      "body": "Ephesians 1:3, _\"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.\"_\n\nJed Clampet was a poor mountaineer who barely kept his family fed. But one day he struck oil while out hunting for food. With his newfound wealth, he and his family were off to California. The irony is that Jed Clampet continued in Beverly Hills. Though he was one of the richest men in the city, he didn't adjust his lifestyle to that of the rich. He continued to live as the poor mountaineer in a much more comfortable setting. Though he could afford to eat at the finest restaurants, he continued to take his gun out looking for rabbits. Like Clampet, many believers are living in spiritual poverty in spite of the riches they possess in Christ. 2 Cor. 1:20 says, “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us”, but too often believers struggle as spiritual paupers in life. The apostle Paul used the expression “in Christ” almost two hundred times in his epistles to describe believers. This expression describes the intimate relationship we enjoy with Christ. Because we are in Christ, we are “heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ” (Rom. 8:17). When we come to realize that we share in the riches of Christ, we will have a new perspective on who we are in God’s sight. This then becomes the basis upon which we live and enjoy the abundant life Jesus promised (John 10:10). Jesus talked to His disciples about the special relationship He had with them explaining it from His perspective. The greatest paradox in the universe is that the richest people live the poorest life while the poorest people live the richest life; and as a result, the richest people live at mercy of the poorest people on earth. The believer is blessed with ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS yet he/she lives in the worst state of lack. The poorest believer is richer than the richest sinner. There is a switch whereby believers are living the life of sinners, and sinners are living the life of believers. When believers will awaken to their spiritual riches in Christ they will stop accepting the switched lifestyle and repossess their wealth on earth. This awakening is going to ignite the greatest wealth transfer in human history all over the world. It is impossible to discourage a coward, because you can not remove courage which is not there. Whenever you see the devil sending people to discourage you, know that you are very courageous. All men were born courageous, but most of them lost it to satan - the thief of courage. Courage is the quality of a confident character not to be afraid or intimidated easily but without being incautious. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the tenacity to face your fears for a great cause. The most difficult people to discourage are those who have found a future and are focusing on it. Those easily discouraged are people who don't see anything in their tomorrow. Whenever you seek to do something noble as a game changer, there are player haters who will be bitter about it. Nehemiah 2:10 says, \"When Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard of it, it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.\" \"But when Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, and Geshem the Arabian, heard it, they laughed us to scorn, and despised us, and said, What is this thing that ye do? will ye rebel against the king? Then answered I them, and said unto them, The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build: but ye have no portion, nor right, nor memorial, in Jerusalem\" (Nehemiah 2:19-20). When people speak evil of what you are doing it's a sign of your progress, dogs only bark at moving cars. As the enemy scorns and laughs at you, answer him back with the Word of God like Nehemiah did. Nehemiah 4:1-3 says, \"But it came to pass, that when Sanballat heard that we builded the wall, he was wroth, and took great indignation, and mocked the Jews. And he spake before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish which are burned? Now Tobiah the Ammonite was by him, and he said, Even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their stone wall.\" If you listen well to your enemy without fearful emotions, you will be encouraged by his stupidity and desperation. Tobiah needed to be taught that foxes are not bulldozers which can bring down stone walls. Why would the devil be mad at what you are doing if it's not going to work? Nehemiah 4:7-8, 13-15; \"But it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth, And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it... Therefore set I in the lower places behind the wall, and on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their swords, their spears, and their bows. And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the LORD, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses. Our climate is hostile to thegrowth of anything successful and prosperous. Anyonewho rises up high is hated and numerous injurious attemptsare made to equalize the person with the masses.We call it the “PhD (Pull him/her down) in crabology syndrome”. Ifyou put crabs in a deep bucket, they will all try to come outof the bucket. As one of them begins to go up high, anotherone grabs unto the rising crab and pulls him down. This process continues, until in the end, not a single crabis able to come out of the bucket. Finally all the crabs areready to be boiled and none of them escapes alive.This is the picture of our communities. Withoutknowing it, we keep each other down. Whereas somecommunities publish the hundred richest people in the nation,others harass and intimidate the hundred richest people.Political and “invisible powers”, as well as all sorts of investigations are used to intimidate thesuccessful people. They have to pay large sums of moneyto political parties otherwise all contracts will be cancelled. Many of the “big time” businessmen in Zimbabwe secretlysupport both the ruling and the opposition political parties.They want both sides to think they are with them. Several business people have identitycards, tee shirts and caps of all major political parties. The rich fear for theirwealth. That is why few foreigners invest in the country, inspite of many invitations.My experience in the past where I worked for Indians and later a Nigerian, taught me that the Zimbabwean is his/her own greatest enemy. We are the most jealous of all Africans so much that we can not tolerate each other's success, even in our immediate families. In this generation, we need to come back to the basics of the Word of God where we prefer others ahead of ourselves in honour.       "body": "2 Corinthians  12:10, \" Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.\"\n\nEvery believer has limitations. There is a sect of preachers who are extremists of the\"new creation realities\" who teach as if the believer is already made perfect and complete at rebirth. They ignore the scriptures as above by the very same apostle Paul where he acknowledged his own limitations. God did not make us intoperfect men at salvation. How many are prepared to accept that others with different talents are needed? You will be rewarded for fulfilling your calling, not for impressing human beings. \"And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God\" (Luke 16:15). That is why I do not care what others think about me. Because\nI am human, it occurs to me that people may find me weird. I often think that many of my colleagues see me as\nstrange. But what does it matter? Do not try to please people anymore! Try to please the Lord. When it is time for others to play their role allow them to. Do not stifle others. See yourself as building the kingdom of God and enhancing the body of Christ. Recognize that you cannot do everything. Allow others to play a role. They will be blessed and so will you! Moses allowed seventy other men to help him in the ministry. That decision certainly prolonged his life. There are some pastors who lack administrative and management skills. If you do not employ\nthe services of the appropriate people, your ministry may crumble. Most African musicians fail because they want to be the songwriter, singer, producer and manager of their own music. Do you consider yourself to be great? Recognize your God given limitations. Your limitations help you focus on your assignment by removing you from the wrong place.       "body": "Genesis 1:27-28, \"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth\".\n\nDominion is the proper use of power with sovereignty and supremacy over something. Our understanding of man's place in the universe is rooted in the Genesis story. Created “in the image of God,” the parents of the human race were instructed to “fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over ...every living thing that moves upon the earth”. Two chapters later, their curiosity led to judgment and a world filled with sin and death. Domination is the abusive exercise of power in ruling over others or things. Dominion has been replaced by domination over the centuries until human wrongs were penned as rights. Animal rights of the very creation man is to dominate are being elevated above the genuine rights of minority races and tribes among men. The death of the Zimbabwean lion Cecil provoked a great outcry from all over the world while the world remains silent on the many that perish daily due to poor roads and driving in the same nation. Ironically the human domination masters are slaves themselves traumatized by fragile plants like marijuana and cocaine at an unprecedented level of drug abuse. It is humanistic science that enabled Western societies to amplify this domination with disastrous results. The gospel of stewardship lost by the Western world is at last to be appropriated by the vast populations of the non-Western world. Jesus Christ came as the last Adam *to restore to man the dominion lost through the first Adam*. We need to come back to the basics of the gospel and join Paul “in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and will obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God” (Romans 8:20–21).       "body": "Psalms 14:1, \"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.\"\n\nThe sense of condemnation has given to the raw man an inferiority complex making him a coward. It robs him of faith in himself, in others, in God and in the Word. Sin consciousness holds him in bondage. He has no right to approach God. He is not good enough to pray and have his prayers answered. If he does pray, the prayer is of fear in desperation. This has led him into philosophy and religion. He could no more keep away from the subject of God than a hungry man can stay away from food. The sense of guilt, inferiority, failure and weakness makes him reason, and that is philosophy. Because of this, Hagel removed God entirely from his philosophy. He said God was a great mass mind without any brain center or personality. He also eliminated satan. If there be no satan, then there can be no sin. If there is no sin, there is no sin consciousness. If there is no satan, there is no disease and no death (yet they all die). Then there would be no life after death and heaven. There would be no resurrection of the body, and no judgment. Man would simply disintegrate and become a part of this great mind. This would be fine if it were true, but it is just foolishness seeking of a way of escape. This is the dream of a man who could not accept God in his senses. Christian Science grew out of Hagel's foolish philosophy. The raw man as he is, has a highly developed sense of unworthiness that dominates him. He is doubt ruled. Romans  3:23, \"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God\".  But \"...if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new\" (2 Cor  5:17).
