      "body": "<html>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n<h3>六、巨头的败笔，百度医疗和百度外卖</h3>\n<p>创业失败的专利不仅属于屌丝创业者，同样适用于巨头。</p>\n<p>2017年，卖身饿了么的百度外卖和倒下的百度医疗就证明了这个道理。</p>\n<p>2015年1月，百度医生APP上线。与此同时，百度正式成立移动医疗事业部，团队大概两三百人。</p>\n<p>不过，在百度，真正懂医疗的少之又少。</p>\n<p>这或许注定了百度医疗的失败。</p>\n<p>上线之初，百度则把挂号O2O作为自己首要尝试的方向，主要提供在线挂号、在线问诊的服务。</p>\n<p>但当时的在互联网医疗行业，与其模式类似的还有春雨医生、挂号网、平安好医生等多个公司，每家都有资源及背景，与这些企业相比，百度医疗优势并不大，短时间内想在这片领域分一杯羹并不容易。</p>\n<p>但是，巨头百度并不甘心认输，于是，他们就开始了疯狂的“买流量”。</p>\n<p>要知道，流量可是百度的优势，然而，此时，却成为百度医疗倒下的推手。</p>\n<p>由于疯狂采购流量，这加速了百度医疗的资金消耗，但百度医疗却没有获得应有的效果。</p>\n<p>最终，虽然百度试图实现“打造国内专业的医患双选平台，让医疗效率提高，节约看病成本”的梦想，最终，百度的理想的想法败给了现实。</p>\n<p>据悉，后来百度医生遇阻之后，百度又匆忙转向健康数据平台、送药O2O、医学学术方向，都没有太大起色。在医疗这样的专业垂直领域，没有前期全面的布局，想通过短期突击做出成绩，基本没有可行性。</p>\n<p>2017年2月8日，百度将移动医疗事业部整体裁撤。</p>\n<p>2017年4月1日，百度通过内部邮件宣布，产品正式关停服务并清空数据。这一旨在解决“就医难”的移动医疗平台最终退出江湖了。</p>\n<p>GPLP反思：百度医疗失败原因：专业能力薄弱，战略迷茫；</p>\n<p>专业能力薄弱，这是百度医疗倒闭的核心原因。</p>\n<p>因为不够专业，也不了解行业，公立医院没有合作动力，百度医疗更无法说服对方不愿拿出处方来合作，更何况其对接药品资源实现配送了。</p>\n<p>一句胡，这跟百度卖流量生意不同，在医疗行业，从业者话语权强势，百度医疗给对方带来不了任何价值，只能宣告败退。</p>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n<h3>四、直播平台“独角兽”光圈为何倒下？</h3>\n<p>“来也匆匆去也匆匆”。</p>\n<p>原本红火的直播市场，在2017年迎来了倒闭潮，伴随众多直播平台纷纷倒下，从此撕开了直播行业虚假繁荣的表象。</p>\n<p>其中，光圈直播是其中最典型的一个。</p>\n<p>清华大学历史系毕业的张轶2014年创办光圈直播，不过，刚投身创业大潮的张轶当初选择的创业方向是图片社交，他的目标是做中国的“Instagram”。</p>\n<p>2015年9月，张轶发现图片流量的大头还是被微信所收割，创业者很难有立足之地。后来看到美国移动端直播APP——Periscope、Meerkat相继出现，这引起了张轶的兴趣。</p>\n<p>于是，2015年10月，光圈转型为视频直播APP，致力于打造互动手机全民直播平台，成为直播行业最早的创业者。</p>\n<p>2016年初，直播行业开始高速发展，短短三个月时间里，包括映客、花椒、一直播等超过100家直播平台拿到融资，而这一众直播平台背后也不乏腾讯、欢聚时代等上市公司的身影。</p>\n<p>随后，为了在直播行业脱颖而出，光圈直播与旅游卫视联合举办了“光圈之星校花大赛”一举成名，统计数据显示，彼时，光圈直播的用户数超过40万，日收入突破800万，俨然直播行业的独角兽。</p>\n<p>只是，一切高兴的有点太早。</p>\n<p>2016年下半年，伴随着巨头入场，在激烈的烧钱竞争中，光圈直播尽管花光了所有的钱来获取流量，也的确拥有较高流量，然而，他们却始终无法获得投资人的钱。</p>\n<p>2017年6月，光圈直播在发放了6月份的薪水后，其员工就再也没拿到过一分钱工资。</p>\n<p>除了员工，光圈还拖欠了平台上主播5000到9万元数额不等的薪资。</p>\n<p>目前，光圈直播的官网已经无法访问，CEO张轶在微信中坦诚了融资失利。</p>\n<p>在光圈倒闭后不久，直播平台倒闭潮正式开始，包括爱闹直播、趣直播、凸凸TV、网聚直播等在内的18家平台很快均无法登陆或倒闭；2017年4月，国家网信办关停了红杏直播、蜜桃秀、蜂直播等18家直播类应用；两个月后，多地文化市场综合执法机构关停了“悟空TV”等11家手机表演平台。</p>\n<p>一场倒闭大潮，轰轰烈烈的开始，然后又一切迅速的消失了。</p>\n<p>GPLP反思：过度追求风口，没有意识到真正的风险</p>\n<p>1.创业者和投资人过度追风口，一时间出现众多直播平台，平台供给量远远大于需求量，最后洗牌倒闭是必然趋势。</p>\n<p>2、没有跟得上行业高速发展。</p>\n<p>伴随政策监管不断趋严，直播行业的准入门槛也在不断提高，2017年12月1日，国家开始施行对直播平台和主播提出了“双资质”、“先审后发”、“即时阻断”等要求，按照规定目前符合要求只有YY、虎牙直播、映客直播等少数几家。</p>\n<p>平台型公司的资本之争：</p>\n<p>伴随巨头与国家队的入场，中小型直播平台资源薄弱，无法与大巨头抗衡。</p>\n<p>然而，如果不能够获得资本支持，伴随着带宽、内容和营销广告成本的不断上升，长期处于烧钱阶段的平台只能宣告倒闭。</p>\n<blockquote><p>光圈直播融资情况：</p><p>光圈直播曾获由合一资本、紫辉创投、协同创新三家投资的1250万的pre-A轮融资。</p></blockquote>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n<h3>三、VR行业很好，完美幻境为什么会倒下？</h3>\n<p>2017年，VR全面归来。</p>\n<p>伴随人工智能的爆发VR也开始再次升温，然而，遗憾的是，完美幻境却逆势倒了下去。</p>\n<p>背后原因是什么呢？</p>\n<p>一切需要从头开始说起。</p>\n<p>2013年，赵博和他的几个朋友放弃原来的工作，一起创业，在北京成立完美幻境。</p>\n<p>2014年，完美幻境将重点放在VR头显的研发上，并在圈子里有了一定的名声。但是他们认为，VR需要硬件和内容两者兼备。</p>\n<p>事实的确如此，但是实现并不容易。</p>\n<p>于是，他们决定做一个硬件产品——全景相机。</p>\n<p>经过5代产品的迭代，赵博和他的团队判断可以量产的时候，2015年11月份，他们获得了英特尔投资百万美元的天使投资。</p>\n<p>与此同时，在美国圣地亚哥举行的英特尔投资全球峰会上，完美幻境发布了Eyesir 4K VR全景相机，该产品能实时拼接，支持360*360记录拍摄，并支持VR头显观看。</p>\n<p>发布之后，订单量达到一千台。</p>\n<p>一切堪称完美。</p>\n<p>2016年CES上，完美幻境借助英特尔的展台向大众展示了Eyesir。订单量进一步增加。</p>\n<p>2016年2月，为了尽可能创造天时地利人和，完美幻境南迁深圳。与此同时，完成千万元A轮融资。而据报道，其办公室也从创业之初的地下室几平米变成700平米，团队人员从6人增至100多人。</p>\n<p>2016年12月，完美幻境与新华网在第四届中国网络视听大会上达成战略合作，推进“VR+新闻”的行业应用。</p>\n<p>然而，由于供应链问题，完美幻境有了订单却不能按时完成生产，最终，资金链断裂，公司宣布倒闭——2017年2月27日，完美幻境的全体员工突然接到了CEO赵博口头上的公司破产通知。</p>\n<p>从2016年8月开始，100多人的团队开始陆陆续续被裁，只剩最后的28人。</p>\n<p>GPLP反思：硬件企业的供应链管理可以致命</p>\n<p>如果说管理经验不足不足以导致其倒闭的话，那么供应链管理经验不足则让完美幻境真的倒了下去。</p>\n<p>2016年初，完美幻境宣布订单额已超过一个亿。</p>\n<p>但是，完美幻境的供应链管理却始终跟不上，负责供应链相关事宜的频繁更换，这让产品的交付一拖再拖，再多的订单也只能是昙花一现。</p>\n<p>例如，完美幻境曾和很多有直播和视频业务的互联网公司有合作，但是签了协议后，本来约定5月份供货，但交货日期会一直拖到8月。</p>\n<p>半年都不给对方供货，最终合作伙伴都放弃了完美幻境。</p>\n<p>因此，对于像完美幻境这样一家销售硬件产品的公司，供应链管理可以说是致命的。</p>\n<p>如同去商场买手机发现商家没供货，这不就是开玩笑吗？</p>\n<blockquote><p>完美幻境融资状况：</p><p>2015年11月份，英特尔百万美元天使轮投资完美幻境；</p><p>2016年1月，获得金浦投资、英特尔、天善资本的数千万人民币A轮融资；</p><p>2017年5月新一轮战略融资数千万元浩方集团投资。</p></blockquote>\n<p>\r<br/>\r<br/></p>\n</html>",
