando las ventajas de otras personas, al contrario, soy el primero que piensa que la igualdad es algo que se tiene que dejar de profesar como algo \"bueno\", pero eso será tema para otra publicación, supongo.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Las motivaciones en la vida son importantes, son básicamente el motor de nuestra felicidad o por lo menos de nuestra evasión de la tristeza. Siempre hay propósitos, siempre hay cosas por cumplir, de no tener cosas por cumplir, entonces ya no podrías respirar.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>¿Cuál es el problema con las motivaciones muy ambiciosas? Que son difíciles, y por lo &nbsp;tanto no cualquiera las puede cumplir con un efímero esfuerzo.</p>\n<p>Sé que muchos dirán \"bueno, pero las cosas difíciles son las que valen la pena\". Efectivamente, las cosas difíciles son aquellas que son realmente duraderas. Como dice el viejo dicho \"Lo que fácil viene, fácil se va\". Lo cual es totalmente cierto.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Tenemos que dejar de temer a las palabras \"Largo plazo\" ya que el \"largo plazo\" siempre estará ahí, para bien o para mal. Si haces las cosas que debes hacer, a largo plazo te irá bien, imaginemos que quieres construir un edificio pero no te tomas el tiempo suficiente para construir la base de ese edificio. Llegas hasta el piso 15 de ese edificio y ¿Qué crees que va a suceder a largo plazo? Pues que tu edificio se va a caer, debido a no tener un soporte lo suficientemente elaborado como para mantenerlo en pie.</p>\n<p>Pero ¿Sabes algo? Puedes utilizar el \"corto plazo\" a tu favor. Con objetivos fáciles y realistas.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Imaginemos que eres una persona con unos kilos demás y quieres bajar 60 kilos. Esto se te hará muy largo, muy difícil, si quieres rebajar 60 kilos a corto plazo se te hará imposible, cuando te des cuenta de que es imposible, vas a rendirte y cuando te rindas te vas a sentir mal por no haber logrado lo que te propusiste. Pero hay una solución para eso.</p>\n<p>No rebajes 60 kilos. Rebaja uno solo. Podrás conseguir esa meta cada vez que te la propongas, una meta realista y posible. ¿Que sucederá cuando cumplas esa meta 60 veces? Habrás rebajado los 60 kilos que tanto esperabas bajar. Entonces, con metas a corto plazo, tendrás a largo plazo algo que no imaginabas.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Es bueno tener grandes visiones, si disparas a la luna tal vez no llegues a la luna, pero aunque sea llegaras a una estrella. Sin embargo, si vas de estrella en estrella, tal vez llegues a la luna. (Obviamente es una metáfora, siempre hay alguien que quiere hacer relucir su lado negativo y decir \"Llegar a la luna es imposible\").</p>\n<p>Una última cosa para terminar este post, es que lo que está en tu mente puede volverse algo que está en tus manos, todo está en tu intención, la intención es lo más importante del mundo. Mira a tu alrededor, todas las cosas que ves, estuvieron primero en la mente de alguien, luego pasaron a ser un bien tangible.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Eres capaz de hacer lo que realmente quieres hacer, sólo necesitas buscar la manera correcta y efectiva de hacerlo, no creas las cosas se dan sólo con pensarlas, la vida no es acerca de pensar y querer, la vida es acerca de ser y actuar.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>English translation.</em></p>\n<p>How many times have you heard some \"Motivational coach\" saying \"all is possible\" ?</p>\n<p>Thinking that all is possible is nothing but the best way to go down again, when you realize that some things are actually impossible. But that's a topic for another post I think.</p>\n<p>Motivations in our life are basicly the motor of our happiness, or at least they are what stops our sadness a little bit. If you didn't have goals waiting for you, you were already dead.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>But, what's the problem with big wishes? They are too difficult, and I know, difficult thing are what worth, but you won't achieve them if you have no a big effort, so most of the time you won't.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>First thing is, you have to stop being afraid to the words \"Long time\", because long time will be always there. Let's imagine that you will build a building, and you don't take time enough to build a strong base for that building, what's going to happen? Your building will go down, because you didn't take time enough to elaborate that base which supports the building. The same happens with everything.</p>\n<p>But hey, you still can achieve some good things in long time, thing is, you have to be realist, I mean, you have to be honest with yourself. If you draw a goal like for example, lose 60 pounds, it will be really difficult, so you won't do all necessary to lose 60 pounds, and when you give up, you'll feel bad with yourself. So why don't you draw a goal like, \"I'll lose 1 pound\". You can achieve that goal whenever you want. What if you draw that goal sixty times? You will feel really good with yourself because achieving a goal makes us feel great. It doesn't matter if it's a short goal.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You actually CAN do what is in your mind, take a look of things around you, all those things were first in someone's mind, now they are real. Because the intention is the most important thing, you can do everything, you only have to know how to do those things.
