Ellos dan su punto de vista con tal autoridad que se nos hace imposible dar nuestra opinión, entonces nos desesperamos y contestamos con violencia, lo que conlleva a un regaño mayor. Imaginen que, así como en el cuerpo hay un sistema óseo, muscular, nervioso y demás, también existe otro sistema llamado ***”Emocional”***. Observen bien: \n\nTodas las ideas se crean en el cerebro, y tarde o temprano deben salir para materializarse en actos o palabras. Vamos a suponer que la salida al exterior de cuanto se genera en la cabeza es por la cavidad bucal, si se trata de ***Ideas Simples***, que por su intrascendencia puede comunicarse a cualquiera que tengamos en frente, ***cruzarán este conducto rápido que une el cerebro y la boca***, pero si por el contrario se trata de ***Pensamientos Íntimos***, profundos o personales, ***bajarán por el otro canal hasta el corazón, donde se cargarán de emotividad*** antes de continuar su rumbo hacia afuera.\n\nEl problema comienza cuando no dejamos salir esas ideas cargadas de energía sentimental y al almacenarlas pierden su esencia afluente para adherirse a las paredes del sistema emocional, como el colesterol se adhiere a las del circulatorio, imagínense los tubos de una persona introvertida que nunca manifiesta sus sentimientos. Deben estar llenos de costras y pústulas endurecidas que obstruyen la salida de modo crítico.\n\nTodos tenemos emociones atoradas y adheridas en los tejidos más sensibles de nuestra naturaleza. Por eso sacarlas cuesta tanto. Duele mucho arrancar de las entrañas inquietudes que se han añejado y confundido con otras que tampoco salieron a su tiempo. Intenta exteriorizarlas y lloraras sin ninguna razón; reconoces tu malestar, pero no alcanzas a vislumbrar sus causas. Las emociones deben fluir, o tarde o temprano te harán explotar como un tanque de gas. Así que aprende esto bien: limpia tu corazón, aunque te duela; exterioriza tu intimidad hablando o escribiendo. Desahógate con tu pareja, si es que la tienes, o con un amigo, o en un grupo de autoayuda, o en tu familia. No temas abrirte a ellos. Hay infinitamente más posibilidades de que, al desahogarte con alguien, ese alguien, lejos de burlarse, te respete y a ame mucho más. Pero aunque por mala fortuna confiases en quien no aprecie tu valor, de todos modos habrás ganado al limpiar y sanear tu sistema emocional. Debes comenzar a sacar a flote tus sentimientos hoy mismo. Al elegir a las personas con quienes lo harás, piensan en tus padres. Enfrenta el reto de mejorar tus relaciones con ellos entregándoles lo más valioso de ti, sin medir lo que te darán a cambio. Háblales con el corazón, aunque eso te aflija, y verás que cada vez duele menos. Si los notas torpes para corresponderte, considera que ellos también tienen infinidad de emociones atoradas impidiéndoles comentarte con soltura sus sentimientos. Debes tomar la iniciativa para, a la vez, ayudarles, porque tus padres también necesitan ayuda. Si en tu juventud has de limpiar los conductos afectivos, procura hacerlo con ellos. Háblales. No importa que te deshagas en llanto. Enfrenta el dolor del lavado de tu alma, llora, échate en sus brazos y bésalos con todo el amor de tu ser. Expulsa el rencor acumulado, porque es al espíritu como veneno al cuerpo. Si sus padres no están de acuerdo en consentirles un capricho o ser permisivos con ellos en algunas cosas que se saben están mal, los hijos tomarán una actitud aún más rebelde (pues no todo se puede consentir), llegando a usar palabras hirientes contra sus padres. Por eso, padres, sean permisivos con sus hijos hasta cierto punto, mantengas controles y establezcan reglas que sus hijos obedezcan desde un principio, tengan una relación de confianza con ellos, conviértanse en sus mejores amigos, sin penas, sin miedos, cuéntense las cosas y verán como sus relaciones serán casi perfectas.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center> 3) Sienten tristeza, rencor y amargura: </center>\nEs normal que los jóvenes al llegar a la adolescencia se enojen fácilmente por todo, estén de mal humor constantemente… Denle su espacio, pero no os descuiden, pregúntenles ¿Qué pasa? Pero no los atosiguen con preguntas… ayúdenlos a llevar esos momentos de mal humor, salgan con ellos a dar un paseo y/o a comer un helado, de esta forma les ayudarán a llevar la amargura, ya que si no se atienda a tiempo esta se puede convertir en un gran problema a futuro.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center>4) Los jóvenes se alejan de sus padres, les habla poco:</center>\nLos hijos llegan a ver a sus padres como sus enemigos, esto conlleva a que se alejen y se cierren ante ellos, haciendo que hablen poco… Padres hagan lo posible por que sus hijos no los vean como sus enemigos, cuando necesiten reprenderlos no lo hagan con golpes, ni con gritos… siéntense con ellos, háblenle de buena manera, aconséjenlos, gánense su confianza de la mejor manera y verán como su relación mejorará.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center>5) Se vuelve ingrato, los critica y ataca. No les agradece nada:</center>\nEsto puede convertirse en un problema serio si no se trata a tiempo, desde que sus niños están pequeños, debe enseñarles a ser gratos, enséñele modales, a decir por favor y gracias, a saludar, a dar los buenos días… haga que sus hijos se ganen las cosas y a agradecer por ello, no le consienta nada si no se lo merece… Si su hijo quiere algo enséñele a trabajar para ganárselo, de este modo le está inculcando el valor del trabajo y a la vez le eta enseñando el valor que tiene las cosas cuando se trabaja por ello.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center>6) Se vuelven tercos. Justifica sus malos actos y no escucha sus consejos:</center>\nEsto ocurre principalmente cuando se es permisivo con los hijos, cuando se les consiente todo sin enseñarles a ganarse las cosas, comienzan a ser más rebeldes y tener comportamientos más radicales, cuando no se les corrige a tiempo comienzan a justificar estos malos actos y luego se pueden convertir en un problema más serio.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center>7) Defienden la libertad sexual:</center>\nComienzan a tener parejas inestables, salen con uno y con otro sin precaución ni cuidado porque sientes que lo que hacen es bien y lo toman como manera de protesta y de exteriorizar sus inconformidades, los lleva a la promiscuidad creyendo que está bien lo que hacen. Padres aliéntenlos a tener una pareja estable, con relaciones sexuales responsables, que aprendan a amar a sus parejas y que entiendan el valor que tiene una relación.\n\n<center>![pie de paginas.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUin4WmQysVR9jE7hA8g1ZXw2TdUCgTNfMhUvD1wvV37Q/pie%20de%20paginas.png)</center>\n\n## <center>8) Sin querer, buscan amigos también incomprendidos por sus padres para sentirse apoyados:</center>\n¿Se pueden imaginar la clase de apoyo que se pueden brindar dos personas que pasan por la misma situación? Padres hagan que las relaciones con sus hijos sean como mejores amigos, no juzguen de forma autoritaria, al contrario, aconsejen a sus hijos, ganen la confianza de ellos, no sean permisivos, enséñenle que las cosas se ganan con trabajo, denle responsabilidades y si necesitan alguna ayuda no duden en tenderles la mano.\n\nHijos entiendan que los padres no son perfectos, sean condescendientes con ellos, la vida no viene con manual de usuario así que ayúdenlos a ser mejores padre, no los juzguen y ténganles paciencia, construyan relaciones afectivas fuertes, confíen en sus padres sin miedos y sin tabúes, a fin de cuentas ellos nos dieron la vida y nos conocen mejor que nadie en el mundo, verán que en un futuro estas prácticas serán la mejor herencia de sus vidas.\n \n</div>",
