It is important to make a personal analysis of those positive qualities and attitudes that favor us, as well as to detect those qualities that are not very favorable or weaknesses that we have; in order to identify them to reinforce positive attitudes and be aware of the weaknesses we have to improve them.</div>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">This can be done through the administration process through planning, organization, direction and control.</div>\n<div class = \"text-justify\"> <h1> Planning: </h1> is extremely important since it is the basis of everything, it is where we establish our objectives, our goals to be reached and in what way we will achieve what is proposed (strategies to be used) and the actions to be carried out in the short, medium and long term. </div>\n<h1> Organization: </h1> determine what resources are required. </div>\n<div class = \"text-justify\"> <h1> Address: </h1> Refers to taking action, executing the plan and staying motivated to achieve the established goals. </div>\n<h1> Control: </h1> in simple words refers to evaluating if the plan is being correctly fulfilled.\n<div class = \"text-justify\"> We are the managers of our life if we decide to do it, take the reins and work for it, anyone can achieve incredible things if planned, organized, worked to achieve it and control compliance of the plan. Es importante hacer un análisis personal de aquellas cualidades y actitudes positivas que nos favorecen, así como también  detectar aquellas cualidades no muy favorables o debilidades que tenemos; con la finalidad de identificarlas para reforzar las actitudes positivas y ser consciente de las debilidades que poseemos para mejorarlas. </div>\n<br>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Esto se puede realizar a través del proceso de administración a través de una planificación, organización, dirección y control. </div>\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> <h1>Planificación: </h1> es sumamente importante ya que es la base de todo, es donde establecemos nuestros objetivos, nuestras metas a alcanzar y de qué manera se va a conseguir lo propuesto (estrategias a utilizar) y las acciones a llevar a cabo a corto, mediano y largo plazo. </div>\n<h1>Organización: </h1> determinar qué recursos se requieren. </div>\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> <h1>Dirección: </h1> Se refiere a tomar acción, ejecutar el plan y mantenerse motivado para alcanzar las metas establecidas. </div>\n<h1>Control: </h1> en simples palabras se refiere a evaluar si se está cumpliendo correctamente con el plan.\n<br>\n<br>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Somos los gerentes de nuestra vida si decidimos hacerlo, de tomar las riendas y trabajar por ello, cualquiera puede lograr cosas increíbles si se planifica, se organiza, se trabaja para lograrlo y se controla el cumplimiento del plan.
