| body | I was scrolling through Twitter last night. I accidentally stumbled upon a tweet from #ArianaMadix from #Vanderpump rules and #LisaVanderpump was tagged in it basically asking for help for this dog. Apparently this chick decided to put a dog in the drier. I saw a second of it and I instantly threw my phone away and closed my eyes, started crying. I mean how can humans like this still exist on face of the Earth. WHY should an animal go in your drier? WHAT THE FUCK? I am livid at the thought and I am HSP ( Highly Sensible Person) where I actually feel the pain and just thinking about the stress on the poor animal makes me want to cry. This morning , on a different social media platform I saw a link posted about the Instagram chick putting the dog in the drier. I cringed again. I am deeply hurt to know that such things happen. I still did not watch the video. I can't. I am powerless to help that animal because the video is already out. I can't save every animal from every psycho. I wish but I just can't. A much more simpler solution is STOP the CRUELTY. We can do that. Let's do that. Please, please stop hurting innocent animals. Their pain should NEVER be your entertainment. EVER. Thank you. Namaste! | body | I have spent most of my life self employed, but this reminds me of when i was making a shift to a different form of business. Lots of wondering if i was making the right decisions, my choices seemed so self indulgent. But looking back i have no doubt. There are downsides to self employment, but so much liberation too. And if your business is internet based, you can go where you want. Just need a laptop. |

| body | Today I went for a run. I woke up at 7 AM and by the time I was done with my coffee, it was already a little too hot, but I went anyway. My first mile time was ok, I was relatively ok with it. For some reason when I was checking my app , I somehow messed it up and it wasn't timing me anymore. I stopped running. I was at the 1.5 mile mark. When this happened to me in the past, I would just continue to run, as I kind of know my normal route and how to reach my 2 miles. But today I stopped. That's a first for me. While I run, if I get too tired I always tell my self, slow down but don't stop. The fact that I stopped today, it kind of pissed me off. So, I'm walking home, and on my way home I kept telling my self : " I am not a quitter, I am not a quitter!". I got back home and I drank some water. Geared up and away I went again. I went and ran for another mile. I was tired but it felt good. It felt good to stick to my story and prove to my self that I am not a quitter. I am proud of my self. I am proud that I took a step out of my ordinary and pushed my self towards a better and stronger me. Today was a good day. And it's exactly 11:11 AM. I also captured this dragon fly sitting on my aloe plant. I love dragonflies. How was your day? What small mountain did you conquer? Namaste, Dee |

| body | I truly believe that. This morning when I awoke, the sky was grey. I thought to my self, it’s a good time for me to go for a run. After my jog, I showered and I did my meditation. While I was meditating, although my eyes were closed, I could tell from the light that was entering my quiet room, that the sun was able to peek through the clouds. That made me think about my current situation. I am unemployed, our business is not doing great at all and I had a job here but I quit after one week due to the anxiety and negative environment that was surrounding me. Just like the sun was able to come through the clouds on a dark day, so will I. I will rise above this situation. First let me clear the situation with my job because I have been unable to let go. In my first week of training, by Wednesday afternoon I was already feeling so much pressure from the owner that I felt like the expectations of me were unreasonable. I felt like my questions were a nuisance , I felt like I was already supposed to fix all of the issues at the office since there was no office manager for the past few months. I felt anxiety and uneasy being at the office. My head was spinning. This has never happened to me. I had stable jobs prior to this and never been through such intense negative feelings in the first week on the job. I am always eager to learn, excited for assimilating new things and an open person. So, I quit my job and now I have to start all over again. I tell my self everyday that I have made the right decision. I know I made the right decision because I am at peace with not being in that environment. Now, it’s back to the drawing board. Secondly, I’ll stick to my story that “everything happens for a reason”. This whole experience with moving to another state, with giving our business a try, I find that its a great way to grow. I haven’t lost, I’ve only gained experience and desire to be better as a person , as a professional and as a business owner. I will continue to seek to better my self and find peace and balance. I know it’s possible and I know we will achieve it because I had it before. The second time around it’s going to be even better. What are your current troubles? Let’s talk. Namaste, D |

| body | Our dear families and friends…We are very pleased to announce officially that we are business owners. I mean where do I begin to tell you the whole story? J and I wanted to start something together a while ago but in the mean time I started selling on eBay. To this day my eBay business is nowhere where I want it to be. Among other things I sold on eBay, I also sold a few mystery boxes, but it is against eBay policy to do so. I won’t get into any details on that, but we said : let’s sell our own mystery boxes. And that’s how www.hello-mystery-box.com saw the light of the day. J worked tirelessly on building the web site from the ground up and now we are ready. We are ready to take this journey and we hope that you will join us. Our web site is simple and self explanatory. Please visit us at www.hello-mystery-box.com. Please share our link to your friends and family. Sharing is caring. Right now we ship in all US fifty states, excluding US territories and shipping is free. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Are you ready to be surprised? We want to thank you in advance for your support. Order away! J and D owners and founders @hellomysterybox.com |

| body | I went to bed last night with the thought I have too many things. I own too many things. It saddened me the thought that I could not count how many I have, because I have too many. Aaaaaargh....I want less!!!!! Less, less, waaaaaaay less!!!! So your first thought is probably: "Well, why don't you donate it?". That is a legit question. My answer to that is , I would want the process to be a bit more personal and effective. I would want my items to be reaching exactly the person or family that needs it and not go through corporations and all of those loops. I want to declutter and I want to give things away. I want to help if I can. I'd rather give someone directly the items that they need, versus donating it. I also would encourage anyone to reuse , repurpose and recycle things before buying new items. I have a rule that if I buy something new for my closet, at least one item has to go. So, if there is something you need and I have it on my list of items that needs to go, I would gladly give it to you. If you are not local, I can ship items to you. You would be responsible for the shipping cost. Transaction would be completed through Pay Pal. I am not a con or scam artist in any way shape or form. I am located in Wilmington, NC and I am available for the time being to meet and provide with items that I no longer have a use for. Maybe it will help you and serve you better than it serves me. Please contact me at [email protected] with questions. Namaste, Dee |

| body | I am writing this to you with a heavy heart. It's the third month in a row since death stroke so so close to my family. First, in May- my aunt passed away. She was suffering with various diagnostics and although it happened it was still unbelievable to me. I live in USA and my family is still in Europe. Then , a month later or so, in June- my former manager passed away. Now that was UNEXPECTED. I am still in disbelief that he is no longer in this realm. I mean, I worked with him for almost four years. I moved to another state in April so to receive the news that he passes away so unexpectedly , two months after I left the job was very shocking to me. When I write this it's been about a month since his services and I am still in that stage where I say " I can't believe he passed away", it just does't register with me. Then, a day ago- my mom's older brother passed away. He was going to turn 70 this year. Death strikes close to home again. I am writing this post, not because I don't understand death but because I want to make the best of life. Death scares me, because I feel like I have so much left to see and do. Death scares me because I don't want the ones I love and care about suffer because of me. Life is precious. Life is beautiful. So make the best of it. May the souls of my family and co worker rest in peace. I don't know what is there after death but if there is something, I hope it's beautiful and those who are there are no longer suffering and in pain. Namaste, Dee |

| body | I am by no means and expert when it comes to meditation. I am probably the furthest I can be. However I believe in it and I started this new thing where I try to meditate three times a day for small intervals. I started with five minutes and now I am up to nine and tomorrow ten minutes at the time. In this time, I usually play no meditation background music, tho it's not a set in stone rule. It varies. So in doing this, I learned that I need to focus on the present moment. When I address my subconscious mind, then I speak to it in a present time and positive manner. Closing your eyes while meditating , allows the brain to ignore external stimuli and focus. I imagine I already have the job I interviewed for and my sales on ebay and other platforms are at least "x" amount of money so I can support my self. I speak to my self and try to focus on all things positive. When I was having my tea yesterday, it comes with a message and I try to think about what it tells me. Yesterday it told me "What belongs to you, shall come to you". I felt like it spoke to me and further reinforced my belief that when you meditate and you manifest what you want in your life, it will happen. Sometimes it's not immediate but other times it is. I am a highly visual person so it makes it easier for me to see the things I wish for. So I will keep at it. I will meditate and manifest. Small steps towards a better mind, peace and harmony. I invite you to do the same. Practice makes perfect. And although it might take me years to be better at it, each day, by doing this, will create a new path and pattern for me. Namaste, Dee |

I try to make something of what they tell me but it's mostly impossible, as the world of dreams and meaning is hard to decipher. |

| body | Hello, I am inviting you all to visit my eBay store. I went thrifting the other day and I found some gems. I have a lot of items listed. See if you like anything and message me here or on eBay. Almost a year ago I started on my eBay journey and I can't say that I am satisfied with how it's going. I can say though how much I have learned and grown. I enjoy sourcing from different locations and stores, but most recently I found a new spot and I am looking forward to go back and find more treasures. Where do you source from? What is your success story? Thanks for checking out my post. Namaste, Dee! (This is my store logo) |

| body | The world of spirit has a kind of different language. Early on in my life, i was often disturbed when they used the word death. On a few occasions, they even told me some one i knew had died, or had a death. When i once called the next day, concerned, asking if he was ok, a friend said, "how did you know?" He had a spiritual death, a deep, emotional release. I no longer assume that death in a dream means dying, passing on to the next dimension. |

| body | I believe in the power of the subconscious mind. I believe so, because I have seen results. I believe in it because I understand how it works. I don't always apply it to my own life but it works. When I don't apply it to my life, I can feel how lost I am. The thing about working with your subconscious mind, is that you have to do it constantly. Beyond that, you have to be able to visualize what you are wishing for. I am in luck, because I am a visual person and if I close my eyes, I can easily see my self in the situation I desire. That is not to say that it is easy for me to obtain what I want, it comes easy to me to visualize what I want because I am visual person. Sometimes it takes longer to get what you visualized. Sometimes it takes less. Nonetheless I choose to keep at it. The other day I watched a video, which spoke to me beyond the words and made me understand something I hadn't before. He was talking about the new neuropath ways that you can create in your brain and how to do so. Breaking your routine is hard. Think about a field wild flowers. It's pristine, untouched. There is no disturbance in the field, no paths at first. If you keep walking on the same path over and over again, eventually you will have a new path. Same with your brain and new neuropaths. You will create new paths in your brain and that is good for you. So while I was listening to him, his words made so much sense. Everything starts from within you. Happiness is not outside you but within you. He was saying how the pattern you are used to, can be broken. And when you first start to work on yourself, and are sitting and meditating, the reason you close your eyes is because you reduce the intake of most stimuli that the brain has to process. So when you close your eyes, you can focus on your breathing, you can create new paths in your brain. By meditating, even for a few minutes, you are now able to look inside and work on you there. I tried it today. For five minutes. Every time my thoughts were wondering, I came back to that moment in time in place and focused on that moment. I said to my self , what I saw in the video. "Normally at this hour I would be stuck in traffic, on my way to work, but now I am here." Focusing on the now moment, allows me to break my pattern. And that's how you create new neuropaths. By doing something you normally don't do. Breaking your routine and the path you always choose, the discomfort is not easy. If you keep at it, you will soon have results. I am attaching the link to the video. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me. Namaste, Dee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErIdmDbj4mw |

| body | I have been dreaming a lot for the past couple of months. Most of the time I only remember that I did dream a lot but don't remember what I dream. If I don't write it down, I will shortly forget. Recently, I have been dealing with some losses. Some closer , some further. Nonetheless , I had this super weird dream last night about a my former manager that passed away and him with @Yoshiki from @XJapan were telling me that I have to die. They were leading me towards death. And I can't remember much detail, but when the time came, I told them that I don't want to die, because that means I will never talk or see my mother and I cannot bear to put her through such pain. They were very surprised and not happy about my decision not to die. I don't know how I was supposed to die and what they were going to do about it, but it was sort of like "you have to die on our terms". It is so weird that out of all the people in the world, Yoshiki was in my dream. I mean this guy is a super mega star from XJapan band and super famous. Why would I dream about him? The other night, it was full moon and my dog woke me up and she would not settle for hours. That night I also dreamt some weird stuff and I started thinking about death and losing her, or what would happened if I passed away, so I think my subconscious was working over time. Is there anyone out there who can interpret my dream? Namaste, Dee |

| body | I went out for a jog. Like I was saying in one of my previous posts, I enjoy running. Sometimes I have a lot of energy from the get go and I can tell I will have a good time . When my app tells me what my timing was for the first mile, it gives me an idea how my second mile is going to be. When I went out today, my goal was to run 3 miles, because I always always always run 2 miles. So I was aiming for an extra mile today. Except it did not happen at all. My timing was 10:28 in the first mile which is pretty much the worst ever. I was hoping to bring it down in the second mile and get a better average, but that didn't happen. My run ends at the house , and it marks my 2 mile track, but today my run did not end at the house. Which led me to believe that home is not always the destination. You always gotta go further. When I was running, I was thinking about what I am going to write today. I let my mind wonder. I was thinking about @HarukiMurakami and how he wrote about what he was thinking when he was running. I was thinking about my current situation and how hard it is not having a job, how I struggle to keep my shit together in the sense that I don't want to be defeated by the fact that I don't have a job. But a job for me right now is not just getting paid and having money, for me a job is a passion and career in Human Resources-which I really enjoy. So, chin up and look forward. It will happen. As far as my timing today, although I am bummed, it's just a small set back. I am not giving up. Hope you all are enjoying your day and having a great Sunday. Namaste! Dee |

| body | I have always been an active person. I have never had issues with my weight. Not until recently. I am still within the normal limits for my height, it just so happens that I see the gain and the changes and I don't feel good about it. I am 5 feet 5 inches. My ideal weight is between 125 lbs and 130 lbs. Anything above that makes me feel it's too much. This is my personal story and struggle. I have never had an issue with food or how much I eat. I am sure age has to do with it. I am not getting any younger. I also suspect some kind of hormonal imbalance but I mainly think it has to do with stress and improper handling of ones self. My pounds are showing around my mid section. Gaaaaah :((. I feel like I eat too much. Luckily I don't eat crap food. I prefer salads, home made soups, steamed veggies and I somewhat reduced the intake of meat. I noticed how much more I have to work out just to MAINTAIN my weight. My current scale's number are not my favorite by any means and I have to take drastic measures to get to where I want to be. I enjoy running so I must do more of that. I used to run five days a week but with the move and current situation I have been slacking a tad. When I run, it feels good. I will keep at it. I always chant to my self when I run and I am tired: " progress is progress, no matter how small" or "slow down but don't stop". I also cut down alcohol completely until July 4th. About a month worth of cleanse. What is your story? What is your struggle? What do you do for you? Namaste, Dee |

| body | If there is one thing I really dislike, it's applying for job. It's so demeaning to have to prove yourself over and over again. I recently relocated to another state and I am in a transition period. This move did not come easy as a lot of unexpected and unplanned difficulties happened since the move. I have now applied for more than a month with no success. I had some interviews but nothing came out of it yet. Another thing is , that I am passionate about what I do and I enjoy Human Resources so much. I enjoy and welcome the challenges that it brings. So, it drives me crazy to spend time to search for jobs, apply for jobs, phone interview and then in person and in the end sometimes I don't even get a courtesy rejection email. They have made this process such a hassle. Each employer wants me to create a username and password, upload resume, upload cover letter, then manually write all my employment history and education history , only so that they can what? Not even send me a courtesy rejection email. There's gotta be a better way. I once read that people do things outta desperation or inspiration. I want to do them out of inspiration and not because I don't have money or a job. I want to thrive and learn and grow, not to struggle and pay bills. I know, I am being such an idealist. Anyway, what is your story with job searching? Do you have any advice for me? Do you have any remote jobs I can help you complete? I am easy going, versatile, fast learner and I speak fluently a few languages. Let me know your thoughts.
