उसके द्वारा दिए गए इंटरव्यू में उसने क्या क्या बताया  Boriska (बोरिस्का ) साल 1996 रूस में जन्मे एक लड़का जिसका नाम बोरिस्का था वह बचपन से ही काफी प्रतिभाशाली और काफी प्रभावशाली रहा है और जो लोग बोरिस्का को जानते हैं उन्होंने बताया कि जन्म से ही 15 दिन के अंदर इसने बिना किसी सहारे के अपनी गर्दन को ऊपर उठाना शुरू कर दिया और 6 महीने के अंदर ही और इसका नहीं बोलना भी शुरू कर दिया था और 18 महीने का होते-होते बोरिस्का पढ़ने भी लग गया और 2 साल का होने के बाद वह ड्राइंग और पेंटिंग भी करने लगी हो जब 2 साल बाद बारिश गाने प्ले प्ले स्कूल में जाना शुरू किया तो उसके टीचर शिक्षक उसकी अक्षरों को समझने और पढ़ने की इस काबिलियत को देखकर हैरान हो गए और अपनी इस प्रतिभा के कारण अपने आसपास के सभी लोगों का ध्यान अपनी तरफ खींचना बोरिस्का ने शुरू कर दिया बोरिस्का की मां पेशे से एक डॉक्टर है और वर्षिका की मां बताती है कि जब वह 4 साल का हुआ तभी से उसकी रुचि विज्ञान किस क्षेत्र में ज्यादा बढ़ गई और वह अलग-अलग भाषाओं को बोलना शुरु कर दिया कभी-कभी बोरिस्का ऐसी ऐसी बातें बताता था जो एक साधारण आदमी ही बड़ी मुश्किल से बता पाता था यह देखकर उसकी मां बहुत हैरान हुई जबकि उसकी मां का कहना है कि उन्होंने आज तक कभी बोरिस्का को ना तो विज्ञान आंतरिक ना की किसी चीज के बारे में बताया था तो यह छोटा सा 4 साल की उम्र में इतना सब कुछ कैसे सीख गया जो बोरिस्का 20 साल का हुआ तो उसने दावा किया कि वह धरती का नहीं मंगल ग्रह का रहने वाला था और वह वहां पर एक पायलट था शायद इसी वजह से और इसका ग्रहों की स्थिति और उनकी दिशा सब कुछ ठीक अच्छे तरीके से इसलिए ही जानता था और शोधकर्ताओं ने जब सर्च किया और इसका के ऊपर तब उन्होंने देखा कि इसकी प्रतिभा है सच में प्रतिभाशाली हैं और औरों से अलग है और उसके इस ज्ञान से पूरी दुनिया की विशेषज्ञ हैरान थे बोरिस्का का दावा है कि बहुत बड़े परमाणु युद्ध के बाद मंगल ग्रह पर जीवन समाप्त हो गया था और इस हमले के बाद मंगल ग्रह का 85% खत्म हो गया था और इसके बावजूद वहां पर आज भी कुछ लोग जिंदा है जो कि जमीन के अंदर रह रहे हैं बोल इसका ने बताया कि पृथ्वी पर भी कुछ ऐसा ही होगा और उसे पृथ्वी को बचाने के लिए मंगल ग्रह से धरती पर भेजा गया है क्योंकि धरती भी धीरे-धीरे इस परमाणु डिजास्टर की तरफ बढ़ रही है बोरिस्का ने यह दावा उस वक्त किया जब अमेरिका और उत्तर कोरिया का आपस में तनाव हद से ज्यादा बढ़ता जा रहा है और बहुत सारे देश आपस में लड़ने के कगार पर हैं जैसे भारत-पाकिस्तान और iran-iraq ऐसे कई मुल्क हैं जैसे चीन और इंडिया उसने चेतावनी दी है कि उसकी बातों को अगर गंभीरता से ना लिया गया पृथ्वी का अंजाम भी मंगल ग्रह के जैसा होगा बोरिस्का ने यह बताया मंगल ग्रह पर लोग सांस लेने के लिए ऑक्सीजन की बजाय कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड का इस्तेमाल करते हैं उसका यह कहना है मंगल ग्रह से पृथ्वी पर केवल उसका ही नहीं पूर्ण जन्म हुआ और भी कई लोगों का पूर्ण जन्म धरती पर हुआ है और उसी के ही जैसी अलौकिक प्रतिभा वाले लोग पृथ्वी पर जन्म ले चुके हैं बोरिस्का ने एक और दावा किया कि मंगल ग्रह पर रहने वाले लोगों की उम्र 35 साल के बाद बढ़ना रुक जाती है इसलिए वहां के लोग बूढ़े नहीं होते और काफी लंबे समय तक जीवित रहते हैं और बोरिस्का का कहना है कि इंसान चाहे जितनी कोशिश कर ले हमें कभी समय मैं वापस नहीं जा सकते लेकिन हम एक गोलाकार पेस्ट बनाकर अंतरिक्ष में कहीं पर भी जा सकते हैं बोरिस्का ने बताया कि अभी तक इंसान पृथ्वी पर मौजूद गीजा के पिरामिड को आज तक इंसान नहीं समझ पाया है अब उसमें काफी कुछ हो जा जाना बाकी है जीजा के महान पिरामिड में मानव जीवन के बारे में एक बहुत बड़ा रहस्य छुपा हुआ है लेकिन वह क्या है मुझे याद नहीं और उसने कहा जब इस चीज को खोजा जाएगा तो मानव जीवन पूरी तरह से बदल जाएगा सेंट ग्रीक सभ्यता में एक बहुत बड़ी मूर्ति है जिसका सिर मानव जैसा है और उसका धड़ जानवर के जैसा और कुछ कह तो पंखा भी हैं और उसने यह भी कहा कि जब मंगल ग्रह पर था तो धरती पर कई बार आ चुका है और उसने बताया कि जब पृथ्वी पर आया था तो उस समय पृथ्वी पर 70000 वर्ष पुरानी सभ्यता थी जिसका नाम लाइर्मोरियम Liemuria और बोरिस्का ने कहा उस सभ्यता के लोगों को उसने अपनी आंखों से खत्म होते हुए दिखाएं और यह लोग 9 फीट तक लंबे होते थे और इन लोगों का विनाश आपसी सभ्यता एक मतभेदों के कारण इस सभ्यता का विनाश हो गया बोरिस्का ने बताया कि हमारी टेक्नोलॉजी मंगल ग्रह पर काफी विकसित हो गई थी और मंगल ग्रह के लोगों ने भविष्य में टाइम ट्रैवल करने वाली मशीन भी बना लेते लेकिन मंगल ग्रह के लोगों में अलग-अलग मानसिकता उत्पन्न होने लग गई जिसके कारण वहां पर परमाणु युद्ध शुरू हो गया और जिसके कारण गृह के साथ-साथ टेक्नोलॉजी सभ्यता और सब कुछ खत्म हो गया जब और इशिका से पूछा गया कि तुम्हारा जन्म पृथ्वी पर कैसे हुआ तो उसने बताया विजयपुर इसका ने बताया कि जब मंगल ग्रह पर कोई मरता है तो उसका अंतर्मन एक पत्थर में समा जाता है किसी कारणवश अगर वह पत्थर टूट जाता है तो उसका अंतरमन ब्रह्मांड में फैल जाता है और जन्म लेने वाले जीवो के अंतर्मन से मिल जाता है जिसके कारण उन्हें पुराना और नया दोनों जन्म याद रहते हैं इसी तरह उसका जन्म भी पृथ्वी पर हुआ है और इसका ने बताया कि पृथ्वी के पास अपनी दो सूरज होंगी भविष्य में मानव एक कैप्सूल से बृहस्पति ग्रह पर हमला करेगा जिससे बृहस्पति ग्रह धीरे धीरे जलना लग जाएगा और वह भी कुछ सूरज की तरह ही दिखना शुरू हो जाएगा और सूरज बन जाएगा और इस प्रकार पूछने के एक नहीं दो दो सूरज हो गए बोरिस्का से जितने भी सवाल पूछे गए इंटरव्यू के अंदर बोरिस्का नहीं बिना जाए बिना किसी परेशानी के सभी सवालों का जवाब ठीक ठीक दिया बोरिस्का के द्वारा किए गए यह दावे सच है कि झूठ यह तो आने वाला सूचर ही हमें बता सकता है लेकिन क्या आप इसके इन दावों Use up the start of a new year as a mark. You used not to be a smoker, so become a non-smoker again. It is very bad for your health and you know that. It costs a fortune too. Try the gums of the patches, but ultimately only one person can stop you smoking and that’s you. Change your habits and start today!  4. Drink at least 2 litres of water. This is easy and the benefits are massive. Buy a refillable water container and take it with you all the time. This means you will drink more water, but also means you will spend less money buying water in single use plastic bottles. Sound healthy ? Be careful…… 6. Eat a lot of vegetables, good for the vitamins. Adopt a policy of eating more vegetables. Try keeping a small food diary, so you are visibly more aware of what you are eating to make sure you are adding the vitamin rich foods you need to build muscle. 7. Avoid bad fatty acids, like in cookies, fried stuff etc. Learn more about the foods you eat. Knowledge is power. Take a full break from the habit (if you have one) of going to McDonalds or Burger King. Make better food choices. If you are in a restaurant, don’t stuff yourself with the free bread while waiting for your actual order. That’s doubling the calories ! 8. Do muscle- and cardio exercise at least 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes per week. It increases your rest metabolism and therefor you burn more fat over time. So do less Netflix and chill and push yourself to work out more. Adding sport and exercise into your week as an obligation, not an option. Once you are training regularly, you will want to train more. It becomes your normal and that is just simply changing you habits. 9. Try to avoid stress, it influences your hormonal balance in negative sense. Modern lifestyles are full of stress – heavy work loads, school runs, family issues, depression, anxiety, over use of social media, health issues ! Some of these can be solved by small changes – getting more sleep, adopting a positive mental attitude, analysing work and family life and removing the issues that annoy you. For more serious stress issue, consider talking to someone that can help give you clarity. 10. Watch your alcohol, no more than 7 glasses per week, though even better none. The unique thing about this cooking technique is that the spices are boiled, not fried. It gives the food a distinctive flavour and aroma.  6. Mithais are an important part of Indian cuisine and celebrations. Payasam , one of the favourite sweet dishes of South India, is a must-serve at important ceremonies like weddings. According to South Indian tradition, a wedding is not over until Payasam is served.  7. Who doesn't like chutneys? Indian food is incomplete without this delicious side dish. But do you know the Britishers loved our chutneys as much as we do? In fact, they named one of the chutneys as 'Major Grey's'. It is still sold in India and is quite famous.  8. According to Indian Food Theory, our food has 6 different flavours: sweet, salty, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy. A proper Indian meal is a perfect balance of all 6 flavours, with one or two flavours standing out. So the next time you eat your meal, you know how to judge it.  9.
