      "body": "The American criminal justice system is appropriately named. The courts are run by criminals for criminals. Anything and everything can be a crime. Crossing the street can be a crime. Don’t strap yourself in your conveyance well that to is a crime. It is a crime to build a house without a permit. The list goes on and on and on and covers every facet of human activity and claimed by courts to be under their jurisdiction. Where does this “jurisdiction” come from? How can the state and its courts claim authority over all human activity? Enter the CONstitution.\n\nTo understand the criminal intent of the conspiracy there could be no better example than the US CONstitution. Written behind closed doors and all attendees sworn to secrecy these clever devils designed a “new and improved” form of human farming called “self rule”. The key to the whole scam was in how it was written. The choice of “legalease” as the language the CONstitution would be written clearly shows an attempt to obfuscation the actual meaning within. Legalease is a language that sounds like the native tongue but many of the words in the common language mean something totally different in legalease. \n\nI think of legalease as “pig latin” with its own dictionary. Black’s Law Dictionary is the big pig of the legal profession. This pig latin is fast becoming the international language under a system called the Uniform Commercial Codes or UCC. This is the code of criminals also known as the law of the sea and many of us refer to it as pirates law. No matter the native language pirates law can move in and slowly undermine and thus control the targeted national plantation. The UCC however is a symptom not the cause or should I say “clause” of the problem?  \n\nThe CON in the CONstitution lies in the abundance of lies smothered in truths. From the first words “We, The People” the intent was to deceive. The CONstitution acknowledges the rights of individual living breathing human souls. This I do grant however the acknowledgement of these “natural rights” is only that and to understand the true nature of this “contract” we must read the “fine print”. You see the “founding fathers” from the beginning, under false pretenses, sought to enable a control mechanism for all commercial activities. These criminals were not concerned with freedom when they wrote the “commerce clause”! Despite your programming the “commerce Clause” was not about free trade among the states. It was and is about controlling you and me.\n\nNow I know there are going to be those who think this absurd and to them I say If you don’t know this already you need to get with it you are too far behind. I have no time to hold hands and spoon feed you information. Everyone has the choice to be ignorant or learn and I can’t change that fact. No one can force anyone to use the muscle stuck between our ears. If the truth hurts….crap I don’t give a crap! Get over it!\n\nSo in reality the CONstitution covers two areas private and commercial. One has very little jurisdiction and authority the other claims absolute authority over its claimed jurisdiction. In essence our dear sweet loving forefathers were creating two systems.\n\n\nThe “Common Law” or law of the land is under the CONstitution for the living breathing individual human being who has unalienable rights however if that human engages in any “commercial activity” he voluntarily waives all rights and is subject to any privileges and charges by this corporation AKA US Crime Inc.\n\nThe Commerce Clause was designed by the conspiracy to slowly over a long period of time enslave every living soul by making them into merchandise. \n\n\nThe “common law” that was in effect at the time of the CONstitution was based on the violation of individual rights. In other words the definition of a “crime” consisted of intentional damage to person or property. In order to be prosecuted there had to be proof of intent, proof of damage to person or property, someone to claim damage, and finally witnesses to the crime. This is the fairytale that most Americans imagine their courts to be in spite of the evidence slapping them in the face and the jack boot on their necks. \n\nUnder the Commerce Clause there is no such claim. The only claim is that of authority, complete authority, over commerce by any means any Congress and President may decide. \n\nThe beauty of this evil plan was the creation of two separate entities, one real and one fictional, that harnessed the human from cradle to grave. The genius of making all humans into a slave for profit.  \n\nLittle did Mom know she was giving her offspring to the corporation when she filled out your birth certificate. Little did she know she was placing the chains of slavery around your neck. Little did she know she was striping you of your very humanity and  degrading you down to a beast of burden for the benefit of the conspiracy. \n\nAfter accepting this truth it becomes easy to see how this works within the framework of the CONstitution and its Supreme Court. By reading the decisions of this tribunal one can easily see the two systems working in unison.  \nThe list of cases where one side argues for the natural human being while the other argues on behalf of the corporations claim to the “commercial being” is long and consistent. In almost every case they have ruled rightly according to the CONstitution and its “Commerce Clause”. The court makes it clear they recognize two distinct entities. One has rights. The other has none.\n\n\nWelcome to the plantation.\n\nIt is from the “Commerce Clause” from which all tyranny flows.\n\nSupporting the CONstitution is in fact supporting your own enslavement. \n\nIt’s all in the fine print.",

      "body": "America today is more divided than any other time in history. There are factions springing out of factions and every cause has a group. The full spectrum is on display from communist, socialist, black, white, hispanic, Christian, Muslim, republican, democrat, big government, small government, and everything in between. While on the surface all these factions seem to be opposed to each other to one degree or another yet when we boil them all down they have one thing in common. Every single one supports government. The only real fight they have with each other is who is going to control its power. What all these factions are really fighting over is who is going to force society to live like they want them to live? Enter the libertarians.\n\nWhat is a libertarian? Just like the term “conservative” has become an all inclusive “big tent” and anyone who claims the moniker has no need to prove the unprovable so is it with the libertarian brand. If we look at the libertarian party we see it is a minarchist small government, support the Constitution, feel good party. There are also those “leaning libertarians” and the Constitution party along with their own advocate groups such as Cato, Hillsdale, John Birch, Heritage, and Liberty just to name a few. Libertarians believe in the Constitution. They believe that by using the political system they can return to the “original intent” of the Constitution. Libertarians, with exception granted, believe in the “necessary evil” doctrine to which all other factions fundamentally agree. I call it the “cats and dogs living together syndrome” where fear of the unknown creates panic and nightmares. Libertarians, in my opinion, are those people who claim the Constitution is the solution.\n\nI must confess I once was a “libertarian” and a “defender” of the Constitution. I jumped in head over heals even going on the political campaign trail. Those of us who have furthered our knowledge often refer to our time as “libertarians” as a “train stop” on the way to the truth.\nLibertarians are anarchist who are too afraid to live without a master. It is because of this “massa please” mentality and with it the consent to be ruled that makes them perhaps the most dangerous threat to freedom that exists in the imaginary world known as USA.\n\nLibertarianism is the last step in the “deprogramming” process and is a critical time when one can and often do fail and continue to cling to the lie. Through the years I have witnessed this over and over again. I have many friends who have been “libertarians” for years and while we agree on almost every aspect, even a world without government, yet they continue to advocate the necessary evil which surrounds us. While other of my friends have left politics altogether becoming strong anarchists many others have been left behind. \n\n\nThe problem, the real danger, of this group is their whole platform, filled with beautiful thoughts hinges on  a complete lie. \n\nLibertarians provide a place for those disgruntled slaves whining about master’s whip. They are advocates of slavery as a “necessary evil”. They are the last train stop before facing the truth. Libertarians stand at the entrance to the tunnel, just where the light and darkness begin and end. They stand  warning people not to go too far and to remain inside the protection of our tunnel. They warn of unknown consequences if we venture to far into the light. They are the last bastion of the consent of the governed. \n\nLibertarians are still under the influence of the conspiracy and should be viewed as controlled opposition. As the number of Anarchist have grown so to has the number of “libertarians” however there does seem to be a great bottleneck building at the end of the tunnel. The conspiracy has certainly accounted and planned for just such a situation. The conspiracy is offering through libertarianism the false hope that the very thing that enslaves us can save us. It is ironic that unknowingly libertarians are the last gatekeepers on the plantation. Only time will tell if this bottleneck will turn into a flood.\n\nLibertarianism! The last stop before seeing the light.\n\nEven as our overlords are removing their masks libertarians are watching the last remaining shadows on the cave walls refusing to see it was all a lie.",

      "body": "4:30 am could not sleep, as usual, and as usual I am asking why? \nWhy me?\n\nWhen did you wake up? When did you realize that the whole world we live in is based on lies? Why was it that you chose to seek the truth while others refused? \n\nWhy you?\nWhy me? \n\nEvery person who is now awake was once asleep. We were all living the lie but somehow we escaped its clutches while at the same time many of our friends and family were left behind. \n\nDo you ever wonder why?\n\nThose of us who took the “blue pill” (or was the red one? I can never remember) never looked back and now find ourselves as outcasts among the circles we once were members. We are called crazy Utopians who are a danger to society and yet we reveal in the moniker as if a badge of honor. \nWhy? \nWhy is it so?\n\nWhy me? \nWhat was it that made me wake up while others sleep? Was I born this way? My brother and sister are not like me. \n\nWhy me?\n\nI remember the moment when I fully recognized the conspiracy surrounded by lies. I remember the night when all I could do is cry. Did you have such a moment? Did you ask why?\n\nWhy me? Why you? Why us and why can the others not see?\n\nWhat drives the obsession with finding the truth? What made me give up everything for a promise of nothing? \nWhy me?\n\nI had it all. I was living the dream in 2007 when the dream turned into a nightmare and I suddenly was awakened. \nWhy me? \n\n\nWhy have I been completely obsessed with uncovering the truth? How did I spend weeks without sleep without collapsing in exhaustion? Why do I spend every waking hour seeking ways to battle the conspiracy?  \nWhy me?\n\nQuestions lead to answers that lead to more questions yet I continue to ask why? \nWhy?\nWhy  me? \n\nI was once young and a rebel without a cause. When I look back I see my conflict with the state has been long and storied (to say the least) and I now know why. Because even then I was asking why?\n\nI do not know all the answers. Hell, I don’t even know all the questions. My guess is I am sick. An addict really. I am addicted to truth. \nWhy me?\n\nThe only way to the truth is to first start with asking yourself why? I am obsessed with the question of why?\n\nSend money, guns, and lawyers!       "body": "Opinion blog. A commentary on society as it races around the toilet bowl inevitably ending up in the cesspool with all the rest.\n\n\nThis blog is not for those who are still asleep. I will not waste time rehashing proven facts about the conspiracy against us all. In fact I am not really trying to change minds but instead I write as a somewhat neutral observer, or at least as much as that is possible when each of us are living this ultimate of nightmares. \n\n\nThe fact is there is a conspiracy, both hidden and in plain view, spoken and unspoken, known and unknown, that seeks the total enslavement and ultimate destruction of all mankind. It is a fact this conspiracy is older than mankind itself and has always been the enemy of man.\n\n\nThis conspiracy was born from one but has infected billions through deceit. Disguised as a necessary evil and using the game of mind control  the conspirators have been at work for thousands of years culminating in the ultimate of Cons. It was the promise of freedom and security which has proven to be the greatest illusion of all. \n\nThe irony is \"We,the people\" having just defeated the world’s mightiest army, throwing off the shackles that bound them were then bamboozled by these counterfeiters peddling their wares. The irony is that the con men actually told us what would be our fate if we accepted their fine offer of protection through their false freedom. The irony of the traitor Franklin’s statement “those who would give up some liberty for the promise of security deserve neither liberty or security” which he understood this document of freedom was actually doing. This group of traitors knew they could not at once create a tyrannical system of enslavement but that it must be done slowly over many generations and that it must appear as if they, “We, The People”, had done it to themselves. They, “We, The People”, only have themselves to blame for their own misery. \n\n\nWhat we have here is a counterfeit of freedom. At first glance it appears to be real but is not.\n\nWhat we have here is a lie.\n\n\nThis conspiracy is totally based on a lie. The currency of this world is based on nothing but lies. The only value of this lie is that it masquerades as truth. Truth is the only thing of real value in this world yet truth is in short supply which has led to the rise of fiat, half truths, and outright lies as counterfeits. Without truth there is no market in freedom.\n\n\nThis blog is intended to provide real value by providing as much truth as possible within this market of lies. My hope is that you will join me in this great journey in free market economics and promoting the real tangible value of the truth.\n\nRemember as the turd turns around the bowl the last thing you do is wipe the crap off your ass. You either have truth in your basket or you are purchasing nothing but valueless lies.\n\nThere is a coming correction in the market. A paradigm shift of immense proportions has already begun and those who are adept enough can profit greatly from the repercussions. This shift is going to change the world. This “new market” will reward the truth while disregarding and bankrupting this market based on lies.\n\nInvesting in the truth now will surely pay dividends in the future.",
