      "body": "![IMG_20190124_150754.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRLMRtUYuAgDQbUchkxSMQkE3R2sGK3PwVrUPQnAbtsJw/IMG_20190124_150754.jpg)\nIdi Rayeuk Memasuki Hari Ke-3 pelaksanaan Simulasi  Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UAMBN-BK) Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 tingkat Madrasah Aliyah (MA), Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Timur Melalui Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah Mulkan Sidamanik S.Sos.I MA didampigi Proktor Kabupaten  Muchalid SH megunjugi MAN 1 Aceh Timur.Rabu (23/01).\nBerdasarkan pantauan, simulasi yang dilaksanakan diruang kelas itu berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya kendala, aliran listrik juga server dapat berfungsi dengan sempurna saat simulasi dilaksanakan.\nDalam kesempatan tersebut Mulkan meyampaikan kepada Humas Kemenag Aceh Timur Saat di jumpai dirungkerjanya Kegiatan simulasi ini memberikan peran penting dan manfaat bagi siswa  maupun guru, dengan simulasi siswa dapat mengasah keterampilan mengerjakan soal-soal ujian, dan melatih pola pikir siswa dalam menghadapi segala kemungkinan bentuk soal.\nSasaran utama dari simulasi ini adalah pematangan penguasaan mental dan teknik bagi siswa, karena situasi ujian sangat berpengaruh terhadap mental siswa, maka simulasi berfungsi sebagai ajang penggemblengan mental. dan diharapkan siswa tidak gugup dan tenang dalam menghadapi ujian berbasis komputer, sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan hasil nilai yang maksimal dan memuaskan.ujar mulkan\nLebih lanjud Mulkan menghimbau kepada seluruh peserta ujian agar teliti untuk membaca dan menjawab soal dan selalu diberikan kesehatan jasmani maupun rohani sehingga bisa mengikuti kegiatan simulasi ini sampai selesai.\nSimulasi UAMBN BK di MAN 1 Aceh Timur menurut Kepala Madrasah Drs Sofyan diikuti sebanyak 30 peserta yang dibagi kedalam tiga sesi, adapun mata pelajaran yang diujikan di hari ketiga adalah pelajaran SKI,Bertindak sebagai proktor dalam simulasi ini Adnansyah dan dibantu seorang teknisi keduanya ini dipersiapkan untuk mengawal jalannya simulasi ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional Berbasis Komputer, hingga pelaksanaan UAMBN BK tingkat Madrasah Aliyah mendatang.",

      "body": "Sehubungan dengan dimulainya Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, bersama ini kami sampaikan beberapa Kebijakan pengelolaandata GTK Madrasah SIMPATIKA sebagai berikut :\n1.      Akun Individu Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) di SIMPATIKA adalah tanggung jawab individu masing-masing GTK sesuai kewenangannya. Semua konsekuensi atas isisan dan yang diisikan secara online di SIMPATIKA sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab GTK;\n2. Setiap GTK Madrasah Wajib melaporkan keaktifannya disemester ini sekaligus emncetak kartu digital melalui SIMPATIKA;\n3. Guru dan Pengawas pada Madrasah bertanggung jawab secara individu dalam pengajuan Surat Keterangan Melaksanakan Tugas (SKMT) dan Surat Keterangan Beban Kerja (SKBK);\n4.  Kepala Madrasah bertanggung jawab dalam kelengkapan pengisian jadwal mengajar mingguna pada semester berjalan di SIMPATIKA untuk seluruh Guru Madrasah akif sesuai Kurikulum yang ditetapkan;\n5. Pengisian kehadiran dari Guru wajib dilaporkan secara online melalui SIMPATIKA oleh Kepala Madrasah sesuai jadwal dan kalender akademik yang telah ditetapkan;\n6. Surat Keputusan Analisa Kelayakan Tunjangan (SKAKPT) diterbtikan secara digital melalui SIMPATIKA mulai awal bulan Februari 2019\n7. Acara Tersebut berlangsung di Aula FKUB Kemenag setempat.\nPelaksanaan Rapat ini dipimpin langsung oleh Mulkan Sidamanik S.Sos.I MA  selaku Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah (Penmad) Kankemenag Aceh Timur dan dihadiri Proktor MTS dan MA yang pada tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 kemarin telah melaksanakan UNBK dan UAMBN-BK.\nSebelum pembentukan tim dilakukan, Mulkan menyampaikan arahannya hal-hal teknis terkait kesiapan pelaksanan UAMBN BK meliputi Standar POS UAMBN BK yang mencakup tentang Tata Tertib dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, tata tertib peserta, metode pengerjaan dan waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan persesi, sarana prasarana UANBN-BK meliputi komputer/lap, server dan client (peserta ujian) sehingga akan memperlancar peserta dalam melaksanakan ujian dan meminimalisir kendala teknis yang mungkin akan terjadi pada saat ujian berlangsung.\nMulkan  juga menyampaikan pentingnya kesiapan Proktor dalam pelaksanaan ujian UNBK/ UAMBN-BK sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan.\n Hasil Ujian tersebut mencerminkan hasil selama 3 tahun mendapatkan materi dan ilmu keagamaan, dan berkaitan dengan hasil atau nilai UAMBN ini Kementerian Agama melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam (DIRJEN PENDIS) telah menerbitkan edaran terkait dengan kegunaan dari nilai UAMN BK tersebut, diantaranya : Hasil UAMBN tersebut akan diterbitkan Sertifikat Hasil Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional SHUAMBN\nLebih Lanjut Mulkan  mengajak semua proktor agar bekerjasama Kepala madrasah, TU dan Panitia ujian di madrasah masing-masing dalam mensukseskan kegiatan ujian akhir madrasah ini, semoga pelaksanaan ujian ini dapat berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan dan hasil yang diperolehpun maximal.\nUsai mendengar arahan Kasi Penmad, acara dilanjutkan dengan rapat pembentukan Tim.
