bodySinful acts in general are doing something that is not wrong in itself, but at the wrong time and place, for the wrong reasons. In I Timothy 4:4, 5 Paul says, “For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.” The problem is that we often do things which we feel God forbids, but we do them anyway, so obviously we cannot do them with thanksgiving and prayer, and this makes them sinful. Romans 14:23b, “whatever is not from faith is sin,” was written about eating, which is obviously not sinful in itself, but the motive and circumstances can make it sinful. It wasn't wrong for David to marry Bathsheba. It's only wrong under circumstances and time that he married her. This is apparent in our everyday activities if we give genuine attention to it. Someone is going to say, oh man, stop that crap. So, raping get timing and circumstances? Killing get timing? Wait a minute! I'm not here talking about a type of sin, but sin in general. Why an action is a sin.. I'm basically saying you can do the same thing under different circumstances and time, and the results, one could be wrong while the other would be right. Raping for example, is a name given to a wrong done, and a wrong is an action done at the wrong time or circumstances. Raping, Adultery, Fornication is sex in a wrong situation. So, sex itself is not wrong. To kill is not wrong either.

bodyThe Greatest Dieting Mistakes When it comes to dieting there are many mistakes that are made on a near daily basis. While there are many real profound mistakes that go along with the territory there are a few that seem to have far more profound and lasting implications than others. Hopefully by learning about these mistakes you can learn to avoid them in your own weight loss pursuits. Perhaps the single largest mistake that dieters make is adopting an all or nothing attitude. These are the dieters that scour the pantry and the refrigerator removing anything that could be seen as a potential source of temptation. They embark on a dietary regimen that is nearly impossible to maintain and believe that all is lost the moment they stray from the strict guidelines of their diet. While this may work for some in the short term, it sets them up for failure, frustration, and ill will towards the entire dieting process. The important thing when it comes to dieting is the goal. Your goal is to shed pounds. There are many ways in which this can be done that do not require starving yourself or punishing yourself in the process. Another great mistake when it comes to dieting is selecting a diet plan where you eat the same thing every day. Despite our human need for structure and routine we tend to enjoy changing our lunch routine on occasion. Select a diet or new nutrition plan that allows you to enjoy a wide variety of foods rather than one that limits you to the same meal or meal selection day in and day out. Other common mistakes include depriving yourself of everything you enjoy. One thing that we often forget is the importance of moderation. Fill up on servings of fruits and vegetables but allow yourself to enjoy the occasional indulgence for the sake of sanity. If you never allow yourself to enjoy a taste of chocolate, why on earth would you want to live forever? Seriously, do not forget to enjoy food for the sake of dieting. There is nothing wrong or sinful about enjoying food. The problem lies when you enjoy only the wrong sorts of foods. You should also avoid the mistake of not setting goals. While you do not want to set goals that are impossible to achieve you should also avoid the opposite end of the spectrum, which involves having no goals at all. Those who set aggressive goals that are achievable will see the greatest degree of success. Making those goals public and asking for support is another thing that will help you achieve greater success. This is one reason the Weight Watchers program has enjoyed the phenomenal success is has. The final mistake when it comes to dieting that is made all too often is giving up. We all have setbacks along the way. Even those who have achieved monumental dieting success have met with failure on the road. The end result however, for those who stick with the plan is a healthier body and that is something that is worth fighting for. Your goals may get side tracked but you can set new goals. You may have had a bad day or even a bad week when it comes to your dietary goals and plans. Do not let this defeat your desires to become a healthier you. Learn to overcome those mistakes and move on from them. Let your failures teach you as much as your successes and you should be well on your way to the healthier person that you know is hiding inside. Whether you want to get rid of 10 pounds or 210 pounds the only way to achieve that goal and make it last is by dedicating yourself to the process of becoming a healthier person. A healthy person has healthy eating habits and doesnt starve him or herself. Nor does a healthy person binge on things that arent healthy. Learn to enjoy food in moderation and you should be well on your to the success you seek.

There is nothing wrong or sinful about enjoying food. The problem lies when you enjoy only the wrong sorts of foods.\n\nYou should also avoid the mistake of not setting goals. While you do not want to set goals that are impossible to achieve you should also avoid the opposite end of the spectrum, which involves having no goals at all. Those who set aggressive goals that are achievable will see the greatest degree of success. Making those goals public and asking for support is another thing that will help you achieve greater success. This is one reason the Weight Watchers program has enjoyed the phenomenal success is has.\n\nThe final mistake when it comes to dieting that is made all too often is giving up. \n\nLearn to overcome those mistakes and move on from them. Learn to enjoy food in moderation and you should be well on your to the success you seek.",

bodyFROM EYE TO BRAIN. ![tmp-cam--100764333.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmacseQrH54DMh2JSwrXBTQSb1LWo6wGZrnbQjACa3GPxF/tmp-cam--100764333.jpg) In the previous article, we discussed on different part of the eye, and lay our focus on the Retina, therein we discussed Rods and Cones which are the two receptor cells in the Retina and their functions. Messages from the eye must travel along multiple pathways to the brain for us to witness visual experience. *[[Rom 1:20]] ASV* For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse: Rods and Cones are connected to bipolar cells in different numbers and combinations. A set of neurons called interneurons links receptor cells to one another and bipolar cells to one another. Eventually, these bipolar cells hook up with the ganglion cells, leading out of the eye. The axon of the ganglion cells joins to form the optic nerve, which carries messages from the eye to the brain. There are about one million ganglion cells in the retina, while we have more than 125 Millions Rods and Cones in the retina, in order for the ganglion cells to receive these huge messages from the Rods and Cones, the information collected by the 125 Millions receptors must be combined and reduced to fit the one million "wires"(ganglion cells)that lead from each eye to the brain. ![PhotoGrid_1517157065838.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTitftXcPrfG7GzKsARRNmH1kmhcPEWtsshtbZqMR2F8L/PhotoGrid_1517157065838.jpg) After the nerve fibres that make up the optic nerves leave the eyes, they separate, and some of them cross over to the other side of the head at the optic chiasm. The nerves fibres from the right side of each eye travel to the right hemisphere of the brain; those from the left side, also travel to the left hemisphere of the brain. Visual information about any object in the left visual field, will go to the right hemisphere (see figure 1). Similarly, visual information about any object in the right visual field, will go to the left hemisphere (see figure 2). The Optic nerves carry their messages to the various parts of the brain, some messages reach the area of the brain that controls the reflex movements that adjust the size of the pupil. Others go to the region that direct the eye muscles to change the shape of the lens. The main destinations for messages from the retina are the visual projection areas of the cerebral cortex, where the complex coded messages are interpreted and registered. In a research performed by the two Nobel prize winners - David Hubel and Torstea Wiesel- found out that the Brain cells, called FEATURES DETECTOR detect particular elements of the visual field, such as horizontal or vertical lines. Some Feature Detector registers more complex Information, with some being sensitive to movement, depth and colour. All these different types of feature-detector send messages to specific and nearby regions of the cortex. So, our visual experience relies on the brain to combine all the received pieces of information into meaningful images. Ganglion cells: Neurons that connect the bipolar cells in the eye to the brain Optic nerve: the bundle of axons of ganglion cells that carry neural messages from each eye to the brain. Optic chiasm: the point near the base of the brain where some fibres in the optic nerve from each eye cross to the other side of the brain. Note: there's lots to say about eye, this is a brief explanation of some parts of the human eye. The next article will be on Human ear. Thanks for reading.

bodyHUMAN EYES ![20180127_103531_rmedited.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWFTrxcPeJ4sbfKrAKGyw2AQ6gZDAVu8eMizFcFunNey7/20180127_103531_rmedited.jpg) The human eye is very complex, which gives no room for being constructed out of chance as being proclaimed by many Atheists. You don't believe in the existence of God, that doesn't mean the nature doesn't prove his existence. We find this glaring fact, in our Holy Bible. *[[Rom 1:20]] ASV* For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse: Light enters the eye through the Cornea and passed through the pupil, and it is focused by the lens on to the Retina. (Hubbell 1963) The Cornea: The transparent protective coating over the front Part of the eye. The Pupil: a small opening in the Iris through which light enters the eye. Iris: the coloured part of the eye, which regulates the size of the pupil. Len: the transparent part of the eye behind the pupil that focuses light on to the retina. Fevea: the area of the retina that's the centre of the visual field. The Retina contains the receptor cells responsible for the vision. We have two kinds of receptor cells - Rods and Cones. About 120 Millions Rods and 8 Millions Cones are present in the retina of each eye. Rods and Cones differ from each other in functions, Rods are mainly responsible for night vision, response onto to varying degrees of light and darkness. Cones allow us to see colours, and operate chiefly in the day night. What kind of natural selection or Chance took note of the existence of Night and Day (Light and Darkness) , thus designed the eye to be adjusting in different degrees of Light and Dark? Vision adaptation occurs as the sensitivity of Rods and Cones changes according to the amount of light available. We have light and Dark adaptation. Dark Adaptation: increase the sensitivity of Rods and Cones in darkness. Light adaptation: decreases the sensitivity of Rods and Cones in bright light. ![tmp-cam--2013061766.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWZuwKTJPnSYqjtvEFsJejKgQCvFrMxikZiHNvQY19kkT/tmp-cam--2013061766.jpg) Rods: Receptor cells in the retina responsible for night vision and perception of brightness. Cones: Receptor cells in the retina responsible for vision. Bipolar cells: neurons that have only one axon and one dendrite; in the eye, these neurons connect the receptors on the retina to the ganglion cells. Visual Acuity: the ability to distinguish the fine details visually. A close-up of the layers of Retina. Light must pass between the ganglion cells and bipolar cells to reach the Rods and Cones. The sensory image, then travels back out of the receptor cells via the bipolar cells to the ganglion cells. The Axons of the ganglion cells gather together to form the optic nerve, which carries the message from both eyes to the brain. In the next article, we will explore how the messages are being sent from the eyes to the brain and interpreted. All to the Glory of the Designer. *[[Rom 1:20]] ASV* For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse:

bodyA Designed Universe Or chance ![image.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQ9VdfEsYdDQAC4j9dQHAkkma1W1neiSjrF47rD6se8mw/image.jpg) Since Darwin's Origin of Species (1859), many have felt "survival of the fittest'' is the source of apparent design in nature rather than God. Yet recently serious objections have been raised against the ability of evolution to explain either the origin of life or its diversity.1 Consequently, the force of design as evidence for a supernatural alternative is strengthened. In any case, biological evolution can hardly explain design in the nonliving part of nature. And it is just here that recent advances in science have uncovered far more evidence of design than was known in Darwin's time or even in the 1970s. Let us consider some of this evidence. The Right Chemistry All life on earth depends on the cooperation of many complex biochemicals, each containing thousands or even millions of atoms. These include DNA and RNA, which store and transmit information by which living cells operate; and proteins, which provide structural material and speed up chemical reactions so that plants and animals can respond quickly to external changes. These molecules are enormously complex and detailed structures carrying on particular, specialized tasks. Such organization presents a serious challenge to the idea that life arose by chance rather than design, but that is not our subject here. On a much simpler level, such chemicals as carbon, phosphorus and water suggest that life didn't just happen. Carbon is the only element in existence which forms chains of almost unlimited length, needed for DNA, RNA and protein. All the carbon in our universe apparently formed inside stars and was scattered over space as stars exploded. Yet by two coordinated "quirks" carbon is a common element rather than a very rare one. Carbon is formed by combining three helium nuclei; the element beryllium (two heliums) is so unstable inside stars that one almost needs a triple helium collision to get carbon.. It happens that the temperature inside stars is right at a "resonance" for carbon, an energy level at which these nuclei stick together unusually well. If this resonance energy were only 4% lower, carbon would be very rare. On the other hand, carbon easily combines with another helium nucleus to form oxygen. But it just so happens that the energy of the combination is just above an oxygen resonance, which is thus out of reach. If this resonance were only 1/2% higher, nearly all carbon would convert to oxygen. In either case, carbon would be very rare and life itself rare or nonexistent. Phosphorus is unique among the elements in forming compounds (ATP, ADP) which can store large amounts of energy. Without these compounds, there would be no higher animal life, since such an efficient method of energy storage is needed for mobility. Yet only phosphorus, of all the elements, has this capability. It looks like phosphorus was designed for this purpose. Water is at least as unusual as carbon or phosphorus. Its molecule (two hydrogens and one oxygen) is lighter than molecules of nitrogen or oxygen, and thus should be a gas at temperatures suitable for life. However, water forms combinations of two or three water molecules loosely joined together, so that actually it is a liquid at these temperatures. As a liquid it is the basic fluid of animal blood, tree sap and cell plasma. Yet when water evaporates, it no longer forms combinations. This allows it to diffuse in the atmosphere so it doesn't stifle life by lying on the earth's surface as an unbreathable gas. Water is also a universal solvent, dissolving the necessary solid chemicals so they can circulate in the bloodstream, plant sap, and living cells. All other liquids which can dissolve a comparable number of chemicals are highly corrosive and deadly to living things. Water is unusual in being able to absorb a large amount of heat for a given change in temperature. As a result it moderates the climate of the earth and helps stabilize the body temperature of animals. Like few other substances, it expands rather than contracting on freezing. This prevents oceans and lakes from freezing to the bottom (killing marine life), and it aids in the formation of soil by splitting up rocks. Truly water is a most amazing substance. Together with the thirsty traveler on a hot day, the chemist can say, "There's nothing like it!"

A friend introduced steemit to me, I'm here to join this community in writing about Tech, especially Hacking. Discussing hacking techniques and how you can secure yourself from the bad guys. I hope there's lot of Hackers here to discuss with. If anyone is interested in having profound knowledge in programming, especially Python scripting, Java, Visual basic , web design and Android development. I'm here to help you and feed your curiosity. If there's any Atheists or Muslims here, it ll be my pleasure to engage you in discussion, in writing various articles that proved the existence of God and lies we have been fed.
