Assist the group in problem-solving by facilitating conversation and offering assistance. Instead of asking you to solve their problems, coach and motivate them to find solutions on their own. Give the staff additional responsibility as their assurance, dedication, and competence grow. (3) **Provide Support** Support Change typically suggests that the team needs to pick up new knowledge in order to comprehend and apply new working procedures. The team captain must give the group and individual team members the chance to experiment with and refine the new strategy. Make sure the team has received the proper amount of training and growth, and give them enough time to practise their newly acquired abilities.
